Condo was nice overall. Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Good location and short driving distance to everything.

We loved the location and space. Perfect for the 5 of us. Beautiful views and easy access to several lifts. Fun nightly activities. Hot pool awesome at the adjoining property Huntley. Shoshone pool not very hot.
While communication with property management was good, they didn’t actually fix either of our 2 issues we reported right away. Lights out in living room and tons of hair on one of the murphy bed blankets. Neither thing was fixed or replaced. Also one of our hair dryers didn’t work but we didn’t bother reporting it bc we felt it wouldn’t have been fixed anyway. We were there 4 nights.
Easy walk to the village and fun bars and apre ski.

We were very happy with our stay here. Only complaints would be that we had no access to onsite laundry facility and that the kitchen needed a better frying pan and sponge/dishwasher tabs. Otherwise, location can't be beat and nice being in a hotel with pool/hot tub and restaurants right there.

Very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay very happy with everything. The only thing was hairdryer in shower bathroom not working but that was all.

We loved our stay at the 1957 an Shoshone condo resort. The condo was so clean and welcoming. It's very homey and well set up. Kitchen was well stocked and fun to cook in. My kids (and me) loved the 2 bathrooms. And lots of little thoughtful things. It was easy in and easy out, no crazy checkout lists. The resort itself was incredible with nice staff and lots to do. The pool and jacuzzi were heated nicely. Would definitely come back here.

Nice but Vacasa is poor management
Great condo with great location and amenities. The owners need to find another vacation management company. Vacasa does not answer emergency phone calls. Parking permits wee not in unit, toaster and vanity light not working, spare blankets were not cleaned. Vacasa finally responded to email and sent clean blankets halfway through trip, but never remedied other issues

Great stay!
Lots of room for our entirely family. A couple small issues were taken care of immediately by Vacasa. Very happy with the accommodation.

Great Location! Wonderful view of the mountains
Our stay was satisfactory. The location is great.
The management is very impersonal and distant. We were missing kitchen towels. They said they would bring them by but never did. Also we needed to store our luggage after check out, as we were traveling with public transport. There was no option to do so. This meant we could not ski on the last day. A big disappointment.
It's a nice resort.

This condo was perfect for our family. The beds were all comfortable it was super close to the slopes!

The property is fine; for the price, it is underwhelming, but it is spring break...my only major complaint was that upon arrival, neither our door code nor our lock box code were accurate on our email, and after an hour on the phone, a distant operator had tried and failed to get any local help, and she came up with a "back up code" for the lock box, getting us in after midnight.

Great place to stay at the mountain - foot of the ski lifts!
Beautiful accommodation with a direct view of the ski area. Up to date and super "roomy." The staff at Shoshone are very friendly and helpful and respectful.

Great Spot!
Great location. My wife and I stayed here for a few nights on our first trip out to Big Sky. The location could not be beat, with an easy walk right to the lift. Great access to all the Mountain Village has to offer. The interior was even nicer than the photos with updated appliances. And had a great view of Lone Peak. Will definitely stay again!

Interior
We loved the stay at Shoshone. The place itself was great. Small improvements could be made with bed sheets, comforters, and little better kitchen utensils. But our stay was wonderful and the unit was great. Overall very happy.

Everything we needed and more!
This property had everything we needed and more! Staying over Thanksgiving we had a full kitchen to make our meals and had plenty of room for two adults, two late teens and a 5 year old! Have stayed in this unit last year and will continue to in the future!

Home Away from Home
This condo had all the amenities we needed and then some. Our first visit to Montana, for a huge family event of my son’s wedding, was so much more with the stay in this unit. This was our home away from home and a quiet, relaxing sanctuary to rest during all the wonderful wedding festivities. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, and provides lots of room in the 2 bathrooms and ample kitchen. I was able to virtually work easily with adequate network connections, as well. I would highly recommend this unit. It was affordable and conveniently located across from an elevator. The help desks were very friendly and attended to all of our requests.

Great Stay
We had a great stay, beautiful views, warm pool and tons of hiking trails. The condo was very nice. Only giving it 4 stars because the comforter’s are white and very stained including the shower curtain. Otherwise it was nice and clean condo.

Nice view and spacious
Nice view and spacious for a one bedroom. Not exactly ski in/ski out. There was a short walk to the lifts and back, but overall good location. Everybody in the lodge was friendly and overall a good spot. We had a few maintenance issues that were handled and I would have given it 5 stars if it was stocked a bit better. only one fry pan that had caked on food because there was nothing but a sponge to clean with. No saran wrap or tin foil provided (we bought and left some saran wrap). These are small items that make a big difference in overall use.

Ideal location
If you want a very short walk to the lifts, and restaurants, this is the place for you. Plus, the condo is very roomy (we hosted another condo at this unit as our family room was larger than theirs).

Great Family Vacation
We had an awesome stay at this location and hope to return to this unit in the future! We had a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) and felt we had plenty of room and found the home roomy. Great view of Lone Peak, very close to everything we need. Everything was maintained and very clean.

About as close to the Big Sky sky village as possible
The location of the Shoshone condos are great. A very short walk to the 'base camp', where there are two primary ski lifts. An even shorter walk to 2 restaurants and lunch locations. The condo hot tub and connected heated pool are awesome. The pool passes did not work, apparently the front desk says they get 're-keyed' every other day. (no big deal). Our condo was more spacious than our companion travelers. The murphy bed was fine for my 6'4" son, and the pull out couch worked for our 3rd guest. The kitchen worked just fine. Our only complaint was that the front door lock was 'finicky', but we figured it out after the 2nd day.
