Updated private townhome just steps from a private beach and a short drive to Heavenly Ski Resort.
The Tahoe townhome is newly remodeled and located in a lovely gated community at Lake Tahoe. The gated community features a private beach and tennis court privileges. The condo has a peek-a-boo view of Lake Tahoe from the large outside deck and is only 2.5 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort

All renters are to check in with the HOA office at arrival to a stamp on the County Parking Pass, which is e-mailed before arrival. The parking pass must be on the driver's side dash.
Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at the nearby parking garages or lots.

Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Brandon.
We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent, per Douglas County rules.
THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Distance to Heavenly is about 10-15 min away.

Notification to Renters: You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean property. It was very quiet and the private beach was out of this world! Beautiful grounds as well. We will be back to this property.

The home itself was unimpressive, Pinewild is pretty, overall it was fine and clean. The beds were not very comfortable nor were the pillows. Some foam mattress toppers and new pillows would go a long way. Especially, when you remove all the sheets and see the stains on the pillows without liners. Luckily we brought our own pillows. The home also smelt like dog. But, I’m just sensitive to that as we do not have indoor animals. I don’t believe they allow pets, so maybe the owners have animals. There was an electric bbq and the kitchen had what we needed to make dinner and breakfast. The management company was responsive and great. I’m not opposed to staying again. It did rain most of the time we were there, so sadly we didn’t get to hang out at the beach very much, but they did have a closet with beach chairs and and umbrella.

Perfect Family Getaway
My family had the best time staying at this property. It was so quiet and the view was great. We also enjoyed preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. It was a great weekend retreat and we plan to stay again.

All 7 of us had a wonderful time. Enough room for all. Clean, plenty of towels and necessities for a weeks worth.

Nice Overall
Perfect location. Plenty of room. Private beach was awesome! Everyone enjoyed. Patios both up and down were filthy but a broom and a little elbow grease took care of this…no problem. One remote for all cable boxes made it an interesting way to watch TV. Nitpicky stuff really. Would recommend to anyone.

Property covers the basics.
The room with bunks is almost unusable.
Tiny, tiny bunks that I’m pretty sure are one screw away from collapsing.
Bathroom door missing . Back deck was VERY dirty. Cobwebs everywhere on front porch and back deck. I swept both and removed as much as I could.

Great location. Enjoyed the private beach area, access to the pier for our boat. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. As we arrived, They were delivering two new queen size beds. Very comfortable and much appreciated. I can’t give enough high marks to Brandon the property manager who was responsive and professional.

Lake vacation - semi positive
Rental was fine, not great. Pictures are way better than actual property. There was trash behind the couch that you could see from the porch, old water bottles & cans. The outside tables hadn’t been wiped off in what seemed like ages, cleaned them myself upon arrival. The master bathroom shower curtain was old and stained brown & yellow - pretty gross. Carpet was dirty in areas. Just not well kept up. We did arrive early - never ran into traffic - and Brandon did allow us to check in early, which was nice, but he did give a snotty remark to the parking pass attendant about our early arrival which she passed on to me. Other than that, the lake was amazing.

I was concerned about some of the previous review but the unit met all our expectations. Brandon was very prompt with response on internet issue which was resolved within 30 minutes and no other issues our entire stay.
