This condo is the perfect choice for families, large groups or groups who wish to spread out. Relax after a day of skiing in either of the unit's two living areas and sleep comfortably in the expansive 4-bedroom, 3-bath layout of 1850 square-feet. Take a leisurely 2-block stroll to the charming downtown Frisco to grab a coffee, find a restaurant or shop. Access to skiing is simple with the free Summit Stage shuttle that stops a few blocks away giving you quick access to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and even Keystone, A-basin or the Silverthorne Outlets. With a quick 30 minutes drive to Vail, the location is the perfect centralized location.
Two distinct living room areas ensure everyone has a good time. Sit by the cozy temperature-controlled gas fireplace in the upstairs living room while not missing conversations from the kitchen or dining room in the great room setup. Or, send the kids (or young at heart) to the downstairs living area to play foosball, bumper pool or to get comfy on the sectional while watching a movie or the game on the 4K LED HDTV with surround sound, DVD player, Netflix and more.

We had a group of four couples. It’s a big place, good for 8 people. Lots of room. The gas grill actually works. Enough parking. Clean, comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again. Frisco always has good food options and this place is a ten minute walk from almost all of them.

This condo was exactly as presented in the VRBO website. It was well stocked, clean, and very convenient. Entrance is on the first floor so only three steps required, which was nice. There’s ample parking right out front. It is located about 10 minutes from Copper Mountain and about 25 minutes from A-Basin, making it super convenient for two big resorts. Val and Beaver Creek are also a very reasonable distance. We were there in February 2024 for five days of skiing and had a wonderful time. The owner was easily reachable by phone or text and made sure our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo.

The property had plenty of room for 9 of us. We had a diverse group including two families of 3 and we were able to make the bunk room and master work downstairs for the families.
We enjoyed walking downtown after a day of skiing to enjoy the sunset and check out the shops. Foosball was a big hit with the kids. Also well stocked with games!!
Kitchen was well stocked with spices and other items you take for granted when at home. We were grateful for that!

This spacious condo—4 bedrooms, 3 baths— put us walking distance to Frisco Main St with great restaurants and great shopping AND easy drives to great skiing—4 areas within easy reach. The condo is comfy, furnished & equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The host is easy to work with. A great place for a family ski vacation

We stay in a bunch of homes when we vacation, will review the things that matter to us, all of them were stellar here!
Kitchen utensils, cookware, etc - Everything you needed, everything in good shape.
Overall things in working order - Nothing was not working, that is almost a first for us, appreciate that!
Overall cleanliness and odor - Very clean, no funky smells, no animals allowed here and it shows.
Had coffee, lots of condiments left in fridge (that is fine with us, germ people might not use them), owner had a bottle of wine as a gift on table.
Love this simple thing. There was multiple rolls of quality toilet paper in each bathroom, kitchen was stocked with 3 rolls of quality paper towels. Also, lots of bath and hand towels for the whole group.
Bedrooms were perfect for mine and my brothers families, 4 adults 5 teens.
Overall great place and would absolutely stay again next time we visit!

The condo is located within walking distance of the Main Street. It was able to accommodate our larger group in comfort. The owners were responsive and great to work with. I would highly recommend.

My family had a great vacation in Frisco between Xmas and New Years 2024. Jeff is a terrific host, check-in was simple, the house was very clean, well equipped, perfect for our family of 8. Location is ideal, short walk to Frisco for dining (highly recommend Bread and Salt for breakfast, Prosit for lunch or dinner, Vinny's for dinner), grand children playtime at Walter Byron park. 5 minute drive to grocery stores and ORB (best brewery in Summit County). We skied Breck and Keystone, easy drive to both. Highly recommend Peak One, will stay there again in the future.

Perfect location - two blocks from Main Street and close proximity to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek. Great place for a family and it had all of the items one needs when renting a place. Beds were very comfortable and the owners were very easy to work with and they were very helpful. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay in Jeff's VRBO! It was a very clean, family friendly, and beautiful woodwork. The games in the basement were a hit! There was a bit of noise from the people in the condo above our unit, but something we could easily get past.

The house is very much as described in the listing. The main level has 2 bedrooms - each with bathroom. The kitchen/dining/living area is pretty good. It's not huge. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms and another big lounge area. If you have a big group that wants to entertain together then maybe not ideal. If you have teens or some who want to be a bit apart, then it's perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's quiet, but close to everything we wanted.

