About this house rental
My home is centrally and conveniently located within the sunbelt area of Pebble Beach. The home site with a circular driveway and garage, is in the Pebble Beach (Del Monte) Forest and set in a quiet tree lined street. The entrance is exactly 1/2 mile inside of the Pebble Beach Highway One Security Gate . Trendy shopping areas of Carmel, Monterey and The Lodge are all less than a 10 minute drive. All 8 GOLF COURSES in Pebble Beach are located within 12 minutes. The home is designed with TWO WINGS, A MASTER AND A GRANNY UNIT, spacious and comfortable, allowing for privacy with a central REC ROOM for gathering featuring a pool table, card table, TV, bar. EACH WING has a master king size bedroom with bath. The bedrooms, including the Queen bedroom, and baths are at the ends of each wing.
My home and neighborhood are NOT available for receptions, events nor gatherings, nor are they allowed. Our neighborhood is quiet and does not tolerate loud or absuive parties. Further, my neighbors have been asked to contact me should this occur for immediate action.
The home provides easy access to the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, Equestrian Events, PB Food & Wine, Dixieland Festival, Jazz Festival, the ATT Pebble Beach National Pro Am, Porsche, Alfa, PB Food & Wine, The First Tee Invitational and the other many events on the Peninsula
The master wing and the guest wing have a total of 3,000 sq ft of living space. All three of the bathrooms, the three bedrooms and the recreation room (with a bar, pool table, 60' TV) have been remodeled. There is 300 mgb internet, and streaming TV.
Each wing of the home has its own kitchen and Master Suite. Both master suites have a California King Size bed (7'x7') and attached bathroom. The third bedroom, with a queen bed is located in the master wing adjacent to the main bathroom which has a large walk in shower. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as a supply of toiletries, paper and kitchen products.
The master wing kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, linens, pots/pans and spices. There are two baking ovens, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and icemaker. The second kitchen in the guest wing is equipped with microwave and a bar refrigerator.
Sliding glass doors from each wing open onto a 500 sq ft deck with a full garden and covered patio. The covered patio has an outdoor dining and barbecue area. Just perfect for entertaining.

The check in/out process was seamless. Communication with the owner was excellent. The binder that he provided of an overview of the area was especially nice. The property is exactly what is expected on 17-mile drive. Given the central location on the peninsula, there was easy access to all the options that the area has to offer.

This home located in a quiet neighborhood of Pebble Beach is the perfect getaway for families of all ages. The house is very spacious and the backyard is a great place to relax. The location is perfect to enjoy 17 mile drive, Carmel and nearby Pacific Grove. We spent plenty of time on the beach and taking walks or driving along the beautiful coastline. We kept our bikes on the rack so we could ride in different locations and explore surrounding areas, enjoying a variety of scenery. The local golf course is always and adventure. The restaurants were also plentiful. We loved our stay at El Bosque!

Cannot rave enough about Harry as host and his lovely, welcoming home in Pebble Beach. It provided us a comfortable and spacious welcoming home away from home as we we explored and enjoyed Pebble Beach and the surrounding area. We are so glad we picked such a great place to stay in Monterey! This house has so many great features and was truly comfortable for our stay. Amazingly it seemed to be only 10 minutes from wherever we wanted to go. The house is very clean and comes with lots of supplies and paper goods. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. Harry and Zach stayed in good communication with us and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was truly one of the best managed properties that we’ve stayed at.

We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from Carmel Beach!
This property is an amazing place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor living space. The location gives you easy access to a variety of things to do like bike riding, golfing, beach time, hiking, coastal drives, coffee shops and restaurants just to name a few. Being in 17 mile drive allows you to access the beautiful sights of both Carmel and Monterey. We saw many beautiful sunsets at the beach.

