Foot lot and is a 3000 sq ft mid-century villa, completely private, double gated with 5 bed, 3 bath, and a wonderful outdoor living space & private pool and Jacuzzi. Puntas Marias, is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in San Juan, getting around is easy by either walking or car. If you rent a car, the villa offers a car-port with two parking stalls but the area is easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and nightlife.

Foot lot and is a 2500 sq ft mid-century villa, completely private, double gated with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a wonderful outdoor living space with your own private pool and Jacuzzi. Each bedroom is equipped with a brand new mini-split air conditioning unit, and there are also brand new air conditioners in the living and dining room. We recently updated all the furniture and 5 Queen Beautyrest mattresses with high quality pillows and linens.
Located in Puntas Las Marias, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in San Juan, getting around is easy by either walking or car. If you rent a car, parking is free as the villa offers a car port with two parking stalls. If you do not plan On renting a car, the area is easily walkable to both sides. To the east, Isla Verde, just 3 blocks away and to the west is Ocean Park and Condado which may take you around 15 min walking to Ocean Park and 25-30 minutes to Condado. Puntas Marias has a small rocky beach 3 houses down from the villa, otherwise it is a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest main beaches depending which direction you walk in.
Just 10 minutes drive from Luis Munoz International Airport, Ocean Park and Punta Las Marias - Dividing the Beach Resort areas of the Condado and Isla Verde, Ocean Park and Punta Las Marias are beachfront residential neighborhood with probably the prettiest and most low-key beach in San Juan. The beaches are wide here, and the sun beats down on the beach longer because there are few large condominiums. It's great for windsurfing and kite-sailing, games of paddle ball and body surfing. The tree-covered streets are filled with beautiful suburban homes, a charming mix of Malibu, Spanish, and Caribbean influences.
The white, arching Ultimate Trolley Beach delineates the border between Ocean Park and Punta Las Marias. Adjacent to that, the neighborhood of Santa Teresita, with its share of equally stunning residences, has an equally nice park, Barbosa Park. The park is usually filled with soccer and basketball players. There are tennis courts, a baseball field, and a track, which are always a beehive of activity.
The beach disappears into a rock formation at Punta Las Marías, which is a gated community open to pedestrian visitors during the day. But unless you're a windsurfer or surfer using one of the neighborhood's famed launching points, your experience of the beaches are mostly in Park Boulevard st., a 5 minute walk from the house.
Another interest lately are the string of fine restaurants along Calle Loíza, right before it turns into Avenida Isla Verde.

We loved our stay at this property! The pool and outdoor area was a highlight.

The home and location were exactly what we were hoping for. We were close to everything yet far enough to feel secluded thanks to the security and location of the gated neighborhood.
My family of six, 2 adults and 4 teenagers, had plenty of space with five bedrooms to spread out and quietly relax when desired, yet with ample seating to get together when we wanted to gather either hanging out in the living area or chilling by the pool.
The bathroom setup with 3 bathrooms with showers could not have been better. Cleaning after a day at the beach and before going out for dinner could not have been easier.
Also, Edgardo, the property manager, could not have been more helpful or responsive. He was present yet not in our business every second. Very professional.
If I could make one small suggestion, it would be the purchase of a Kuerig coffee maker for the unit. I need my daily two cups of coffee and didn’t feel like making a pot. First world problems yes, but something to consider. (I actually bought a small one for my stay and brought it back home) lololol.
All in all, a wonderful place to call home for the week in PR.

This place is amazing! It is everything as listed in the description and more! It's extremely spacious yet cozy. The outdoor area and pool were perfect! Edgar was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns and it seemed extremely safe and quiet with it being both a gated community and a gated home. The host had everything that you need at the property. I would not hesitate to come again.

We loved our time at this property. It was incredibly safe & secure inside the gated community. The house itself has a locking human walking gate and remote controlled driveway gate, too. Very secure. The location was excellent with a grocery store, many restaurants and other things so close by. There is a large beach a short drive from the house but we didn't bother going to it. We just swam at the small beach a couple blocks away at the end of the street every day and loved it. The house was very clean and had everything needed. Power went out in the neighborhood one night but the house has a generator and power at the house was unaffected. We stayed here with 8 people and it worked great for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible trip. The property was exactly as advertised and so clean. Edgar was super responsive and helpful. Walking distance to some great local restaurants and beaches! 10/10 would recommend. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful and clean with all amenities. I love the location. It's close to the airport and San Juan. It's close to the nearest bus station so we were able to go everywhere without having to spend a lot of money in transportation. Close to two big Supermarkets to either going right or left on the main street. The whole family love it.

