This clean, stylishly furnished 1,800 square foot house has everything you need for the perfect vacation. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, one sleeper sofa and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
Out on the lanai, the sun-sparkled water of the heated pool is enclosed by a wall of lush greenery, giving you privacy. The water is so perfect the kids will refuse get out of the pool, but that’s fine with you, since you won’t be in any hurry to get up from the palm tree-shaded recliner, either. We loved the location of this house it's close to everything on Marco. It had everything we needed for the beach including a wagon which was very helpful for the hike into Tigertail Beach. If you go to tiger tail just be prepared to walk a couple of miles to get to the beach. It was totally worth it though! Also the privacy of your own heated pool was awesome. This house had everything we needed & we'll definitely be back!

We stayed at this property just under 2 months and in an honest assessment I have to say it is a very ‘tired’ property which needs a lot of attention to be a proper rental.
The PROS: quiet, convenient neighborhood, close to beach and all amenities … but note the Tigertail Beach parking lot is just down the road - the beach is an additional 1 mile walk out to the water. All good for us - but misconstrued on some listings.
The NEGATIVE:
Filthy!
We arrived to find dental floss, tissues and garbage under the master bed - upon arrival!!! BLACK MOLD in the shower - rusted taps and stains in the sinks … flooded kitchen (3 times) due to bad dishwasher - and poorly connected fridge. Roof leaked and left a huge stain and flood in house, master toilet ‘ran’ every day and all day.
They had to come in and replace the dishwasher - which still flooded - another day wasted.
We allowed maintenance to come in for 2 days while
We were rented and the chemical and paint smell was so bad, we had to find additional place to stay that
Evening. The next day the noise was so loud we couldn’t work (we work remotely) …
One afternoon I noticed a team of men in the pool - ripping out the screen and walking around -
Scared me so much I had to leave the property.
No soap, cleaners, laundry detergent, trash bags,
Etc provided.
Not well stocked - I spent the first week organizing and stocking the kitchen so I could cook at home.
Just really poor property - not well maintained - not cleared properly

Booking process was great. Keys ready and available on time. The plus side - comfortable accommodations as described. Great bikes and beach equipment. The downside pool was very dirty (it was cleaned Friday - day before we left), exterior needs to be repaired. Landscapers woke us at 8AM every morning to work outside. A member of rental co stopped by to change air condition filter and was surprised to see house was even rented since yard was so dug up and muddy with trucks in the driveway. Beach was great but would def not rent this house again. Did not feel very safe with pool doors open to the public. Received call after we left the house on Saturday that some bikes were in the driveway which were not ours. That left me feeling more uneasy about our safety. Rep for Marco Vac said they were investigating.

Clean home, quiet neighborhood. Good location near Tigertail Beach. Pool was wonderful, very clean and appreciated it being so warm. Beds were comfy and home layout was great for a family stay.
Only downside is there was limited toilet paper, garbage bags and tissues provided, and to get more we needed to pick them up from the office.

This home is in the perfect location for us. It was a 15 minute walk to shopping area, restaurants, and Tigertail Beach. On arrival the home was immaculate. There were some minor maintenance issues. I informed management and they were on it immediately. I highly recommend this property. Loved it!

We recently had the opportunity to rent this home in Marco Island. It is a nice home in a nice community within walking distance to Tigertail beach. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants: Salty Dog, Ciao Bella, C J’s, and Lee Be Fish. We walked Tigertail beach area some and enjoyed a day at the southern beach, parking and using the south public access.The home is a 3 bedroom with a nice kitchen, living room and screened outdoor pool. The home ,however, needs a DEEP cleaning. On the surface it looks clean and tidy, but after spending a day or two you realize the floors are dirty (shown by white socks), there are dead spiders in the master bath, the outdoor cloth chairs are moldy as is the outdoor slider. Mattresses are old and have no support, and the light fixture over the kitchen table only works on dim. We have rented homes across the US as well as South Africa and Europe, but this was the first time the home we rented was not inhabited by its owners. So there are no real cleaning supplies, bath supplies, or cooking supplies like olive oil etc. Each renter is apparently expected to purchase these themselves, but these are items that one cannot pack in your suitcase, and the cleaning crew must simply remove them after each rental. We were asked to replace propane for cooking on the grill, but upon arrival discovered an empty can sitting by the grill.None of this made the stay extremely unpleasant but it was not what we are accustomed to, added to our expenses, and questions why we had to pay a $250 cleaning fee?

