Stayed with my mom and my kids. The kids absolutely love. The property was plenty of room to ride their bikes and scooters in the driveway with our two cars. Also parked there was plenty of room for everybody to have their own bed and sleep house was very well kept. Very quit neighborhood.

This cabin was fantastic for a party of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids). We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and the large kitchen for dinners. A few things that were odd/unexpected:
1. The bedroom ceiling fan could only be on if the light was on.
2. Only a couple windows had screens.
3. The upstairs ac also works as a humidifier and it needed to be frequently emptied (tho was not in any paperwork)
4. Some of the beds were less than impressive.
5. The outdoor space could use some sprucing up! (The grill and fire pit)
Other than that, the stay was great, everyone had personal space (huge plus). And the price was very reasonable!

We had a good experience staying at this property. The AC upstairs was struggling to keep the floor cool but dont let that stop you from booking this property. Everyone I communicated with was responsive and the house was better in person than the pictures. Very happy with renting this property and look forward to future trips.

The house was way more updated, clean, and spacious than the pictures show! We practically lived on the back screened in porch! It was quiet easy to get the the Main Street but far enough away to not be in traffic! I would love to rent this again

Great spot to rest and relax after hiking!
House is cozy and peaceful
Super close to Echo Lake and about 20ish minutes from MT Washington

We have stayed at this home x 3 years and have always found it just right for our needs.

Great place to hangout with friends and family. Kitchen nicely stocked .. check it first before getting stuff. Beds were comfy and place clean.

Lots of family games- pool, cornhole , darts. You need to bring your own towels and sheets (listing doesn’t say this explicitly). There is a wood stove.

So after flying 1300 miles and arriving after a long day of driving, we discover there is absolutely no linen in this place. No kitchen towels, no bath linens, or sheets. We had to jump back in the car and head to Walmart to buy what we needed then do laundry that evening so we could get a good night's rest. I reviewed the listing several times to see a note about linens and all I found was a note in the check out procedures about if you use our linens to place them in a central location. Now I have to figure out how to fit all this in my suitcase to fly home and stay within my baggage weight allowance. The place had spider webs everywhere but the upside to that was there were no bugs except the flies in the basement. Besides that though, things seemed cleanish on the surface. The bed we slept on upstairs had stains on the mattress cover, it was the best choice of bed unfortunately because the 2nd queen bowed in the center. If you only use the downstairs bedroom, it's pretty acceptable. Upstairs the shower is tiny and water sprays all over the place because of calcium buildup. We found the TV satellite worked ok though there was a permanent line near the top of the screen. It's a smart TV so we were able to cast to it (yay!). We enjoyed the screened in patio one evening, it has a nice comfy feel to it. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and peaceful for the most part. The expectations were pretty typical, clean up your trash, etc.

I can’t even begin to point out all the negativity about this place if you want a camping cabine you will be in a right place the structure is nice but the lodging was terrible on 99% aspect the cleanness 0 it not worth it

So the location of this home was ideal and the home itself was cute. Sadly, that’s the only positive feedback I have. Walking into the home, it had a strange smell to it, a little musty. Kitchen area and bathrooms appeared relatively clean. The upstairs bedroom however, filthy. Under one of the twin beds weee someone’s dirty rolled up white socks, candy wrappers and several dust bunnies. We brought our own linens as directed.. The comforters and pillows that were available on the beds were smelly, with yellow/brown staining and discoloration. Definitely unsanitary to say the least. The queen size bed in the room with the 4 twin beds was not horrible comfort wise, but I couldn’t move due to the loud creaking sound with the slightest movement. The sounds actually kept waking the guests in the first floor bedroom. Although these issues are all irritating, the worse situation happened our second night there. As we were cleaning up the home for our anticipated departure the next morning, I reviewed the rental agreement and noted that the grill would need to be cleaned. In hindsight, I really wish we had taken a photo of it when we first arrived as it was super-greasy and filthy. Nevertheless, we attempted to clean it to avoid any additional cleaning charges. Forgot to mention the grill is in an enclosed porch attached to the house. Well, we turned the grill on in an attempt to soften up the grime…it was on no more than 5 min when our 13 yr old ran to alert us the grill was on fire!

Home is in a great location, just few minutes from N.Conway and most White Mountain attractions within a half hour. House was clean , plenty of room for 6 of us, everything functioned well with exception of shower on the 2nd floor (very small). Otherwise, great place at a good price…would stay again.

