This condo was amazing. We (6 adults) stayed 5 days. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. It definitely has a cabin vibe and smell. Slightly dated but clean for its age, well worth it for the view. The updated and well stocked kitchen was a plus. I could not imagine a better on-the-lake experience. We were able to rent Kayaks across the street to use in the private bay. Memories to last a lifetime.

The Association that this condo is located in is impeccably kept. We really enjoyed the location. This was our first time to Tahoe and I liked our restaurant and activity option in South Tahoe, although we did go to Truckee one day, which was so much fun and the views during the drive were well worth it (and the Old Town Tap was amazing)!
The condo was well stocked although we did not cook much. The view from the condo is outstanding! i loved drinking coffee on the back balcony and then going down to the dock. The condo is a little outdated (furniture) but very functional and comfortable. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

We’ve stayed all over the lake over the decades and have never stayed on the east side. Great location, quiet area and close to S Lake. The house needs a few updates, but still nice place to unwind. Nice to be able to have fires up and down stairs.

The view behind the homes were incredible on top of it all!

Very outdated bathrooms and bedrooms. Feels like you are stepping back into the 70s. Some upgrades were done but were poorly done. Painted around furniture, paint on baseboards, bathroom fixtures and carpet. Carpet is dirty and old. Advertises that it sleeps 6, but only has enough Living room seating for 5. Kitchen table and entry way floor were not clean on arrival.

We went during Christmas so the review will pertain to that period specifically.
Positives: Great location. You’ll be greeted with a lakefront view with snowcapped mountains behind it from both upper and lower level deck. An absolute delight in the morning with coffee.
Kitchen was well equipped , if you feel like cooking you’ll have all the utensils you need.
Interior design of the house is a mix of retro and modern furnishings, which I liked.
Lakeside walk was also nice and a beautiful sunset.
Things that can be improved:
If you arrive after dark you might have a hard time finding the cottage even with the map they provide. But luckily the property manager helped out through video call to find the correct one. Also the road inside the gated area is very narrow and winding so need to be careful if you’re driving something big like a Yukon.
Coming to the cleanliness, the cleaners didn’t do a good job for sure. Bedsheets were not clean and we could really smell sweat from previous guests.
Floors were not that clean either.
Beds were overall comfortable but could’ve been better.
The main issue we faced was that the bedroom on the upper level didn’t heat up optimally . I couldn’t find any heating vents in the room and noticed that whatever heat was coming was from the kitchen and adjacent passage vent which was not sufficient. This certainly needs to be improved.

Great property with an awesome lake view. Property is as advertised, well-kept and well stocked with dishes and towels. Brandon at Tahoe All Seasons is an excellent property manager.

Our group and I loved our stay at this condo. Its ease of access to the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe and wonderful accommodations were perfect for our vacation there. The beachfront area was perfect for relaxing and catching sunsets on the horizon. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for having us.

Clean and well provisioned. Best location EVER! Would like to have the required umbrella for the beach and a vacuum

This condo is in a wonderful private neighborhood with a private beach. It had everything we needed including a wonderful view. It’s a little outdated but we were outdoors mostly.

Clean quiet property on beach. Close to town. No complaints.

View and location amazing. Property not very clean. Only used one of bedrooms. Carpets dirty in primary bedroom. Fireplace not cleaned or restocked from previous guest. Mold in outdated primary shower. Well stocked kitchen but with our a well functioning coffee maker which was disappointing for morning coffee on deck. For the fee charged might expect better. But can't bet the location

We really had a great time staying at this beautiful cabin. The washing machine was not working for us, but I told the manager after we left and he responded immediately apologizing and saying he will get it fixed. We will definitely stay again!!

The home is very clean and has some updates in the kitchen/living area which was very comfortable to hang out in. Loved that it had 3 full bathrooms! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals in. Great location and nice lake views!

Amazing property
Just an amazing property to spend a week at Tahoe. This unit is extremely well maintained. The thorough check in process is smooth and the property manager is awesome with giving us all the information we need along with getting us the parking and beach passes. You better reserve this quick because we are going to rent it again next year.