We enjoyed our stay in San Juan at this property. The 5 bedroom and bathroom layouts were comfortable for the couples, and the house was well laid out. The kitchen was great/helpful, and AC was great. The home felt high quality- the master bathroom is beautiful. The location felt secure and overall easy to get around to where we needed to go (we had a rental car). We would stay here again.

Pictures dont do this place justice!! Its a paradise!!! Close to EVERYTHING....but Far from it all!!! Sooo extremly private! My husband & i were there with our 3 adult children and Sons girlfriend....who is now my sons fiance as he proposed in the rainforest!!! The kids toured rainforest, cliff dived, swam under waterfalls, snorkeled, fished & partied in Old San Jaun. Us old folks stayed back played the various games Dorota has at her home, swam in the pool, eased our aches in the jaquzzi & cooked up all the fresh mahi mahi our kids brought home from thier fishing trip!! Edguardo, the property manager answered any calls promptly and addressed all of my questions. Pool man kept pool immaculate!!! Thank you all soooo much for THE MOST PERFECT STRESS FREE VACATION!!!

I just had my bachelorette at this listing. The house is within a gated community and we all felt very safe and comfortable. It was MORE than enough space for 7 girls. The property was gorgeous. The pool and outdoor space is perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the weather. All the bathrooms are huge and perfect for getting ready in. The location is ideal too. Less than 15 minutes from the airport and Old San Juan. A 20 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Ubers made getting places so easy. Eguardo, the property manager was so responsive and promptly answered any question we had. 10/10 would recommend and book again when traveling to Puerto Rico!!

My family and I really enjoyed the property. It was very relaxing and comfortable. The house itself is very roomy, private and wheelchair friendly. We totally will recommend to my friends and family this property and would definitely be open to return. Property owners were very kind and polite. Communication was excellent.

The property was a good size for my family. WiFi did not work in the bedrooms or some parts of the house. The electricity flickered in one of the bedrooms and in another it would go on and off on its own. The day we arrived one of the beds was soaked due to the air conditioner leaking on the bed so we had to sleep on the sofa for 2 nights. The house was overall nice but it could use some updating especially for the amount the amount the rental went for. The outdoor grill did not work, we tried replacing the gas tank but no luck. I wished the manager would had done a walk through the house before we came in, that would had avoided a lot of back and forth calls or texting regarding things that didn’t work or the soaked bed.

The property was everything we hoped for. It easily and comfortably accommodated the six of us; two couples (grandparents and parents) and two elementary age children. The house was conveniently located to the San Juan Airport, groceries, restaurants, the beach at Carolina, Old San Juan, etc. We never felt unsafe at the property, or any where we traveled. The kids enjoyed the pool several times.

Stayed here for a family trip. 8 adults and two small children. With 5 bedrooms, the setup was ideal for our group. The outdoor area was great and it was difficult to get the kids out of the pool. We had one small problem with the front gate lock but Edgardo fixed it. Would definitely stay here again for a group vacation.

House was perfect for 5 women. We all had our own room, huge dining room table, smaller kitchen table, nice size pool with outdoor seating area and lounge chairs. Place was clean and check in couldn't have been easier. Property Manager texted several times to check on us and responded quickly when we had a question. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

we had a great time, the property manager was very responsive, the house was exactly as listed, there is a pharmacy, gas station, and two restaurant right outside the main gate which is very convenient, water pressure in the house is not the best at times, it works but sometimes is weak, we will definitely rent this house again.

Our stay at Les Puntas Maria’s was a bit of a mixed bag. While the house and pool were nice, there were many little things that needed to be addressed and fixed upon our arrival. The outside lights were not working, one air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was not working, there were not enough beach towels. Edoardo addressed all of these issues, but I felt like I was in constant communication with him about one issue after another. I think it could’ve all been easily resolved if someone had gone into the property ahead of our visit and tested things. The property needed more thorough cleaning as well.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
From the minute we opened the front gate we knew we were in the perfect spot. The house was wonderful for our family of 10.. We enjoyed the pool and gazebo area the most . The kitchen was extremely well equipped for all of our needs.. Edgardo was always helpful in answering questions and just nice to deal with. The pre-arrival materials were very complete, both for details on the house and things to do in Puerto Rico. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay while visiting beautiful Puerto Rico.
