The house is very comfortable, a bit dated, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and provides a furnished and warm setting for a family vacation, romantic get-away or reunion of friends. A Murphy Queen bed and a fold out full sofa for four additional guests sleeping are available. View our numerous amenities below.

Enjoy spectacular views of North Lake Tahoe and snowcapped mountains while enjoying our rental home; it is located above Highway 28/AKA North Lake Tahoe Boulevard, included is some traffic noise in exchange for that magnificent view! Our property is conveniently located and quickly accessible to all recreational destinations.

Loved the property and deck as it the view of the lake was outstanding. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 6. Ginger was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. The toys and child friendly bedding Ginger provided for the children was wonderful and really helped them settle. Along with the toiletries (child friendly), beach things and snacks, I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Ginger!

We had a great stay at this property. The views of Lake Tahoe are absolutely beautiful, and Ginger could not have been more kind and accommodating. The house is so well stocked and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It was unusually hot when we were there so that was a bit challenging in the evening, but Ginger said she hopes to get air conditioning in the future. Also, as others have mentioned, there is some traffic noise. But overall, a very comfortable home and nice place to stay, and we so appreciated GInger’s above-and-beyond hospitality.

This was one of our all-time favorite vacation rentals! The host carefully considers every detail to ensure your comfort and enjoyment of the house and area. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved spending time on the deck watching the lake and the birds. Would absolutely book again in a heartbeat!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house! Ginger, the owner, was very nice, responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She gave us a tour of the house when we got arrived, gave recommendations to restaurants, etc., and had refreshments waiting for us after our long drive! The house has amazing views of the lake from the living room and bedrooms. It’s a great location and we were just a few minutes away from Kings Beach and several shops, restaurants, gas station, Safeway, etc. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in King’s Beach.

Our stay at this home was like staying in a B&B - the coffee, tea, scones, berries, yogurt was waiting for our arrival. Ginger was there via text and in-person for every question. The house was gorgeous and the view was stunning. We will be back again and again. Thank you so much Ginger for everything!

The photos don't do it justice, the view is even better in person. The star gazing is amazing and the are beautiful sunsets over the mountain range. The host went above and beyond to make it trip memorable, even buying a surprise gift for our daughter's birthday. The kitchen is well stocked which is very nice and the best of any rental we've used before. Great stay.

I booked this property on last minutes for a family trip. I actually didn’t even read all the descriptions and details at booking. Ginger and Roy were very nice and helpful with all our questions before and during our trip. We arrived just around the sunset, the view was breathtaking. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed including kitchen supplies, condiments, games, movies, rafts/water activities and more. We will definitely come back here again. We loved how much it felt like like home. We didn't really have anything planned so lounging on the patio and reading in the super comfy chair or couch was perfect. Enjoying the view with your morning coffee will definitely start your day off right! The neighborhood is small and quiet so walking our dog was lovely at all times (we don't have street lights where we're from so I already had a leash light - you might want to get one for late night potty checks! There was a flashlight in the kitchen too just in case)

We enjoyed our stay so very much! As others have noted the view is terrific! The property is exactly as presented and is very clean. Yes, there is a bit of road noise, and yes the furnishings are a bit dated. But neither of these things were a surprise, and were also not a problem at all! The bed in the master was quite comfortable and the caretaker, "Roy" was such a pleasure to meet. We had a small problem with one of the blinds and he replaced it without question. I definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again!!!

This house is exactly as advertised. You walk in to a panoramic view of the lake and are instantly in vacation mode. Weather doesn't matter as you have a spectacular front row seat to the lake rain or shine. This house is incredibly well stocked and every need is taken care of...beach towels, games, first aid kit, fully stocked kitchen, amazing views. We couldn't have asked for more. And Ginger and Roy were a both a complete pleasure to work with and truly nice, caring people. We hope to return soon!

We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the beautiful view through the large dining room and living room windows. We really appreciated that our small dog was welcome (with the exception of the downstairs). The kitchen, though small, is well equipped, with pots and pans in great shape. We had everything we needed to eat in for a long weekend. The house was spotless and carpets looked new (having a policy of no shoes in the house sure helps). The downstairs area feels huge and ideal for teenagers to retreat to.

Me and my family (5 total) stayed at the property. Communications were excellent. The place itself was well maintained and the view was excellent. Kitchen is a bit small but totally useable. I would recommend a few updates in the future, especially windows and blinds. But certainly it's a beautiful house. We got hit by a major storm while there and Ginger and Roy went well out of their way to help us.

Overall good property to stay for easy access to skiing, lake, etc. Property was clean and comfortable. The only downside we can think of was that the property is very close to the main road; you will get noise from traffic.

We loved the views from the property and the space in the house. It was super clean and well stocked. The property managers were very kind and went beyond the call of duty to help us while we were there. Drawbacks for us was having a 10am checkout time and being expected to have all sheets stripped off beds and moved to laundry room, trashes in garage, dishes started and hand washed what couldn’t go in dishwasher among other things on top of being expected to be out that early. That was a downer for us. The house is very, very dated including couches, floors, shower areas, everything. Even inside with windows shut we heard some road noise.

I rented this home for my daughter, son-in-law and myself to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival we were delighted with the place and found it to be quite spacious and comfortable. It is also equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely come back.