Very good location. Clean property. Highly recommended!

Great location & view
The condo is lovely, the location is perfect, the property manager is helpful & responsive BUT there are unfriendly HOA members that patrol the beach and parking areas and try to intimidate. They clearly don’t like vacation renters.

We really enjoyed our stay. The deck and view of the lake were great.

Low key weekend
Condo was great. Lots of upgrades that aren’t shown in the pictures. Had all the kitchen and linen supplies we needed. Huge jacuzzi tub in the master suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Balcony felt private as the units are staggered. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best at Pinewild
Wonderful place to stay. They have remodeled the kitchen from what the photos show; all new appliances, cabinets and stone counter tops. Very well kept, great view of the lake from the decks, even the sunset. Rent this one time, and you will want to return over and over.

Beautiful location on Lake Tahoe!
We loved our time at Lake Tahoe in 113. Newly updated flooring and living/kitchen area is beautiful! Looks like the owner is in the process of updating other areas as well - and that is great. Many things were different due to COVID, and would have liked to have known that ahead of time. Other than that, this is a great property with a fabulous location!

such a great long weekend
We had 2 family’s and had more than enough room. Gray location with a private beach and super close to the water. We had so much fun!

Place could use some major updating
PineWild is a perfect location as Safeway is right down the street and the beach is private. However it is a joke when you go to the beach and see most of the beach covered in easy-ups. The owner's in Pinewild can place an easy-up on the beach starting May 15 and can leave them up until Oct. 15. There are designated spaces where you can lay out but these spaces are located in specific spots and they are only 30 feet in length and of course the easy-ups get the rest of the space. The townhouse needs some major updating as the bathroom sinks are less than 3 feet high, if your sleeping in the master bedroom and someone is walking in the kitchen or living room the wooden floor really squeeks, the oven and toaster came with the house ( 1970's era ). If you like really gaudy animal trophy heads on the walls you are in luck as you feel like you are in a really bad museum. Parking is Very TIGHT and the grounds are beautiful.

What a stunning view, tranquil setting amongst the pines. Excellent access to water and beach.
The unit is very comfortable, if a bit dated. It was easy to access when we arrived, instructions for entry were emailed prior to arrival and were clear and complete. Kitchen has sufficient glassware, dinnerware, utensils, etc. we loved the 3 separate and private bedrooms. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Beautiful decks for morning and evening relaxation. We would certainly return again. Hopefully, the grill will be replaced before then!

Lake Tahoe Family Reunion
I'm a Lake Tahoe local and used Tahoe All Seasons Properties to book 2 properties for my family to visit during the summer. The properties were close together and accommodated the size of my family. Both properties were very similar, however we preferred this property because of the Lake Views! There were activities near that appealed to everyone in our group. The properties are so close to the lake that it was hard to keep the kids away and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the beach. We were walking distance to Roundhill Pines Beach where you can rent watersports equipment. The 2 back decks of the property overlook gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains, perfect for watching sunrise and sunset or just relaxing with a good book. The house was spacious and just had a homey feel. The house is equipped with WiFi and TV if you're looking for some down time in the house. Will definitely return and recommend!

Great place
Wonderful view, comfortable beds, short walk to the beach, all the elements of a perfect location. The manager was extremely helpful and easy to work with.
Only downside was a lack of seating for meals (just a couple of folding chairs would have helped), and the ancient microwave that is so low over the cooktop that the back burners are unusable.

Excellent place to stay!!!
Wow! Talk about a view at this place!! Lake Tahoe was my backyard and I was only steps away from it! Who could ask for more from on a vacation?? The rental was clean and was ready for us upon arrival. I will definitely come back and use this vacation rental again and refer my friends and family to use this company in the near future.
Thanks Brandon!

Amazing place to stay
The view from the condo was amazing and worth every penny! Three separate bathrooms were really nice when I had guests. Would love to stay there again. The beds were super comfortable as well.
