About this cottage rental

Located on a private lane just a short walk to town and easy access to bike I paths on and beaches, our property is a quintessential Nantucket getaway. Our property consists of two cottages, duplex style, with separate entrances and decks and a large shared yard (see listing #994545 for our other cottage). There is also a separate studio on the property that the owners use occasionally.

Cottage A (Leeward) has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and main living room with efficient kitchen and living space. The first bedroom has a full size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The deck overlooks the large shared, nicely landscaped yard, and with comfortable outdoor furniture and a Weber gas grill. There is also ample off-street parking. Quality linens are included and beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler are available for your use. Just bring yourself!

If traveling with small children, we can help connect you with a local rental company that can provide anything else you might need. Also ask about bike rentals!

Kitchen is efficiently updated with an LG refrigerator, compact stove, microwave and a dishwasher. Everything that you would need for a week's getaway is provided.

The bathroom features marble floors and tile walls with a modern glass shower surround.

Outside you will find a large professionally landscaped yard and a large outside shower. The outside shower features hot water and a dressing area for privacy.

While just a short walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants along with the harbor area- the cottage is down a secluded lane that is quiet and a great place to relax.

WiFi and a flat screen TV with Cable TV are provided.

There is a security camera located on the end of the cottage building (attached to Cottage B) overlooking the driveway area that is monitored by the hosts. There is also a motion-activated light in the same location to illuminate the driveway after dark (the light turns on temporarily and then turns off automatically). Please let us know if you have any questions about the security features.

In July and August, we rent by the week, Friday to Friday. Inquire about a monthly rental at a reduced rate and no lodging tax (rental period must be more than 31 days).

As a small business, we have a strict cancellation policy. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to mitigate the risk of disruption due to illness (including COVID), transportation issues, etc. We will try to work with you in the case of extreme circumstances but may not be able to in every situation. Thank you for understanding and planning accordingly.

The cottage was perfect, clean and impeccably maintained. Everything we needed was there and everything from the linens to the beach chairs and beach towels were good quality and like new. The yard and gardens were well manicured and even though it was a 3 home property, we had great privacy. Our host was quick to respond to the one question we had during the week! We will stay there again for sure. We loved it!!!!

2 girlfriends and I stayed here in early June and it was perfect! The cottage is so cute, clean and updated, the check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were immediately reachable when needed. Easily walkable to town. It was a great stay and we would all highly recommend!

This property was perfect for a couple. The yard was stunning, and we especially enjoyed the deck and outdoor shower. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We had a car and appreciated having a parking spot for the week! Even with a car, we opted to walk to town a few times each day as the walk was both beautiful and quick. This was our favorite rental we’ve stayed in in Nantucket and would recommend this property to anyone! We would love to stay again.

The cottage was exactly as it was advertised. The location is excellent and the garden was beautiful. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them The place is very well supplied. My only suggestion would be to get new, better quality pillows for the beds. We highly recommend the cottage! We hope to return

Boyers Ally is a gem! It was the perfect space for my family both indoors (where we spent a rainy day) and outdoors enjoying the deck and beautiful yard. We truly felt like we were staying at home having all the amenities needed from being able to cook a meal (fully functional kitchen and grill) or head out for a day at the beach (chairs, towels, cooler). The home is beautifully decorated and quiet despite being in a central location. Very easy to get into town or go in the other direction for another shopping center that has everything you need. Communication was easy and clear and the home was very clean. We'll be back!

From the moment we arrived we loved this cottage! Gorgeous gardens (the little bunnies were an added treat!), lovely outside deck, private, 12/13 minute walk to town and such nice home decor! The kitchen has everything you’ll need, as well as a beautiful washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs. We couldn’t have been happier with this property! Oh, and the owner is amazing! Very quick responses, kind and understanding! A 6 out of 5 stars!!

The photos do not do this lovely cottage justice - it’s just perfect. Modern amenities, whistle clean, comfortable beds and bedding, and stunning outdoor deck and grounds. Interior is stocked with everything you need, including beach towels and chairs. It is a very easy 15 minute stroll into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Additionally, the owners responded immediately to our queries prior to arrival.

Celebrated my wife's birthday at the Leeward Cottage! It is adorable and convenient. We were able to walk into town, we rented bikes and the cottage was our home base for all our excursions. Had so much fun. Would definitely come back to this location - next time with others to rent the Windward as well!!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay! The backyard is a huge extra bonus with beautiful gardens. Outside shower was lovely. The space inside is all you need for a lovely stay on Nantucket, very well appointed, and just well thought out and decorated. Proximity to town is perfect, especially if you have young kids - nice easy walk. My twin 3 year olds were calling it “our ocean house” by the end of the week so we will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful time at the Leeward cottage! It was perfect for our small family - clean, well-maintained and the shared backyard was a game-changer for our dog and 1 year old. We (one adult with middle-school aged kids) really enjoyed our stay at this property. The cottage has all the necessities and a comfortable large deck with outdoor grill, quiet beautifully landscaped yard, and well equipped kitchen. The owners were very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The location is within walkable distance or a short bike ride to the town center. We did not have to use the air conditioner during our stay in middle of June.

This cottage was delightful- clean, bright, airy and well equipped for our short stay. Our only challenge was finding it. We walked from the ferry and it was difficult to find Boyer's Way. Once we were there, all was delightful.

The cottage - it’s small — is nevertheless fully equipped. The bedrooms are tiny but the coat tags is tasteful decorated and , unless you’re planning on spending your vacation inside (why would you), it’s ideal. A 20 min walk/ 5 min bike ride (or less) to town.
