Centrally located, Adirondack is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the island hike/bike trails. Bruce State Park, with its nine miles of pristine natural beaches, is only a short ride from your beach get-away. An excellent location & delightful interior make this home a perfect choice for your vacation. Features two bedrooms on the first level. The first is a master suite with jetted tub & a California King Bed that overlooks the Gulf. The second is a well appointed bedroom with a queen bed and an on suite bathroom. The third bedroom is an open 12 ft. high children’s loft with 2 sets of loft beds. The living room also has a Two twin daybeds. Multiple TVs/BluRay DVDs, stereo & WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a private boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower to rinse off a day of fun in the sand, a park-style grill for fun family cookouts a large picnic table, and two spacious balconies overlooking the Gulf.This house is very child friendly (Pack-n-play, Highchair, Gate guards). Park your car and rent bikes or a golf cart to travel around the island.

Everything about the house is comfortable with the exception of the refrigerator. The rust in the freezer is deplorable and the side of the fridge is really dirty. I would also recommend a touch up to the paint on the stairway wall going up to the loft. The location and the view can't be beat though and the master bedroom was very comfortable.

We had a very enjoyable stay on sgi. The beach was handy and relatively uncrowded for a holiday weekend. The house was easy to be in and to get in and out of.

Enjoyed or 5 nights. Very clean rental and good communication with owner. Beds and futons were super comfortable with memory foam mattresses! So outdoor maintenance needs and deck door lock, but overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and location!

This is such a beautiful home & it’s so quiet. Great area, spacious home, & we love the views. We’d definitely recommend this place & stay again. This home accommodates plenty. Everything is walking distance.

Great location right on the beach, close to restaurants and stores. Three full bathrooms were a bonus. Master bedroom bottom floor has a great view but is super bright at 6:30am, bring a mask. Place is dated but appliances work fine and washer and dryer are pretty new.

This trip ranked number 1 of our bi-annual trips to Florida! The location of this property was perfect! Everyday we walked to stores, the playground, and the basketball courts where my teenagers played basketball everyday. The island has a very family, friendly atmosphere. The beach is beautiful and not crowded even when we went at spring break. The house was clean, and the set up worked great for our large family! The futons out in the family room were so comfortable. My teenage son chose to sleep there as well! The sun rises right over the water, and the place has absolutely breathtaking views! The first morning we were there, we found starfish on the shore every few steps! The state park on the island is gorgeous. Next time we come, we will definitely plan to rent bikes, as it is a perfect place for that (not hilly and very little traffic. A few things that need a touch of care are the screens (we weren't able to open the windows in most rooms), the washer (the dial doesn't work, so I couldn't even tell what setting it was on), and the sprayer outside (it is rusted pretty badly and sprays out the front and back, however the option for warm/hot water was wonderful!). There was no laundry basket either which was challenging. The house does not have beach toys, chairs, or any beach gear. You have to bring your own. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. The tv was great as we could watch just about anything we wanted to.

This is probably the cleanest row house we have stayed in and we have tried many over the years we have been coming to SGI. The welcome gift made us feel very special. Hope to come back soon!

Our family vacation was great. I loved the location of the property to the beach. The playground down the street was perfect for my girls and we walked down there after dinner each night. My only complaint with the house was that it was extremely dusty which bothered my allergies. Otherwise, the trip was perfect, and I would recommend SGI to anyone!

The location was great and we walked to grocery, restaurants and stores. Quiet, relaxing, well equiped and on the Beach. Check out the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve Nature Center. Kids loved it. Host was very accommodating. We would like to return.

There was an issue with the Wi-Fi and tv when we got there. The owner was right on top of it. Not that we needed it. Enjoyed the beach and the top deck( especially mornings and evenings)

The house was great. Everything you need is there. You can’t beat the location, so close to restaurants and right on the beach! Nice big dining table fits everyone. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable and roomy house. We will definitely return.

Property was well kept. Great location, close to the park, restaurants and stores. Baby gates were supplied to assist our family with babies and the many stairs in this house! A few kitchen items were not available including a can opener. Owner was quick to respond regarding the internet not working and provided a number to reach the internet company. All in all it was a good stay.

Loved it here! Right on the beach and so close to everything. Our son, 1 year almost 2 loved the golf cart rides and hitting the beach as soon as he woke up. The house was amazing and so accommodating for a large group with kids. The loft bedroom kids would absolutely love!!

Our family of ten (ranging from 7yrs to adult) had a fantastic time on St. George Island! The house is located conveniently within walking distance to groceries, a delicious donut shop and several other points of interest. We were blessed with beautiful weather the week we were there and enjoyed the gorgeous beach which is just steps away from the front door! The host, Michelle, was quick to reply and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for a great family vacation!!

My family of 4 plus our pup were so comfortable! We slept well, the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and knives. We walked to the blue parrot for drinks and food, loved ordering takeout pizza (think it’s called BJs-delicious!). The best part though was how easy it was to enjoy the beach. It’s so close. Our host was THE NICEST. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Place is bigger than pictures made it look. Right on the beach and very close (walking distance) to restaurants, grocery, and park. We had 6 staying and had plenty of room. The place isn't fancy but has everything you need accept a water filter. The tap water is not tasty so we found ourselves having to buy a lot of water bottles. The hosts were great and quick to respond. Check in/out was easy. Overall nice place. We would stay again.