February 2021 Stay
The house is nice but desperately needs a deep clean and updating to keep it current. Suggestions: organize and clean out the kitchen cabinets, replace worn out pots and pans, new blender (missing pieces of the top), dust ceiling fans (outdoor too), wipe down baseboards, paint the ceilings, furniture in front bedroom was missing knobs and falling apart (pieces of the bed were not assembled), window coverings are dirty and most didn’t function fully or at all, replace all TVs with SMART TVS, beach umbrella was completely broken (we found out after we already brought it to the beach), beach chairs were full of trash, need more bath towels to accommodate full capacity, and the wifi router needs to be replaced. It was non functional for 2 days then worked spottily and was never remedied. We had 3 people in the home attempting to work remotely so this was extremely frustrating. Master bath shower has mold and toilet ran often. Very misleading to say it’s walking distance to the beach.

December 2020 Stay
Our family enjoyed our week on Marco. The property is close to Tigertail Beach (We did drive each day-it’s quite a hike once you park your car).Having beach chairs/wagon was so nice and made it much easier to get all our things to the beach. The pool was really nice. It would have been helpful to have known what day/time the pool cleaner was coming though as he arrived pretty early and we were all still in our jammies. Overall the house was nice and very spacious for us but not particularly clean. I think it would be good for the property to be deep cleaned monthly (kitchen drawers dirty, lot of dust on tables, plants and decor&lots of dust on the baseboards and under furniture). having basic cleaning supplies would also be nice because many families do like to clean up during their stay & it’s not realistic for guests to buy their own for short stays. Back patio was also really nice to have and it’s pretty private from neighbors (do recommend the patio floor & around the pool be sprayed between guests).

March 2022 Stay
great location, very nice layout and amenities. a few things could use attention: knives are very dull and difficult to use, the sheets in the master bedroom don't fit properly and pull off the mattress every night. It would be very helpful for basic cleaning supplies and paper goods to be stocked as we had to go out to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. we did have an issue with the garbage disposal and the management company was extremely responsive.

Marco Island near Tigertail Beach
I rented this property for 2 weeks in the beginning of February 2022. To begin with, the pictures have to be very old. The furniture is dirty-looks nothing like the pictures. The "owner" would be better served by getting a good cleaning crew to come in. The master bathroom shower was filled with mold. The water pressure is almost non-existent in the "primary" bathroom shower. The kitchen was dirty, drawers were dirty and the pots and pans were not worth cooking on. On the last night there, my husband got up to use the restroom and there was a cockroach next to the toilet.
I will say the only positive I can say is it's close to the Tigertail beach entrance. But be forewarned, door to sitting on the beach is a little more than a mile walk. You can drive and park at the beach but it's $10 daily.
Don't walk away from renting this house, RUN AWAY!

The house itself is amazing. We enjoyed our stay greatly and the neighborhood was very safe and quite. However, we recommend to the owner of this property that the inside cleaning needs a lot of improvement taking in consideration that we were charged for the cleaning fees highly so we were expecting a spotless cleaning and also due to COVID-19 an extra cleaning. Under the sofas were pieces of snacks, behind the living room TV was very dusty, the kitchen counter was dusty, the dinning room table and chairs were dirty. Under the beds were also lots of dirt. The bathroom that leads to the pool, was full of nasty mold. In general, we spent like 3 hours cleaning the house upon arrival. The furniture needs to be replaced, the TVs needs to be upgraded, the TVs in the bedrooms were extremely outdated and extremely small. One of the bedroom has the mattress very bad condition too shaky very uncomfortable to sleep. The pool has a broken piece of cement which is dangerous if a person place her/his foot while standing up inside the pool. To summarize, we were dissatisfied with the inside cleaning. It needs major improvement and supervision afterwards. We would like to point out that regardless of all of these encounters, our stay was very enjoyable and we love the house distribution. If these recommended improvements are done, this will be the perfect house and place for vacationing over and over.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Great private pool and patio area. Nice big house. We were surprised that there we no supplies. None. We had to buy soap, toilet paper, dish and dishwasher detergent, detergent and trash bags. The TVs need to be replaced and the house could use a good cleaning. We enjoyed our stay and probably would stay there again.

December 2019 Stay
There were quite a few issues with the house. Broken: garbage disposal, beach cart and tv in guest room. There were not enough working beach chairs for 6 people. 1 was rusty and the other a sand chair. The blinds in the living room are missing a portion. My husband had to clean the grill before using. The outdoor furniture is rusty and moldy and needs updating. This was the first airbnb we rented that did not have basic cleaning supplies for guests. Andrew was very responsive and accommodating doing what he could to address issues .But the owner needs to update /specifically the outdoor furniture TV and 2 beach chairs. The beach is much longer than a 10 minute walk to get to the shore. The alternative is walking through the lagoon which is challenging. That should be clearly listed in the ad. The beach is beautiful and our family still had a wonderful time but I would not rent this house again.
