Overall, our stay was good. The condo is spacious and well equipped, truly steps from the bus stop. We had two issues--first, we struggled with climate control. The upstairs was hot and the basement was cold. We were unable to change the settings and never got the issue resolved. Second, the condo was partly updated. There are lots of steps as each floor is multi-level. The furniture and some carpet appeared older and a bit worn, but the kitchen and basement were updated. Not a big deal and didn't detract from the stay. The proximity to the bus stop was a great advantage

The pictures don’t do it justice. This was the perfect condo for my family for our ski trip to Vail! It was in an awesome location and had a fully stocked and functioning kitchen! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay to ski Vail. Priced right and plenty of space!

Our initial reaction to this property was that it did not appear as depicted in the ad. Even in broad daylight, it was extremely dark. Trees, overgrown, and no shoveling or ice removal to get to the bus stop from either side of the unit.
There are some very odd structural issues. The bar at the kitchen is raised up as though it was on the stage. Very unsafe for any ages. Difficult to get around the stools without risking falling . Multiple other awkward transitions to different levels, including a step up on to Slate to get to lower level bathroom from bedroom. Dangerous at night. Pull out couch in the living room needs replacement. Bunkbeds, very uncomfortable, and exchange to two twin beds would be recommended. No word for fireplace so you have to take a bus or go by car to get it. Not any dishwasher pods provided. This should be unlikely to know before arrival. Big disappointment was the Jacuzzi tub. Cannot be full of hot water. There is not enough hot water to fill it. Owner says she’s never known this since she doesn’t fill it. Bathrooms are beautiful and kitchen is renovated. Cast of very difficult to light even with mattress. Resulting in a lot of gas before success. Towels and bedding were good. Overall the location near the bus stop and the price made it a good value, but it would be unlikely to stay here again.

The property was great! Perfect location.

We loved staying at this wonderful townhome, and the host was very helpful and responsive. The separate downstairs suite was perfect for a couple with children that slept in the game room. The top floor primary suite is spacious and luxurious. Sounds trite but the shower head in the master bath is luxurious and feels great after a long day of skiing! The kitchen and living area live large and we LOVED the bus stop only being 10 steps away and only 2 stops from the Cascade lift. SUPER convenient!! Would love to stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay! Easy check in and responsive owners. The place was clean, comfortable, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Bus stop is around the corner (1 min walk) and only a 5 min drive from Lionshead Village. Wi-Fi worked great. Thanks!!

Access to skiing: For those of us who don't want to overpay for ski in/ski out properties, which is especially acute at Vail, this place is fantastic as the bus access is great. Although Vail is modeled for a Tyrolian experience its buses are Japanese efficient and on time. The bus stop is literally 10-15 steps from the front door of property. Going to the resort they run every 1/2 hour (top of the hour and middle of the hour ie 7,730,8 etc) you can get off at Cascade lift area or West Lionshead Circle for the Eagle Bahn and Born Free lifts or go to the main vail village. And there are good options in Lionshead Village to rent/ leave your skis -we used Ski Base. On way back home busses run every 1/2 hour but on the quarter hour ie 3:15, 3:45, etc. Bus to ski is Red line bus to come home to Matterhorn stop is green line.
Property: townhouse very nice and clean with a couple of kitchen nit pics not worth mentioning. Kitchen a little tight but very well stocked for cooking in and the gas stove is a welcome feature in a ski place.
Overall highly recommend

Great cozy place. Well done in remodel. Exterior does not do the interior justice. Responsive owner. Would absolutely book again.

great location
property was exactly as shown in photos - the best part was the proximity to the bus that takes you right to the slopes. A few quirky things about the layout but was a good home base for 2 adults and 3 children.

Comfortable stay with easy access to Vail
We had a great stay at Marcy’s property. Very comfortable with all the amenities we needed to relax. The short bus ride just steps out the door made it very convenient to get to Vail. The only thing we wished the place had was some recommendations for restaurants and a bus schedule or info but we were also able to google those things with no issue.
Thanks for a great stay!

Great trip
What a place! So happy it was available and relative to a lot of the overpriced options on the mountain it was a really good deal for the location. The host answered the few questions that came up super fast. In case it helps anyone, in 2022 the red buses to the mountain are at :00 and :30. The green return buses are :15 and :45.

The condo was great for a ski trip to Vail. It was easy to get to the mountain from the bus stop across the street, the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our group well.

Awesome place to stay! Nice location and amenities.
This was a fantastic place to stay in Vail. The location is great, communication was quick and thorough, booking a breeze. Just 5 mins drive to Vail ski resort and grocery store. Very convenient bus line running just outside of the property. Plenty of linens and space for family. Great value for the location! Well equipped with all needed cooking amenities. Place was very clean. Everything is as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time!

