This comfortable updated home conveniently located in Carmel is the perfect kid friendly getaway.

The large 2 car-garage has been converted to a play room/tv room perfect for the kids to play and watch movies. The great room encompasses the family room, kitchen and dining room and affords adults the comfort and amenities to relax and enjoy your getaway.

If you're a big kid at heart, the backyard is the ultimate outdoor hangout with a beautiful patio. Backyard toys include a large 5-6 person spa, built-in gas fire-pit for roasting marshmallows and a top of the line gas barbecue.

If your looking to relax and spend time with the kids outside, you can take turns putting and chipping on the built-in greens. The kids can swing, slide and climb on the redwood playground.

And if your just looking to sit and enjoy the cool coastal temperatures and amazing aromas of the trees and flowers, you can do that as well.

This perfect home offers a gated property and driveway so the little ones can play outside worry-free while you relax. The large master suite with king size bed and mood lighting are sure to please.

The 2nd bedroom boasts another king size bed of comfort and the 3rd bedroom is perfect for those that enjoy a queen size bed. The home offers two full bathrooms with heated toilet seats that you will wish you had at home.

The house was great, 4 min drive to all the shops and restaurants in Carmel. 12 minutes to Monterey. We had no issues, the home was clean and perfect for our group.

Lovely home within easy walking distance of downtown Carmel and quick drive to grocery store. Charming, quiet neighborhood. Back porch was wonderful and the hot tub was very clean and the perfect temperature.

We just spent a week at this lovely home. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do in the Carmel and Monterey area. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 people that included teenagers and grandparents! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked, which made making meals easy. The outside area was absolutely phenomenal, the hot tub, mini golf area, fire pit and BBQ were all used frequently by our group. This house made our family vacation absolutely perfect!

This is our third year in a row staying at this house. We love the location and the privacy. The backyard is beautiful and the hot tub is a huge added bonus. We can’t wait to come back next year.

This was a wonderful experience. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We had the rehearsal dinner at the property. The kids loved the playground! The entire backyard was perfect for all ages. The house is warm and inviting! We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed out time in Carmel but didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the house because we were working every day. The hot tub and fire pit are awesome. House was comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was the coffee maker that quit the second morning - leaving a bunch of coffee addicts struggling to find early morning coffee! ;-)

This was our fourth year staying at the house with my family, we really love the comfort of the house and the closeness to downtown Carmel. Richard has always been great at responding, and while we were disappointed the hot tub had an electrical issue, Richard tried everything he could to get it fixed while we were there. I’m sure we will be back again next year.

We were in Carmel for my daughter's wedding and this property was absolutely perfect. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms were super clean and very comfortable, the living area is peaceful, the kitchen is remarkably equipped with everything that you would have in your own kitchen, including a blender, pots and pans, Tupperware containers and everything that would make a long-term stay perfectly comfortable. The garden is a little pocket of heaven, super well maintained and with a putting green, a fire pit, a couple of chairs to lounge in and sip a glass of well-deserved wine. To address the concern of one of the previous tenants, I did not feel at all that the noise from the street was a problem in any way. Carmel on its own is a very quiet town where people don't go crazy and there was hardly any passage of cars at all at night. In short, a wonderful experience, and I will not hesitate to book again for a family gathering in Carmel.

We had and great time. Easy access and great location off Hwy 1. Great open plan for visiting with family. We were 4 adults (myself, wife, daughter & son-in-law) along with 2 small grandkids (3 year old granddaughter & 9 month granddaughter). Great backyard for the 3 year old. Great firepit, hot tub & swing set. Garage conversion into another large room would be great for older kids or another place for adults. Would definitely return for another visit.

It was very nice except for the highway right over the fence. Because we were there a lengthy time we got used to some noise. it was a rare home that had pots and pans that were usable. Towels, potholders, etc. in plentiful supply. thank you, Richard. We figured out the TV easily. We had an enjoyable time and appreciate your letting us stay.

Portland family were 2 days late because of air travel. Driving family from San Diego were caught in horrendous traffic taking twice as long. Rain started for 2 days and electricity out in Carmel for 11 hours New Year’s Eve. All survived and Richard gave us a later checkout to help us organize. Loved the house. Wish we could have enjoyed the outside beautiful yard and jacuzzi

This property was a perfect home base for a race weekend at Laguna Seca. We utilized all three bedrooms and enjoyed the living room/dining area. Close to downtown Carmel and all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Would stay again.

We had a great stay! Communication was very easy. House is very kid friendly with a pack n play and toys and swing set in the backyard. Cute little neighborhood but close to everything. House has everything you need! If we find ourselves back in Carmel we will definitely stay again!

House is great for a family with children. The converted garage into a play room and the play set outside kept our toddler entertained! House was well equipped and clean. Outdoor space is great for entertaining. Only draw was the traffic noise from highway 1. During the day it was too noisy to hangout in the backyard or have windows open. Otherwise, short distance to downtown and the neighborhood felt very safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Owner was excellent at communication, property was beautiful and had everything that we needed . The extra finished garage was perfect for my teen son. We used the spa and fire pit each night,.. So relaxing., would definitely stay again if visiting this area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Carmel with our two adult daughters! We enjoyed the extra amenities the house offered, using both the fire pit and jacuzzi nightly! Location was great to walk into town for our evenings and perfect to hop on CA 1 for our scenic day trips. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

The home itself was perfect! Great size bedrooms, nice open kitchen, comfortable big beds, gorgeous backyard, and the hot tub was a bonus. The area that the home was in was beautiful, and we felt very safe. Nice area to take a walk in, and it is close to downtown. The owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend, and would stay there again for sure!
