Tucked away in our shady backyard, this 600 square foot cottage is located in one of Pensacola's oldest neighborhoods with quaint homes and lots of parks. (bring your running shoes) It is conveniently located to the airport (5 miles), downtown Pensacola (3 miles), and our beautiful white sand beaches (8 miles). 😊 Bridge is now open!! We love our new Publix grocery store, just three blocks away!

We spent almost a week in Pensacola in this cottage and loved it! The listing pictures do not do the surrounding gardens justice. The property is extremely well maintained, extremely clean and well supplied. The neighborhood is great, very walkable with several places to eat/ visit close by.

Put stay was amazing got to stay in and enjoy our slow morning then go out and find new things and enjoy new things the host were so helpful on where to go see things and what’s best in their opinion! Definitely a trip for the books !

This cottage is beautifully decorated and so cozy. The location is convenient to the beach and many great restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, and the hosts we very helpful and welcoming. It was a relaxing and quiet retreat.

I stayed for a 2-day business trip. The house was perfect size for 1 or a couple. The hosts put a lot of thought into setting it up for guests. Nice furniture and linens, hooks where you need them. They are art lovers, the grounds are a garden, and the neighborhood very nice. Carolyn and Ray greeted me right away, showed me around and then were only there if I needed them. It was perfect. I only wish I was able to stay longer. The best VRBO in Pensacola I've rented yet. Its a keeper for a return trip.

Me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary/vacation. We’ve never rented a Vrbo before so didn’t quite know what to expect, but our expectations were beyond met. Carolyn and Ray were excellent host. Ray offered to help us unpack our car and carry our stuff to the back, the yard was completely fenced in and they have an exceptionally beautiful garden. Perfect for photos and plenty of shade to relax from the Florida sun. The inside of the cottage was spacious and perfect for the two of us. They thought of everything you could possibly need and when we didn’t have something they had it at the ready when we asked. Will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the excellent experience

My 2nd stay w/Ray & Caroline for a grandchild's HS graduation. Such a nice place. Clean and well maintained. Nice neighborhood, close to things like grocery store (PUBLIX) & restaurants. The back yard is beautifully landscaped. Many lovely plants. If I get back to Pensacola, I will definitely reach out to see if the cottage is available. Thanks for everything!

This is a wonderful property nestled behind the main house in a well-manicured garden. Quiet location in a great neighborhood. Close to downtown Pensacola and a quick 20-minute drive to Pensacola Beach. Ray and Carolyn checked on me a few times as I was coming and going. Feel like they are really concerned about the guest being comfortable and have what they need. I mainly come for the beach but having a comfortable place to stay and relax is great!

As soon as I pulled in to park, the owners came out to greet me, help with luggage and show me in. The cottage was clean and cute; everything was comfortable and fun; amenities for activities, and info on local restaurants, etc. The location was peaceful and restful, nice neighborhood. Loved the garden; frog sounds at night and birdsong during the day. As there was no reservation immediately following my check-out, they graciously allowed me to leave my luggage a couple of extra hours so that I could spend more time with my son. Will definitely stay here again when next I visit Pensacola.

Carolyn and Ray are perfect hosts. We’ve been staying here for 5 years. We look forward to it every year. Close to local restaurants/bars/shopping. Short drive to the beach area. The cottage is comfortable and relaxing. You could not go wrong staying here.

We loved this cottage and had a fantastic time. It was set up nicely with many thoughtful touches. There were several things that we didn't think we'd need but were very thankful that they had. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed many things from a bike ride through the neighborhood to chilling out by a creek in north Okaloosa county. All in all a great stay. Thank y'all so much!

Tucked in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and surrounded by gorgeous landscaping, this cottage is modern, beautifully furnished, and hosted by the sweetest couple. The cottage has everything you would need. We loved walking around East Hill and enjoyed the daily bike rides to the amazing Bayview Park nearby. Lots of great restaurants in Pensacola — one of our favorite cities. This cottage has to be one of our all-time favorite VRBOs. We’ll be back!

My wife and I came to Pensacola to see family and have a quick getaway, just the two of us. Ray and Carolyn were excellent hosts, super straight forward and easy to communicate with. Our rental was clean and tidy and provided just about everything we could want, a cooler and cold packs for beach lunches, beach towels and sun screen, extra blankets etc. These little touches were much appreciated and added a nice touch to our stay. And while our hosts were easy to contact and communicate with they gave us plenty of privacy as well. We had a great visit, I highly recommend

This cottage did NOT disappoint in any way. It was everything we had hoped for and the pics were exactly as it was when we got there! Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Even tho the gardens around the cottage got touched with frost it was still beautiful. We highly recommend this place!

A rare find...newer cottage with large windows look out onto owner's property with meticulously maintained gardens. East Hill neighborhood in Pensacola is a convenient location with quaint well-maintained older homes. We liked going to quiet Luna Beach east of Pensacola beach. It was a pleasure!

Mother/daughter trip to Pensacola. This cottage was perfect! Comfy and clean. Had everything we needed and several things we forgot! It was so nice to have access to the little extra things! Easy access on property. Owners were friendly, available and flexible before and during the trip. It was nice to have access to their beach items and bikes! They gave great recommendations for the area for restaurants and unique stores to visit. Their garden was beautiful- I could have stayed there all day! Drive to the beach was so easy. Great neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! Great area! Great cottage! Great hosts!! THANK YOU!!!

We had the BEST time at East Hill! Super relaxing and quiet! The hosts were awesome and anticipated all our needs! Great places to eat super close by, went to the NAS Pensacola air show, the Aviation museum, so much fun! Can’t wait to go back!

This is by far the best place in Pensacola for one or two people that I have come across after visiting my husband a couple of times. The house was very nice and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. They were lenient with check in and out times based on bookings they have before and after you and provide you with many things you can take to the beach. Would absolutely come back, it was a great experience!

Very clean house and beautiful yard to look out over at meals or to sit outside. Very nice area of Pensacola-close to attractions but in a quiet residential area. Carolyn & Ray were very friendly & so helpful with my questions. If I return to Pensacola, I would definitely want to stay here again. Thanks for everything C & R!

This is a beautiful property. The interior is beautifully decorated and the grounds are lush and a perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail in the eve. The owners are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
