Location was great for overall Charleston access. Easy 15 min walk to King St and anything further south in the downtown area was a quick Uber away. Check-in was extremely smooth and efficient. Property communication was great, wi-fi worked awesome and overall was very comfortable experience.
No issues, exactly as advertised - would stay again!

Amenities in the unit we stayed in were great. Small fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer was especially helpful.
The mattress and pillows on the bed are super uncomfortable. Those could be upgraded.
5.0
Beautiful property. Staff was very accommodating and helped us hold our bags the day we departed until we flew out.
Clean and just what we needed!

Loved how this building was more private and in a decent location. Very clean, put together and we all loved the furniture.
4.0
Relaxing property and great location. Owners were responsive when several issues arose.
It was good once the wifi, coffee, and a few other items were clarified and fixed.
4.0
Nicely decorated with comfortable accommodations. Close drive to everything
Location was horrible. Near an emergency room with ambulances going up and down all night long. Constant traffic with loud vehicles throughout the night.

It was amazing! So cute and close to everything
The beds were not comfortable to us at all.
4.0
The room was beautiful and private. The size was great with the kitchen.
There were some initial issues connecting to the wifi. Three different and incorrect instructions were given to me when I arrived, but staff were able to resolve this quickly.

Location is perfect for walking everywhere, the renovation on the loft was well done and the shower is terrific. Staff was on duty all day and was helpful.
High quality seemed to stop at the renovation. The mattress and pillows were pull out couch qualifty, fridge and microwave cheap, tv requires your personal accounts to access by internet which was never available/spotty at best. And, just an alert, when it says loft, be clear that means ducking A LOT, no chairs in the room (due to the slant) and 35+ steps up with your luggage. To be fair, it DID say loft, but more clarity would be helpful. Very odd attempt at a closet, hangers would help. Signage to the apartment is confusing.
4.5
The apartment was perfect. Adorably decorated, clean, well stocked.
I wish the location had a little more around it. The only downside to the facility was there was no deck. The only issue we had was we were told the office would be manned from 8-8. When we arrived no one was there and a few times we popped downstairs no one was there. I called the number and no one answered. Was nervous with leaving luggage during our last day was afraid we would have issue picking it up to head to airport.

location was great. I rode the free bus so I could leave the car safely parked. I liked all the amenities, it was great to be able to wash some clothes.
I was frustrated that there was no place to sit. even a couple of folding chairs and a tv tray would have been nice. the full kitchen was great but I had to eat standing at the counter.
3.5
Wonderful apartment with a lovely bed (a little soft for us but that's ok!) and has been done up really nicely. However it was super noisy - we were there on two week nights and were kept awake with traffic, sirens, vibrations from the road. It stopped for a few hours in the night when we got some rest.
We loved Charleston though and the apartment was really nice as above. The WiFi wasn't working and staff there gave us an alternative to use. Having parking was great.
See notes re noise above. Otherwise nothing.

Everything was great. very happy.
The outside noise. Not a lot of sound proofing.
3.5
cute, clean, conveniently located.
noise from traffic was unending. can double glazed windows be installed to muffle the sound?

Did not do breakfast, we did like the courteous service and prompt attention when the wi-fi went out. The location was perfect for our needs.
Parking was a bit tricky because was our time there, and the city noises were a minor distraction.
2.5
Clean, good location
No water pressure, shower seemed to not work. The water barely came out of the shower head
4.5
Very clean, kitchen was functional and useful, friendly and helpful staff
A luggage rack would be useful
4.5
it was in a good location- easy enough to walk to French quarter etc. Our unit was on top floor - loft with slanted ceiling- perfect for us. clean and well decorated.
all was good but with a full kitchen I would think their might be a small table or some place to eat?? we ended up drinking our coffee in bed with our breakfast ???
4.5
Spacious room and great value for the location! Great to have included off-street parking. We enjoyed our stay here!

Location was great.
3.0
It was close to our daughters home
the couch was filthy and the tiles in the bathroom were lifting up due to a leaking shower - we put a bunch of towels on the floor
4.0
The unit was clean and locared as expected.
The unit lacked a table and dining chairs, an outdoor deck. Knives and forks were lacking, only one of each for eating meals. Shower, rug and floors could use a deep cleaning.

Very modern and comfortable for my friend and I. Really it was great. We only stayed for a night for a wedding but it's all we needed. Has a full kitchen if you need to stay longer. Just bring coffee 😉 Digital thermostat.
Giant shower. Giant bed. Great for a couple, or BF4evas.
Just read the instructions before you arrive 😅
A little coffee goes a long way. Bring your own or head to a local coffee shop.
Maybe a shelf in the bathroom, since guests will be bringing all their toiletries - think 2 women getting ready for a wedding. We just dumped everything in the sink 🤣
2.5
clean, spacious and well appointed
Very noisy; traffic noise late into the night, people out very late and partying on the street, and noise from guests in adjoining units. I had three sleepless nights there.
