We had a wonderful time this weekend at Mark’s home in Silverthorne. We loved sitting outside on the back porch, looking at the views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. The mountain breeze was exactly what our family needed! The house had everything we needed- the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room were just the right size. My 85 year old Dad was able to enjoy himself and there was only one step to enter the home. Everything was on one level, which was amazing! Mark was a kind and gracious host, making sure we had everything we needed. We’re already thinking of coming back a second time! Thank you Mark!

Our family, including our Labrador, enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this property. Nestled in a beautiful and quite community just outside of Silverthorne, with spectacular views of the Mountains and Dillon Reservoir. Mark was in constant communication with my wife and me, ensuring there were no questions and that our family enjoyed every second of our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Clean and comfortable beds, bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning on spending time in Summit County. You will certainly enjoy your stay.

This home was the perfect place for our family to get together for the long weekend. Plenty of room for our group of seven adults. The beds were incredibly comfortable & having 3 full bathrooms was the best! The location is excellent, as it is close to great restaurants & skiing. Mark was great about communicating with us and we so appreciate his hospitality. We had a wonderful time!

Thanks for the stay Mark.
The house is conveniently located, with comfortable beds, and a well equiped kitchen. Very easy communication with Mark who even called me to make sure everything was ok.
It's a dog friendly place (which I did not realize when booking), and the living room (especially couches) were smelling dog a little bit ...

This sweet place was very clean and comfortable. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gels provided in all the bathrooms. There was a well-stocked kitchen of dishes, glasses, and basics for cooking like spices and condiments. A hot drink while looking down on the lights of the valley was a perfect way to finish off a day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for people searching for busy days and quiet nights.

The place was nice and accommodating for our family. Manager seemed to be quite accommodating!!! The only issues... TV connection was jacked but my husband is an Electrical Engineer and was able to troubleshoot. The big draw back was.... We found "THC gummies" under couch pillow w/ us bringing 3 children under the age of 6... Makes you wonder how clean the place was over all...? or how clean the cleaning people do. What if my grandchildren would have found them first...Thinking they were gummy bears 🐻. Terrible... Just terrible than!

I highly recommend staying in this property. The house is in a beautiful location overlooking the Silverthorne Valley and is so convenient to skiing, hiking or just about anything.
Mark the owner is fabulous and stayed in touch with us often to make sure everything was fine.
The house has just enough space for 6 adults or 7 and we were able to bring our pet, too.
No stairs and very well equipped.
We hope to return next year!

Nice to have 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, but comes at expense of smaller living room and kitchen area. Some issues in balancing the heat through the house (during some very cold nights in February), and Mark was very attentive to try to help resolve the issue. Some of the rental guidelines seemed more to apply to longer term rentals (like replacing toilet paper?). Overall nice, clean place with easy owner communication (just wished there was a fireplace!).

Our family spent Thanksgiving week in this cozy mountain home. The beds are so comfortable and we enjoyed our time hanging out and playing in the snow. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with hiking, grocery and retail stores nearby. Going into the adorable town of Frisco was among our favorite activities—lots to do and see and nestled into beautiful mountains.
Hiking trails in the surrounding areas were amazing.
100% Recommend this home for the views, convenience and mostly the incredibly kind owner! He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to help however he could with anything we needed. Thank you!!
We had a great time!

cleaned the house for 4 hours before we left, wiped everything down and mopped the floors and got charged 100$ for one bent knife we didn't use and the sound system that worked the whole time that we were there. overall got charged around 800$ in "damages" that we did not do. be careful with this one.

Owner was very cooperative and courteous, promptly replied to questions, location very convenient to numerous hikes and biking trails. My family enjoyed the stay, would definitely return. Thanks Mark!

Mark’s home was the perfect location for our family getaway. The house is remote enough to feel relaxing and secluded, but easily accessible to anything you may need in town. Mark was a great communicator throughout our stay…any concerns or questions we had were answered promptly, and he followed up to ensure that we felt taken care of. We cannot recommend this home enough - we’d love to return in the future!

We had an awesome time with our adult kids while on vacation and staying at this house. It was well stocked with everything that we needed and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which is just what we wanted. Wonderful views and great location for daytime adventures! We would definitely return!

My husband and I rented this property while in the area. Our 4 children, ages 17-25, also joined us. There was definitely plenty of room for us to spread out and everyone was able to have their own bedroom. Something that may be an issue for others that was not an issue for us was, there was only one tv in the house. We each have our own devices to watch tv if needed, but we rarely watched any tv during our trip anyway. The driveway definitely has potential to cause problems for smaller cars due to the steep incline. Our daughter came in a Hyundai Accord and, on the last day, we did have to push it up and out onto the road. The house is located within 15 minutes of several great family friendly activities. We skied at the Keystone resort (which has a very nice ski school). We also went snow tubing at the Frisco Adventure park. We were not able to secure tickets to the ice castles, but if we had, it was also just a short drive. We ate out one evening at the Dillon Dam Brewery and it was excellent! Overall, we had an excellent stay!

We spent 2 weeks enjoying the ski areas and hiking trails near Silverthorne. I've been a VRBO user for over 10 years and Mark was the most engaged and pleasant host we've ever experienced. The house is very much as presented on site, good sized bedrooms, nice bathrooms, well-stocked and modern kitchen. We truly enjoyed the place. Highly recommend.

My family had a great time staying at this awesome home. It was a perfect getaway for our family vacation. You could feel the warmth & coziness the second you walked in. It was clean & updated too. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle if you are staying here during the winter months as the driveway is a bit steep at the top.