Family ski trip - we picked Frisco to be centrally located to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Breckenridge. The condo was well stocked and had lots of room to relax and hang out together.

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Our yougest grandson asked if we could come back again. :) The host was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to town and mountains. Comfortable layout for entertaining. As described. Stocked kitchen, all the spices, oil and even brownie mix!! Knives need sharpening :) Jeff was great to work with and very accommodating. Felt like home away from home.

The property was perfect for our 2 families to celebrate our high school seniors during our Spring Break ski trip. Close to Copper, A-Basin, and Keystone. Wonderful, short walk to Frisco to explore, eat, and shop. Owners were attentive and responsive. We will definitely be coming back here soon!

Awesome Condo and Host
Jeff was great to work with and super helpful all along the way. He was patient when I made a mistake on the booking.
The condo has a great set-up for people who want more privacy because there are ensuite bathrooms in two of the rooms and a more secluded set of rooms on the lower level with shared bath. Lots of space to dine and hang out - allowing for people with different tastes in activity to spread out.

This is a beautiful, well-supplied condo! It was the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation. It's a great set up and looks even better in person. Our stay was wonderful! The condo accommodated my extended family very comfortably. Very clean and had everything we needed for meal prep (though we mostly ate at the Butterhorn and other fantastic local restaurants). Easy walk to main street and convenient to all parts of Frisco. Did not disappoint!!
The condo was beautiful with lots of room for all. The kitchen was fully stocked with amazing amenities from spices and seasonings to popcorn and hot chocolate. The beds and bedding were comfy and very much appreciated! The condo is just a few blocks from Main Street which made shopping and dinner easily accessible. The owner was very responsive and excellent to work with. We hope to be back again!

This was a last minute trip planned for our high school senior boys. A small group of friends skiing at Cooper and Keystone. Condo was so convenient and super easy living. Jeff was so great touching base frequently and helping us with weather updates that could affect our travel plans. Will definitely keep this condo in mind for future trips!

Ski Vacation
This property was perfect for our mixed group. Lots of space for the young adults to hang out separately from the parents! Kitchen was very well equipped and the dining space was big enough for every one to sit and eat together. The location of this property is also ideal, only a short (albeit cold) walk into town!!

Great place for families!
This condo is great for two families. The ensuite bathrooms in the two upstairs bedrooms are perfect for the adults and there are two really big bedrooms downstairs. We appreciated the two living rooms as well, and the kids loved the foosball table. It is tastefully updated and decorated and an easy walk to Main Street. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing mountain getaway!
Enjoyed a fantastic winter weekend in this condo - it's perfectly located, clean, comfortable, and well appointed with any amenity you could need. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive - you could tell they wanted you to enjoy their "Frisco Haus" just as much as they do! Close and easy access to anything in Summit County including skiing, sledding, hiking, restaurants, etc. Thank you for a fabulous weekend away to enjoy the Colorado Rockies!

Great location, well appointed, and Comfortable. Stayed with grandparent and college aged children. Great setup with 2 living areas and 3 bathrooms. Two BRs up and 2 BRs down. We cooked in most nights with the limited options from Covid. Would definitely return.

Winter Wonderland; Frisco
Jeff was an amazing host. He was a fantastic communicator, quick to respond and was very accommodating. His home was cozy and fit my family of 5 plus my parents comfortably. The condo was stocked with all of our needs and more. It is a perfect place for families. The town of Frisco was amazing. The location to Main Street was fantastic. We walked everywhere! The restaurant food and shops were amazing. It had hiking trails steps away and sledding hills, shops and restaurants in walking distance. We took the easy, short drive to BRECK 3 of our 7 days. We felt at "home" in Frisco. When we return, we hope to rent from Jeff again.

Love Frisco
We have been coming to Frisco for several years and have stayed in many different places. This home rates in the top. Everything was very clean and efficient. We had 9 stay between my family and my sisters. Everybody was overall very comfortable. Great location just a couple of blocks from Main Street. Parking was great and the complex was pretty quiet. Had a great time!

Very clean property and great location.
This property was perfect for our family. Three adults were able to comfortably have the two bedrooms upstairs while my adult son and daughter-in-law and two children to be downstairs with the two bedrooms and living area. Although we were together we were able to have our own space. We were not even able to hear the baby cry in the middle of the night. This unit was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with things that came in handy like baggies and foil. Also the location was excellent. Two blocks from the Main Street in Frisco. The owner contacted us several times to make sure everything was OK. I would highly recommend this unit
