My family booked a stay here to be near Marineland while my daughter attended camp. This was a great location and welcoming condo. Patty was very sweet and understanding when we had a miscommunication regarding booking. Overall we had a great time!

The place was great. The guest bedroom had two singles that are not ideal for 4 adults, so I would consider changing one single to a double bed.

The condo was perfect place to spend a long weekend in St. Augustine. The beach was only a short walk away and the chairs, cart and towels provided was everything you needed to enjoy a day in the sand. Patty and Harry were very responsive and provided a very well stocked & very clean apartment. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Enjoyed the visit. Everything as described and in good condition. The walk to the beach was a little further than I'd prefer, but it was fine and mostly along a wood pathway. A beach cart is available to help. Would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful condo!! This condo is fully stocked with all the needed items to make your stay complete. Very clean and decorated wonderfully. Location is great! Patty is great to work with. She made the entire process very easy and stress free. We plan to return. Thank you Patty!

we loved this property! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back although I may try and get a first floor unit as it may be easier with my dogs. The beach was empty and beautiful and we biked to town and enjoyed the close by restaurants as well. Everything we wanted to see was a short Uber, Drive or bike ride away. I highly recommend this condo!

Enjoyable stay. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. A bit of a walk to the beach. However you can pay $10 to access the beach with your car/truck. Enjoyed having the pool close on the windy days.

Amazing property! Patty and Harry have thought of everything needed for the perfect vacation, even making this beautiful condo pet friendly . Very clean, fully stocked w/ quality items. (Some rentals you feel like are furnished from second hand garage sale) Easy loading from second floor parking deck to front door. We love driving onto Butler Beach to spend day relaxing and fishing. We do a lot of rentals in the area and this condo will go on our list of favorites!

We have a family of six and this was an amazing vacation for us and our four kids! Patty and Harry were so great right from the start of booking. The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was perfect accommodations for our family, including extras like beach gear! The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We loved the selection of DVDs, and had a movie night each night there! The walk to the beach was not bad at all, about 6-7 mins. We loved every minute, and will be returning!!

Th condo was absoluly beautiful and spacious, There was plenty of room for us in each room I loved my master bedroom. the balcony was an awesome place to sit back and have your morning coffee or tea and in the evening just to take in your day and relax.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our babymoon before our baby girl arrives this fall. The location was great and only a short drive to stores, so many great restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. I will say the walk to the beach was a little far for this pregnant lady in the Florida heat, but definitely manageable. I do recommend using a beach cart/wagon if you want to take a tent, chairs, coolers etc. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was the most equipped one of any condo I’ve stayed it. We hope to come back sometime next summer for our baby girl’s first beach trip!

Very nice condo. Master suite is very roomy. King size bed is very comfortable and bathroom is big and spacious. Second bedroom may be big enough for smaller children but was not big enough for our larger, older sons. They also said that the twin beds were not very comfortable. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. There are plenty of bed linens and bath towels and washcloths. There is a beach cart with four chairs. There is also a beach umbrella, plenty of beach towels and now a boogey board that we contributed to the beach closet. However, it is quite a hike to the beach! The deck is very nice and it is a great place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or the evening breeze. The starter supplies are just that. They lasted us about a day. We had to buy more toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and laundry detergent. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed our stay. Make sure you go see a sunrise, it is worth getting up early then go get breakfast at The Oasis. Mango Mangos, Cantina Louies and Ford's Garage are great places to get a bite to eat.

Enjoyed our stay and working with Patty. Condo was quite clean and well appointed. We had a 2 year old with us and Patty graciously supplied a pack and play and also a high chair. Unit also contained beach towels and beach chairs. These extras greatly reduced our packing and getting everything in the car. Mornings were wonderful. Our condo faced east so we were able to enjoy our mornings on the patio. What a delight! Pool area was just visible from our unit. Pool temp greatly dependent on the air temp. Pool deck area did lack lounge chairs and there were several fire ant mounds we needed to avoid. There was a nice bathroom and deck shower available.Walking to the beach was an easy boardwalk trek except for the last area requiring us to trudge over a hill of sand. Once over the beach was deep and flat. I would recommend our rented condo to anyone. It deserves a thumbs up!

We really enjoyed spending our Christmas at this condo.It was very comfortable with bedding as well as living room furniture. Also the kitchen had all the amenities looking for in order to cook a nice Christmas meal! The only little con was the dryer was not working but that was no big deal. I would highly recommend this property and will stay there again!

Patty was wonderful from the beginning to promptly communicate with us. Check-in was easy, and the condo was very spacious. It is very close to the beach and located right next to the community pool. We had a wonderful time in Saint Augustine, and it would be great to stay at Patty's for our next time visiting town.

Great place with easy beach access. The room was very nice and spacious with everything that you would need. Loved the way there was a beach cart with chairs already there, along with a few beach toys for the kids. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location close to town and restaurants. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes. Very nice updated condo. Loved being able to unload our luggage at the front door. Patty was great to deal with as well.

This was a nice, short getaway for the family and our 2 four-legged members. Both the complex and condo were very clean. The condo was bigger than I expected, plenty of room for us. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals at home and we even baked our Christmas cookies there. It was a short walk to the nice, clean beach. The dogs enjoyed their long walks each morning. Wish we can stay longer!!!

If you have been looking for the ideal property to stay at while visiting the St. Augustine area your search is OVER! From our first contact with the property manager, Patty, who was very forthcoming and accurate regarding the accommodations, we were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of this spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped Villa. The location was central to all of the activities/sights we had planned and with the convenience of numerous beach chairs, umbrellas, body-boards, etc. we were able to pack the car for the trip and actually see out the back window! The area offers a wide range of attractions and has some phenomenal restaurants. We highly recommend this property and plan to return annually for years to come.
