Experience this quiet condo with meadow views and walking distance to the private community beach of Pine Wild. Relaxation rests here, on a deck to chill and grill, another with a private hot tub, serene walks in the beautifully kept condominium with paths leading to a sandy beach, tennis courts in the woods, and the calm ambiance of Lake Tahoe.

Enter on a covered porch, to keep winter and summer gear, and step through the door. The first bedroom downstairs has two full beds with a connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master suite is also downstairs with king bed and full-size bunk beds, connecting bathroom with shower and bathtub, and leads to one of the back decks facing the meadow with the hot tub. The upstairs opens up to the open floor, third bedroom with a queen bed, and bathroom. The bathroom is not connecting to the bedroom and has a shower. There is Wi-Fi and a smart televisions throughout the condo. The living room also has a gas fireplace and leads to the upper second deck with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining set.

Yes, we love pets and welcome them (i.e. pet friendly), but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone.
If a pet is brought into the home without permission, discussion, or paying a the pet cleaning fee prior to arrival, we will be charging extra fees in addition to the nonrefundable pet cleaning fee.

Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at nearby parking garages or lots. Garages and lots may charge an overnight fee. You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.
NO BACHELOR PARTIES OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!
We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license as proof of 25 years or older, per Douglas County VHR Code.
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided.
Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality.
HOA Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County.

This beautiful unit is located inside the exceptionally maintained Pinewild; just a 8 minute drive from Stateline Casinos and just down the street from the famous Zephyr Cove Beach. The unit came fully equipped with kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, and cozy linens. Beach towels were available for hot tub / beach usage. The private beach is about 2 minute walk from the condo. There was plenty of space for our group and we enjoyed BBQing on the patio. The unit overlooks the famous Bonanza field, which was beautifully outlined in the owners welcome note. Upon booking, the property manager emailed me a thorough pamphlet on things to do, places to eat, etc. Uber, Lyft, and Taxi were all easily accessible to and from the unit. If you’re looking for the perfect Tahoe getaway for your large family, this is the place to book.

We loved staying at this townhome. It was large and spacious. We couldn’t figure out the hot tub controls and the silverware and cooking utensils weren’t very clean but other than that the place was perfect! Great location. We walked to the beach at the lake everyday and our golden retriever had a total blast. He even got to play in the water with other dog friends. The parking spot was convenient to the unit. Loved having laundry there so we didn’t go home with any dirty clothes. We will definitely be returning to stay here again!

About 10-15 mins away from heavenly skiing. 5 mins away from a safeway. Ideal spot for a weekend trip to tahoe. It’s in a community of houses on the water.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this unit. Everything was BETTER than listed. We loved the layout, the hot tub was perfect. Very well equipped bathrooms and kitchen. Blankets for snuggling in the family room, the beds were comfortable and the host was easy to get ahold of for questions. Nothing bad to say.ALL GOOD. Would definitely stay again

This condo was more than expected! Our first vacation here in Zephyr Cove . Our place was very clean and accommodating , very spacious. I loved having my coffee on the balcony. Will definitely be back.!
