Wonderful Family Retreat Smack in the middle of 4 Ski Resorts - Enjoy a family vacation without the hassle of multiple levels, and loads of stairs! This beautiful 2 level open layout mountain home is in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Mountain Serenity is a pristine and spacious four bedroom, three and a half bath home located in the heart of Colorado Ski Country, in the Wilderness sub-division of Silverthorne, in Summit County, Colorado - Gateway to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek; and, approximately five minutes from many great restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, Target, and 70 factory outlet stores.
This beautiful Two Level home backs to the national forest with mountain views off the living room and master on the top floor; and, access to numerous hiking trails for walking or biking. Just steps away from the house, is the year-round free Summit Stage shuttle which services all Summit County Ski Resorts and towns. This house is great for family get togethers.
There are premier finishes throughout the home including hardwood floors; black stainless steel appliances; granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms; and,, a private hot tub on the deck. Every room in the house is wired for cable television and every bedroom has a TV/VCR/DVD/Blu Ray Player. There is a 55 inch Wide-screen 4K Sony TV with Blu-ray player in the main living room and, a 55 inch Wide-Screen LCD Flat Screen TV in the Second Living Room Area. Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the house.
There are two beautiful living room areas (one in each level of the home).
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Main Level: Master- King-size bed with a private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower Lower Level: second- King-size with a private bath third- Queen-size with a private bath fourth- four sets of twin bunks (eight twins). Sleeps Max of 10.

Had a wonderful stay for the Leadville Marathon. My daughter and brother ran the trail race on Saturday. The hot tub was a wonderful way for them to relax after the race.

The townhouse was clean and comfy with lots of room for our family to relax. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing and the fox came to visit several times. The kitchen had everything you would you need and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to make this the place for our annual ski vacation.

The house is in a beautiful setting and is a short drive to the grocery store and outlet stores. It is also a short drive to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail - which all had fresh snow and excellent skiing. Our crew included grandparents, parents, children, and toddlers and was very comfortable. Because the house is on two floors we were able to isolate a couple of people who developed short lived flu symptoms. There were televisions in almost every room and the house was very well appointed - the appliances were cutting edge. The kitchen is designed for tall people, and if you bring toddlers it would be good to bring some toys (although they will play with almost anything). There was a large supply of DVD movies.
This is one of the best VRBO units we have stayed in.

We stayed for one night. Skied Friday and went to a concert that night. Woke up to 8 inches of snow and could barely get out of the driveway!! Wouldn’t have complained if we got stuck ;). Made it out okay and unfortunately had to resume life as usual!

Property is better than described and captured in pictures. Great location in Summit County, large hot tub, and plenty of space to spread out for a large group. House was not cleaned prior to check in due to misunderstanding, Mirtha was quick to respond and get cleaners to arrive quickly and did everything in her power to make it right.

This property is like staying at some you knows retreat, and they prepared the place for you.
Starts w heated garage and ski racks for many and room to hang gear to dry, and in floor heat warms and dries boots so your golden in the morning.
The furniture and decor made me feel at home, the dishes, silverware, appliances from coffee pot to `dishwasher and laundry top notch and impeccably clean. Hot tub was enjoyed by all, and the gas “fireplace” was a hit for the adults.
For those not accustomed to the luxury of in floor heat. Go slow on raising thermostat. Only a couple degrees at a time, it’s slower than forced air, but deep and penetrates the entire room and your feet know the comfort.

We had a party of 10 who stayed in the home there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable. Location of the home was perfect with the exception that they were diverting traffic at the only bridge into town where you take cross and so this put a pretty big delay in driving during that time. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. There were no significant seasonings are condiments. It was some cooking pans. There are crockpots for use. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Home was as described and included a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub on lower deck, and a quiet location. Beds were adequate. Pillows (especially in bunk room) left a lot to be desired. Coffee maker broken, burned out lightbulbs in 1/2 bath, ice maker in fridge/freezer didn't work, and no toiletries in bathrooms. Homeowner was responsive in communications and hopefully issues will be fixed for next guests. Location was central to good hiking trails.

Fortunately the full time neighbor was lovely and patient with all our comings and goings! Visits from the fox family were a daily delight and we were close to good hiking. This is great place to spend time with your family or friends. House is very roomy with a lot of space to accommodate group of 4 couples. It has all amenities that you will need. Will definitely come back.

We love staying at this duplex and the entire group agreed that we'd be happy to stay here again. It's very close to any of the nearby ski locations. The outdoor hot tub was used daily and we were even able to see the fox out back.
The house was clean and modern as expected but also very livable. It felt like being at home which is all you can ask for.

We stayed here for a week for a ski trip with my daughters and some friends to Copper Mountain. The location was perfect. The condo was really nice. The things we liked the most were the well stocked kitchen, the two living rooms, and the hot tub.
We had a minor problem (which was really our confusion) so we sent a message to the owner and got a response within an hour that was friendly and very helpful. I was impressed.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I stayed at the beautiful Silverthorne property for a couple of nights while we were in town for a family wedding. We had kids, teens and adults and all loved the place. It’s location is perfect, very close to town and the house was very neat, clean and bright. Honestly, the online photos don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a winner and the upstairs family room off the kitchen was great for family games.

Loved this home. Plenty of room for our family to each have their bedroom. House was clean well supplied. TV with cable, wifi, HOT TUB, and a cute family of foxes who stop by for a little snack. Really nice kitchen. Wonderful jacuzzi!! We had a wonderful time in this house when coming home from days of hiking, kayaking, enjoying Brekenridge!! Definetly want to come again. Nice neighbors!!

We absolutely loved staying at Mirtha's home. We felt the pictures did not do this place its truest justice! The home is simply beautiful and was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are large and very accommodating. My only remark was that it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but overall fine!

We enjoyed the quiet home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you may need, plenty of space and beds! The home is centrally located to ski in Vail, Breck, Keystone, Copper and Loveland! Will visit again!
