We implemented a strict cleaning protocol to provide a safe and clean environment for you to enjoy. Our location is second to none! We are immediately across from the City Market, the best location in historic downtown.

This slice of heaven is the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a couple's weekend retreat or a memorable celebration of life. This studio has been especially sought after with honeymooners, guests celebrating their anniversaries, birthdays and engagements and visitors who enjoy the superb location.

The 5 star deluxe studio has been lovingly restored to keep the elegance of yesteryear with all the modern luxuries and conveniences. The studio is charming, well appointed, private (there are only two studios located on separate floors in our building!) and secure (multiple key less entry locks). A custom kitchenette is available in your room with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and utensils. We provide soaps and towels, coffee, water and chocolates! You are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in our queen plush pillow top mattress dressed with 1800 (!) count linens.

Park your car (self-parking at a discounted rate is available in a covered and camera secured garage only one block from the suites) and never get back in it if dining in the many acclaimed restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, antiquing and discovering the splendor and beauty of Charleston is your goal.

We enjoyed our first visit to Charleston. Your Vrbo pictures of the stairs leading to our second floor room showed only 4 steps. There were 20. My knee issues are back. Very misleading picture. Other than that, it was a great place. Thanks for the early check in.

Cute and very clean efficiency right in the center of the historical district and markets. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Lots of history, great food, and interesting architecture. A perfect place for two!

This charming studio on Market Street is clean and comfortable. Location is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. We didn't use our car at all. The directions from the host were very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in Charleston.

What a perfect location to explore all that downtown Charleston has to offer. Literally right across from the old market. Place was clean. Bed super comfortable. Lots of space to put clothes and things away. Great shower. Highly recommend for people traveling alone or as a couple.

Everything we were given from the Host was right on. The directions, parking, description etc. Fabulous location right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk where ever we needed. The bathroom shower needed an extra scrubbing - but it may have been due to the warm weather and it being closed up. I was very disappointed with the Veranda that is pictured/described in the listing. It was on the side of the unit, a view of the garbage and alley. There wasn’t a “Water feature” as described and the white curtains/drapes were yellow and stained. Overall, a nice place and we would go back - we just would adjust our expectations.

There were a lot of little things that made it convenient. My husband used back screened in porch every day, a wide selection of Kerrigan coffee tea and creamers, plent of bathroom wash cloths and towels, ample storage for cloths, instructions for tv and thermostat.

We chose this suite for the location, and it was perfect. Clean, cozy and close to everything. We love to walk, and restaurants were plentiful, along with shopping and sites to see. The kitchenette was perfect for us to make oatmeal for breakfast and store plenty of snacks and drinks for the day…Then we walked to dinner. We loved the host recommendations, dining the first night on the Market St Pavilion rooftop lounge for sunset and the second night we went to 39 Rue de Jean. Outstanding on both accounts!

We loved the charm and convenience of the apartment. We walked everywhere, except when we rented bikes and explored all the side streets and beautiful homes in historic downtown by the water. This location is perfect for shopping, enjoying the amazing restaurants close by, museum hoping, and relaxing in the beautiful parks Charleston has to offer. You do not need to have a car when staying here. Highly recommend!

We had a great vacation in Charleston and absolutely loved the location of this property. It was very well maintained and clean. Its directly across the street from the market and within walking distance to everything. We parked our car in the convenient parking deck and only needed to use it once. The parking card provided was easy to use and instructions were very clear. Overall, we are very satisfied with our choice to stay at this property.

The location of the suite and the suite itself couldn’t have been better. You are in the heart of Charleston and within walking distance of everything and anything. The suite is well appointed and really comfortable. I was surprised and pleased by how quiet it was considering its location. My wife and I hope to find another time to go back to the property and visit Charleston again.

We were very pleased with the location of this place. It was easy walking or short pedi-cab distance to all of our events and even closer to lots of activities and attractions. You do need to walk up a long flight of stairs to get to the room but that did not bother us. I thought the foot traffic on the street might be noisy at night but, again, did not bother us. We were very pleased with our choice to stay here!

The location is great! We were close to several restaurants and shopping and a stones throw from the straw market! The rental was so clean and well decorated. The owners were very quick to respond to all questions. I would definitely recommend this rental! Not one concern or complaint!

I booked a trip to Charleston for my husband and me and I knew I wanted us to stay in the historical downtown Charleston. I found Terri and Carl’s spot and I am so glad I did! The location was perfect in the center of the city. Everything was within walking distance with the furthest thing we walked to being only 15 minutes away. For the places we wanted to see that were closer, wr would walk back to the suite to rest our feet for a bit and cool off from the relentless Charleston Summer heat and humidity. It was a tad bit loud Saturday evening as there are restaurants and bars nearby so you hear people as they’re walking by but once I fell asleep, I was good. The suite itself is super charming. We stayed in the second floor suite so we only had to walk up the stairs from the entry. Not sure I would want to walk up yo the third suite though. Everything was provided that we needed for our two night stay. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The sheets felt like butter! Need to know the brand so I can order some! The stone flooring in the shower felt good on my feet after walking around all day. There was only shampoo and body wash and it was fine for me. No conditioner. The AC worked wonders to keep us cool. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Charleston!

This was the cutest little studio apartment. Everything was high quality, from the sheets to the toilet paper. Location wise I don’t know how it could be better, it is right on the market and a quick walk down to the water. I would recommend this to any couple looking to stay downtown.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in this delightful suite. It is in the middle of everything and we could walk to every place we wanted to see. The suite is well equipped, nicely decorated and the parking pass is a big plus. The host had great recommendations for restaurants and the checkin/checkout process was easy.
