About this apartment rental

Welcome to our 2 BR/ 2 BA condo. This is a 2nd row, top 3rd floor end unit. Here you will find amazing views of the ocean as well as the beach. Just a few short steps across the street will take you to the beach or you can head to one of the two pools available. New in 2023 is a freshly painted retreat and new master bed. You can take a 10 minute walk to visit the north pier and grab a drink at the Tiki bar or walk to the sound access for fishing or launching a kayak a few blocks away. The Boardwalk is about 1 mile south of the condo. Prime season rental days start and end on Saturday however nightly rates are available 2 weeks prior to check in. Linens and towels are provided. Condo is equipped with a video doorbell for an added layer of security.

Great location. Very 3rd floor condo. Beds are very comfortable! Make sure you bring all things you would need to prepare food with, spices etc. Other than that kitchen well equipped. Quiet area near beach access. Pool was very clean. Nice to come back to after a day at the beach. Only thingvi would sugguest to replace hall carpet, its curled on edges and we tripped on it a few times.

The condo was so bright and cheerful! We felt very at home there. You actually have a pretty good veiw of the ocean, even though its across the street. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean, and we usually had the pool all to ourselves, which my kids loved! We didn't want to leave.

This is our second time staying in this unit and we love it. Angie is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to assist in any way that she can. Its the perfect location from the beach and we were even able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony. We will be back for sure!!

We had an amazing time! The cleanliness of this property is fantastic! Do not let the stairwell fool you. When you walk in you will find a beautifully remodeled unit. The pictures reflect exactly what you see. However they do not do justice in reflecting how close you are to the beach. You are just across the street. The place is stocked with everything you could think of. And there is a closet full of a gazillion board games. We had one small blip on our trip and Angie's response was fantastic. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely stay again.

So much to do. Easy Access to groceries and shopping. So clean condo! So clean the Child Lock on the washer was a new challenge. Whaaat! Thankfully we figured out our stupidity before the repairman was sent out!

We all loved our stay. This condo is adorable and spacious. The host was a pleasure to work with from check-in to check-out. We were all prepared for the steps and the stairwell was cool compared to the outside ones. Loved, loved, loved the short walk to the beach and the Periwinkle entrance. We visited the pier multiple times. The house was great! Lots of seating in the living room. The kitchen and appliances and cookware provided were wonderful. The master bedroom is nice but the mattress, though large is past it’s prime and should really be replaced. The second bedroom has great storage but the bed is very loud and noisy when you’re on it. I’ve never seen a mattress quite like that. The lower mattress is fine and a great addition. The sofa couch is better than sleeping on the floor. The air is very loud but it was nice and cool in the unit. We purchased the linen package and I’m glad we did. They brought lots of towels and the sheets were great. Again, loved this location and we will be back. Enjoy your stay!

Yes, there are plenty of stairs to climb, but the condo was nicely laid out, comfortable, and well-equipped, and it was maybe 5 minutes from the beach. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, too. I'd rent it again today if I could.

This was our first family vacation to Carolina Beach. We absolutely loved the beach, and the surrounding areas. A perfect beach town, with all the beach vibes. However, our experience with our condo was not as positive. It was such a disappointment. It was very dirty. The kitchen and living area in particular. Not to mention, the horrible mattresses in the bedrooms. The master bedroom mattress was unbearable to sleep in. Large lumps in the mattress, and the mattress cover was so hot, all we did, was sweat every night. We tried to remove the cover, and the mattress was covered in urine stains. This was completely disgusting. We get so dirty. Also, the kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. I actually took pictures of everything, to substantiate my review. I also sent a text message to the owner of the property, making her aware of things. She sent me a message, stating that the property manager was coming by, the next morning. The property manager and his wife were absolutely no help. They had excuses for every concern of mine. How do you excuse a dirty stove top? Filth in the kitchen walls, cabinets, handles/knobs? We didn't eat there, as it was that dirty. I could literally rub my fingers in the greasy ceramic stove top, and to the property manager, that was completely acceptable. It absolutely is unacceptable as a paying renter. Why are we paying a cleaning fee, if the condo isn't going to be cleaned? I would never recommend this property, mainly for these reasons. I also was concerned about the rug runner in the hallway; as it was curling up, and several of us had already tripped on it, with a infant. That was a terrible accident, waiting to happen. I mentioned the rug a few times, and the manager was completely trying to ignore the issue.. I once again mentioned the rug, and he became quite irritated, and asked me, if I would like for him to take it up, from the floor. I responded, yes, please. I will stress how rude the property manager was, I told him that I didn't appreciate his attitude, but I could get one back, with him. Our family couldn't leave the condo, quick enough. The furniture was absolutely filthy. Again....I have pictures of the dirt/stains in the furniture. Also, the pillows were disgustingly filthy. I actually removed the pillow covers, and washed them. When I removed the covers from the pillows, a literal cloud of dust/dirt went flying in the air from the pillows. A dirty condo. .

There were 45 steps to get up to the unit but nice views once you got up there. The carpet on the building steps needs to be replaced - first impression of the building was not good. Parking spaces are really tight. If draperies in the living area were lined it might help keep the unit more comfortable. The vents in the living area don’t keep it cool. Sliding door to the porch was hard to operate and the one in the hall bedroom was pretty much unusable.

Our family enjoyed our 4 night stay at Angie's property. Great ocean views, and easy beach access. Angie was super quick to respond to any all questions we had. This is our 5th trip to Carolina beach and won't be our last.

Amazing view and location. Check in was super easy and had good communication with the owner. Nice set up in the rooms, as my 2 kids loved having the trundle option to sleep in. Would definitely stay again.

We had issues with the code getting into the door and that I believe was user error on our part but Angie assisted immediately and we were able to get right in. We had an amazing time! Convenient access to beach, pool, all amenities listed accurately, our first visit to CB, it was a perfect week away. Short bike ride. or drive to restaurants, pier, boardwalk & stores. Angie was great to work with. The unit is on the 3rd floor which wasn’t a problem for us, if you’re driving a large or oversized truck or SUV parking is tight, but unless rentals in the area are single family or have street parking, a lot are like this.

Loved the balcony with the view of the Ocean. The living room and kitchen were great. Washer and dryer nice bonus. The 2nd bedroom needs a new mattress. The kitchen bar that. Swivel need to be replaced . The stairs were rough. But overall good.
