ABOUT MY CONDO:
Coffee Maker is a Keurig so pack your favorite flavors! (most commonly asked question)
My Condo is a garden level condo - there are 5 steps down. It is very light & bright and was completely remodeled when I bought it. Although it is a strong rental, it has been meticulously maintained with travertine cobble-stone-like flooring, slab granite countertops, hand troweled walls, built-in bunk bed area (with standard twin sized mattresses), and wall to wall drapes. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two small children. I sketched out a floor plan and you can view it under my photos.
The entry area is like a mini mudroom with a bench for sitting while putting on your shoes, pegs to hang your skis, cubbies for hats and gloves, and boot trays for dirty shoes.
The kitchen has a small pantry, range with stove top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal. It is equipped with Gotham Steele pots & pans, cooking utensils, knives, silverware, dishes and coffee cups for 8, drinking glasses, wine glasses, Keurig Coffee Maker (sorry, coffee pods not included), blender, crock pot, towels, pot holders, and paper towels. For dinning, there is a Bistro Table with bar stools. The bistro table has drop down leafs if you need more space.
The living room has 2 loveseats an ottoman (New for 2020 ski season), Blue Ray player and a 43" flat screen Smart TV with You Tube TV, Netflix, Prime, Pandora, standard Live TV and so much more (New for 2021 summer season).
The Bedroom has a 43' flat screen Smart TV and a cell phone docking station (New for the 2018 ski season). It also has a queen sized bed (New for the 2020 ski season) and dresser.
The bunks are located just across the hall from the bedroom.
There is only 1 bathroom but it is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. I provide hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, cotton balls, toilet paper, and hair dryer.
ABOUT PARKING: My condo comes with Free Parking for one car between the hours of your check-in and check-out only. The Vail Parking Structure is located just 1 1/2 Blocks away and available for you if you are coming to Vail earlier than your check-in or if you want to stay later than your check-out.

Summary of reviews
Great location, cozy condo with well-equipped rooms. Easy access to lifts, shops, and Vail Village. Excellent communication with the host, ideal for families and couples.
4.0 / 5.0
Location is perfect. The unit is a basement unit, next to laundry room.
I found the kitchen stove to be less than average- inexpensive electric stove with pots too large to properly cook anything.

Perfect location… easy walk to everything! Owner is great to work with!
5.0 / 5.0
Location, parking, cleanliness, & help from host were all above par! Cute little place to stay where all the details made the difference. Would definitely recommend!
3.0 / 5.0
Location wise, the place is perfectly located in Vail Village and was very easy to get to our main spots. The cleanliness of the condo was not great at all. Despite there being a sign that says “Please remove shoes” our feet were dirty from walking around barefoot around the place. Not only that, my kid had a couple toys go under the couches and that area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.. What the hell did my cleaning fee go towards exactly??? Also, how can you not have more than one hand towel in the bathroom for 3 people, nor any extra bath towels as well? For what I paid, I expected a little more.

My brother and I stayed one night on our way to a family funeral. The space was clean, quiet, and comfortable; exactly what we needed.
It was also very, very cute.
I'd absolutely stay again.

The condo is cute and very well taken care of. Clean and comfortable. We had a great overnight stay. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for the GoPro Mtn Games and needed to be able to walk everywhere for the weekend, and have a parking spot. The place provided those requirements and so much more. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the whole place was sparkling clean, private and welcoming. Communicating with the host was easy. We hope stay again for the games next year!

Nice place, great location to lifts and vail village

I really appreciate when they don’t throw all the condiments away. This place had a bunch in the fridge and the cabinet, and I left Tabasco.
This condo is the closest to the parking lot, and the lodge, which is 50 yards from the door.
I would stay here again, the bunk bed in the hall was really solid, and the place was nice.

As always, Renee was super easy to work with and this is hands down the best location for lodging near the Golden Peak lift.

This property was perfect for us, 2 adults and a 17year old. It may be tight with another child. 5 min walk to gondola one and the village. Parking space is key! Laundry room is right next door. Bring quarters or sign up for app (easy enough) to use washer and dryer. Great week!

This property is located in Vail Village and is close walking distance to restaurants, ski lifts, and shops. The condo makes great use of space with its layout. Overall, very clean, nice furniture, and wonderful location.

Could not be a much better location. Love the built in bunk beds and dimmable lights. So cute and just a block or two from all the key activities and food. Host was so kind and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay and home to come back.

Great location! Cross one street to get to Golden Peak / Riva Bahn and kids lessons; and quick 5 minute walk to the edge of vail village. Room was cozy and well equipped and host communicated quickly with room updates.

Rene’s property is perfect for a little family getaway. The bunk beds, children’s books, and a bath tub made parenting away from home easy. Great communication with Rene for any condo needs and very responsive by text to help ensure everything was great. The location is excellent too - 5 minute walk to pirate ship park and bustling Vail Village.

The condo was perfect for our family. Bunk bed for the kiddo and comfy bedroom for us! It was clean and you can’t beat the location!

Place is very nice. Great for 2, would be tight for 4. Location is within walking distance of all downtown Vail attractions, shops, and restaurants. My only complaint is the bed was very hard, so made for a pour nights sleep

We had a great time in vail, the condo was clean and surpassed our expectations!

The only problem was finding Gore Greek Road because it was snowing everyday so the road didn’t look like a road. That’s a good thing.

Perfect base in Vail Village. Very spacious and comfortable for a 1 bed. Location is perfect.

This is our 5th or 6th (I lose track!) visit to this property. It is absolutely perfect with just a few steps to Golden Peak lift. Renee is super helpful and easy to reach if there is anything you need. Can't recommend this enough!
5.0 / 5.0
The location was ideal. The owner was the easiest to contact and most responsive I have ever dealt with. The property is perfect for 2 (me and my 13 year old grandson), likely very good for 3, and would feel crowded with 4 teenagers or adults. 2 little ones and 2 adults would be fine.

This is a small, quaint condo with everything you need. Just returned from an annual ski trip with my best bud. I slept in the bunk bed and it was surprisingly comfortable. Much better than the fold out sofa bed I generally get stuck with. It is short walk from everything and the laundry is just next door. Rene was very responsive to my questions and got back to me almost immediately. If or when I return to Vail, I will be staying here again.

Great location. Just a short walk up a staircase and across the street to the Vista Bahn lift. Condo was exactly as described and the check in procedures/directions were spot on. I will def be back.