We liked that the property was located in a neighborhood and had a nice backyard to play catch with the dog. Plenty of beds for our teenagers and their friends. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, pans, etc that you might need to cook in. Close to all the activities: the Saco, Diana’s Bath and North Conway center. We’d stay again.

Stayed here the weekend prior to 4th of July with the family and the property/house was perfect. Nice and secluded with plenty of room for 5 plus the dog. The screened in room was really a plus as we hung out there a majority of the time we weren’t out. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

We stayed here for a four generations yearly trip. The location was quiet, close to activities in town, and had everything that we needed. The only issue that we had was getting the grill to work. Once we got it to work, it only worked on 1 side but we made it work. Overall, it was clean and we would come back again.

Plenty of room, so homey, easy drive to everything we wanted to do. We had a great time.

Great size and layout for a long weekend or week of skiing in NH's White Mountains. Very clean & convenient location too. Visitors must pay attention to the check-in process/notes for instructions on where everything is located!

Enjoyed our stay, cabin was very nice. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful place! Will be visiting again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house. We wanted a house with 3 bedrooms, that allowed dogs, and that had some option to cancel for a refund since you never know if someone in a 6-person group will get sick at the last minute.
The location is pretty good - close-ish to the center of North Conway, and a 20-35 minute drive to the nearby ski areas. The house is however pretty far back in a large neighborhood, so just getting to the main road takes about 8 minutes.
House itself is fine, older, has all the basic vacation house stuff. I didn't think it was super clean, there was a lot of dust in the corners for example. Plenty of space, mattresses are older, nice and quiet at night.
You have to bring all of your own linens, which the owner is clear about in the check-in notes, but I don't think is super obvious in the listing and I personally find to be a pain.
In the end...the house fit the bill for what we needed at a reasonable price.

As usual we had a great time at Birch Hill. Thank you!

The property owner/manager was easy to reach and accommodated to a late check out request which is greatly appreciated. House was cute, location good, but many beds did not have pillow cases, sheets, not one towel or hand towel was provided which also was not disclosed anywhere to help prepare guests, and only about 3 paper towels and 1 garbage bag was included. Otherwise no complaints.

Excellent location, quiet but close enough to everything (10 minute drive). Driveway was plowed, shovels and salt left for stairs. Good size place we would stay again.

Great property. Pictures don't show how big this house really is! Tons of room to relax and spread out! All the comforts of home.

This was the 3rd time renting this property. Owner Is great with communication. We love the location and the coziness of the home. It is always immaculate and plenty of room for us to spread out. We will be back.

House was very clean and tucked away from everything. Peaceful. Lot of space. Great screened in porch. Dog friendly which was great! Looking forward to booking this house again!

Place was great for what we needed. Quiet, out the the way, but close to all the things we were doing in the area. The dishwasher did not work well, but we had willing washers so it was no issue. Definitely would stay again.

A great little house. I wish we had booked for longer to be able to enjoy the outdoor porch/yard more. We hope to be able to come back next year with a few extra family members and stay longer :)

House is in a beautiful scenic wooded neighborhood. We were close to hiking and downtown. Took day trips to Salem,Massachusetts and Kennebunkport,Maine and ended the day in a warm cozy bed. The full bathrooms on each level were great and the kitchen was nice for the big meals we cooked on a cold rainy day. We all enjoyed it here so much we are planning a return trip next year.

This was a very nice, inexpensive place to stay in the White Mountains. The house is very "cabin-y", staying there reminded me of our family cabin in Maine from when I was a kid (in a very good way). Note that there are 3 window box air conditioners - one in the kitchen, one in the living room, and one in an upstairs bedroom - two of the bedrooms do not have window box air conditioners. This was not a problem for us, but if you need perfect climate control this is not the house for you. Our teenagers & their friends loved all the extra beds upstairs and all the couch space for gaming, as well as the pool table in the (unfinished) basement.

Read reviews heard hard to find. It was easy for me and close to echo lake and north conway downtown. Only thing both bedrooms need air conditioning. It was hot upstairs with this crazy heat.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Just minutes to down town North Conway. Easy access to retail services and the white mountains. Perfect.

This was a great rental! They had everything we needed in the kitchen and found the house to be very comfortable! Loved how close it was to downtown but enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was also nice not to have to worry about parking because the driveway has so much space!