Comfortable, well equipped, and convenient
This is a nice condo perfect for families wanting to spread out a bit. It is by far the best equipped condo we've found. The bus stop right by the back door makes getting around pretty easy.

great, spacious private home
If you need space, this townhouse is perfect, the rooms are good sized and on different floors so you get privacy if that is needed. I went with my 3 kids and we had fun together but we could not hear each other from bedrooms, and did not feel on top of each other. The Kitchen is well stocked, the place was clean and had a lovely homey feel. The owner had quick and very accommodating responses. I needed answers fast as I was leaving in less than 24 hours from booking. The owner was very fast and responsive. The location is perfect and I would not hesitate to stay here, stop looking and just rent this place, you will be glad you did!!

Great Stay in Vail
Great location and easy access to the rest of Vail, affordable and good value for the cost and accommodation that Marcy provided. Directions for check-in through the VRBO platform are finicky so best to record the door code, parking information, and wifi before arriving.

Enjoyed our stay and responsiveness of the owner. Felt like a home, not a sterile rental. No surprises.

Great layout and location to bus
Location was great if you are ok with taking the bus...just done get on the wrong one! Close to town of Vail. The host was very kind and even let us check-in early. We expected a pull out couch in the master as the listing stated in the description that the master has a pull out sofa but it did not. We figured out the bedding situation though. Water pressure was incredible! Thanks for a great family stay.

Wonderful, spacious, conveniently located property
This is a well-appointed, comfortable home that was perfect for a ski trip for a group of friends. Moreover, its location next to the bus stop as well as near shopping centers and Vail Village made the trip very low-friction and convenient. Highly recommended!

Easily accessible to villages, and well-stocked home!
We arrived later than expected for our stay, and Marcy was wonderful with communication. She got me the code late at night, and when other people were parked in our designated parking spots when we arrived she had it taken care of first thing the next morning. The house was perfect, the bedrooms had plenty of extra linens for cold nights, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities.
One small note, the gas stove would turn on but not light. We ended up using matches on the fireplace, and contacted the property manager who happens to live next door - it all worked out okay, and he said that they would get it taken care of, so it was no inconvenience to us at all! Just important to note ahead of time.
Thanks Marcy for a great stay!

Wonderful Experience
The owner's communication and response time was superb before and during our stay. The condo was beautiful, spotlessly clean, a full bathroom on each level, very well appointed with everything we needed. Our family of five rented this condo to ski at Vail for a week at the end of February, and the location was so convenient - literally steps to the Matterhorn shuttle stop, only 2 stops from Lionshead Village and skiing. Excellent experience and we would definitely return again. Thank you!

Great location and place!
We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys and we absolutely loved this place. We were surprised by how much we ended up looking the location. We always stay in Lionshead or Vail village and it was too expensive over the holidays. This unit is priced so well, we were surprised because its really great. The unit is a 2 minute drive to Lions head and the bus stop is literally at the front of the unit. Its was so convenient location wise but a pleasure that it was not in the center of everything and so quiet. It backs up to a beautiful creek and the walking path is right there, one day we walked to the villages. The main grocery stores and other restaurant and stores were maybe a mile away if even. It is a 3 story with the master in the top , one bedroom and bath on the main floor and another bed and bath in the basement level with a bonus media room. The layout was awesome and we all had our own space. The owner was always responded immediately with any questions before our arrival as well as during. It had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again if it is available.

The place worked out great for our needs.
We had an excellent stay. It helped that it snowed every day we were there and the 4 days we skied were powder days. The skiing was the best conditions in 10 years. The location to the bus stop, literally right out your door, is perfect. You can call a bus number and they will tell you exactly when the bus will arrive to take you in or out of town. The condo is multiple levels, beds comfortable and plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with everything you need. If you are looking for a place with a pool or Jacuzzi this does not have those amenities. In my opinion it is priced right and you just need to know that is not on the premises. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Great place for small groups!
Solid location right near bus stop to town. Bus was a bit of a walk to the mountain from where it drops you off, but still pretty convenient. Interesting split/level condo allows for good group activity in main area but privacy for couples in separate room areas. Nice place to stay in Vail!

Perfect Family Accomodations
We really enjoyed our stay! Our 3 generations were in and out for skiing and the annual Vail Big Beers Festival. We utilized the easy access bus stop, and sometimes drove our own car to the Cascade skier drop off. Also, it was just a short hike to Cascade on the trail that is just beyond the bus stop. Ski equipment and tickets are at the Cascade Lift. The condo is very comfortable and clean, with entertainment on each level. We found everything we needed for cooking our own meals, instead of eating out all the time. We can all recommend this as the perfect place for a Vail winter weekend!

Wonderful Ski Townhouse
This townhouse is a wonderful place to stay for a ski vacation in Vail. The place is very clean and is nicely furnished. The rooms are large and each of the three bedrooms has an associated bathroom. The location is great. The townhouse is about 15 meters from the Vail bus stop. The bus ride to either Cascade or Lionshead is about 5 minutes, and the lifts are pretty close to the bus stops. When we started each day, we would typically ride the bus to the Cascade bus stop because the Cascade lift is not very far from the Cascade bus stop, about 40 meters or so. In addition, there is a place to buy lift tickets about 5 meters from the Cascade lift. The lifts at Lionshead are a little farther from the bus stop but are not too far. The buses came every 30 minutes and are very convenient. This place definitely made our vacation wonderful.