We came to Pebble Beach, not to play golf, but to race my vintage sports car at Laguna Seca. The house was perfect for our needs. The six adult members of my family enjoyed the amenities of the home (It is truly a home, not just a house) and the Pebble Beach location was central to Laguna Seca, Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel. Amazingly convenient to each. The home is comfortable and has space for visiting, playing games, and eating together, but also provided privacy for each of the three couples. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the seclusion of the “Granny Wing” while the “40-something aged kids” stayed up late to visit. Harry is a most gracious and accomplished host, making sure that everything was going smoothly. This has been our very best short term home rental experience ever.

The most awesomest experience ever
From beginning to end quite possibly the best renting experience ever. After booking, Harry the owner reached out and asked if there were any questions about the property and area. He sent suggestions on what to do, where to eat and shop. His home is magnificent. Quite frankly we spent most of our time at the house! My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. Beautiful yard, great layout of the house and fun Rec room that connects the two wings of the house. Kitchen is well stocked. Clean and comfortable throughout. Kids really enjoyed the pool table. Very convenient location inside the 17 mile drive loop. The host is very easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again if we vacation in the area again!

Perfect Getaway!
My family and I absolutely loved our time away. This home has everything you need and then some. The game room was so fun for my boys. We played pool and practiced our golf skills on the indoor putting green. We watched movies and relaxed in the oh so comfortable reclining chairs . It made for great family time!
The home was well appointed with the most comfortable master bedroom and wonderful grannie unit with its own living room, private reading/lounge area and 2nd kitchen. Very well laid out home with multiples access to the most relaxing backyard ! Tons of light throughout this home. Lots of time spend in the lush backyard perfect for morning yoga or just simply relaxing out in the middle of Del Monte Forest. I appreciated it so much abd miss it all ready! I’m a HUGE fan of succulents and this home is surrounded by the most gorgeous ones I’ve ever seen! Made for some amazing photos!
Harry was wonderful to communicate with throughout our stay too. I had a question about accessing hot water in the grannie unit deep sunken tub and he replied right away. He was delightful to work with. We can’t wait to come back and have told many of our friends about our amazing time at this home. Oh and everything was 8 minutes away! Beautiful beaches, great dining options. Harry provided an excellent list of resources as well for dining and local excursions. That was greatly appreciated!

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable Pebble Beach
We've stayed at this property several times, usually for a week at a time. Our most recent stay was to celebrate my birthday. Our daughter had the week off, so she and her husband came to stay with us. Our son and his wife drove up from Bakersfield and spent several days with us as well.
We always have such a relaxed time here whether it's preparing a meal, watching TV, throwing darts or playing pool. There's plenty of room to move around and you never feel crowded yet there are plenty of quiet places to read a book and it's a lovely neighborhood for a leisurely walk.
Of course, there all the attractions and amenities of the Monterey Peninsula to enjoy.
Harry is the perfect host, always willing to provide whatever you may need. We're looking forward to our next stay already. We hope it will be soon.

Gem in Pebble Beach
Fantastic place to stay. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet. The backyard was great for grilling or just having drinks in their beautiful area and yes it has heaters. This house is not lacking in anything. You can easily have a family staying or several couples. It was so nice to have a separate complete wing - and no expense was spared in that wing either. The pool room is amazing. Everything in the house all worked. The kitchen is very well stocked. The host, Harry - kudos. Great job! If you have never been to the area, Harry has very graciously spent time to give you the highlights.

Great Time in Pebble Beach
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this home. We have enjoyed both our stays here and, hopefully, will be able to do so again. The home is spacious, comfortable and quiet and the owner always tries to make sure everything you need is supplied. The home is clean and everything is in good condition.
He has put together a fairly comprehensive binder listing places to eat, activities you would enjoy and things to do. There are excellent directions to places of interest. The price is reasonable, perhaps even a bargain.
We only had one very minor issue: my wife and daughter are both just a little over 5’ tall and the microwave is up rather high so it is a little difficult to operate. I also believe the display is failing as it was impossible to read. Beyond that, our stay was perfect.
