This was a perfect space for our girls weekend! The location to downtown Frisco was ideal and we were able to walk to all of the shops and lots of delicious restaurants. All of the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a great size and well stocked. We had an amazing time and really enjoyed the condo.

Loved the property. Clean. Has everything you need including big kitchen table for family meals and games. Two minute walk from town. Fifteen minute walk from great hiking. Quick trip to Copper. At first couldn’t figure out front door and property manager responded immediately. Thank you!

The condo was great for us, spacious bedrooms and open plan living area. Beds were all comfortable.
We stayed 5 nights & had 4 great ski days. The house is a short walking distance from Frisco Main Street with restaurants & bars. Shuttle buses to the ski resorts are also close by but we drove each day.
We did not need to contact the property manager as we did not have any issues.
We would stay again. Thank you!

Mixed review. Decent rental with great common space for gatherings. Note lots of steep stairs and very icy walkways! Not suitable for elderly, and kiddos must be supervised. Added plus to have the kids toys, pack n play and high chair provided. Bedrooms are very spacious and have good access to bathrooms. Comfortable beds (bedding could be upgraded to include some heavier blankets). Good natural lighting and prime location, half block from mainstreet and the free bus stop. Some downsides were icemaker did not work, fireplace did not work, went to do laundry and no soap available, several rooms had holes in the walls with exposed electric (like it was remodeled but not finished), blankets were minimal, and heating throughout the home was very difficult (master was extra hot at night), main living windows did not close or lock properly - likely contributing to the temperature issues throughout. Highs were nice furnishings and lots of space and great location

This property was listed as having a hot tub - it does not have one on the premise. We were disappointed as this was one of the main reasons we booked this particular unit. Overall the property was clean and nice - plenty of space and nice covered parking. Great location. Property management company was helpful and efiicient. But for the price, we were expecting more. Perfectly adequate, but nothing exceptional.

We were a group of doctors attending a weeklong meeting in an adjacent condo (A8), so the location was ideal. Since most of our meals occurred in A8, we really did not use the kitchen, just the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. All very comfortable and nicely decorated. Hope to rent again during the last full week in January next year.

Plenty of beds! Convenient walk to Frisco Main Street. Very easy walk to garage where there are 2 spots to park. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever pots and pans you'll need to cook. Quick response to issues from property management. Easy check in and check out.

Great spaces for our large family. Lots of stairs that made it pretty funny how we planned each trip. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Well appointed home. Wi-Fi worked easily, tvs in every room but we watched very little. The best part is the location to downtown. It is so easy to walk a block or two and have food or entertainment. The sweet shop is within shouting distance. Plenty of windows allow the mountain breeze to come through the house. Trails are very close. Please remove your shoes and help keep the place clean. . I plan on coming back.

Spacious and comfortable
Really appreciated the large rooms, especially the living and dining area and kitchen. The upper bedroom was huge but warm and cozy. The lower bedrooms had lots of beds, making this an ideal place for 8 guys. Clean, good lighting and nice even heat were also pluses. Close to Copper Mountain and lots of restaurants—nice draw! We would come here again.

FANTASTIC VACATION!
Of course, it was in a great location- you already know that if you have done your Frisco homework. Once you got there- there were so many creature comforts available. There was hand soap at every sink which is such a help when coming in from who knows where- we left a brand new hand soap as a bonus. There were blankets for the chilly ones and puzzles for the quiet ones. We were able to log into our Amazon and Netflix accounts to watch movies. The rooms were well supplied with great linens and the bathrooms had great starter soap, shampoo and conditioner. You will need to bring your own if you have long or thick hair like the buch of us did. The communication with the owners/company was great. We highly recommend this place.

Spacious townhouse in great location
The property is located 1 block off central Main Street in Frisco - couldn't ask for better location for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. Spacious interior nicely furnished with large kitchen and modern appliances - we had 6 people but the property will easily hold the maximum of 10 comfortably. Unit was very clean, and had all the basic get-started supplies, comfortable beds, and was great to have 3 bathrooms. Easy parking in the 2 assigned spaces in underground parking garage, and was especially good to have the additional oversize space available off the alley for my large truck. Property management company communication prior to check-in and during the stay was also very good. A very slight negative is the size of the master bathroom shower - it is tiny. We are average size and were able to use it OK, but might be difficult to use for a large-sized person.

Great family house
Beautifully maintained property close to Main St. shopping/dining. The kitchen was well-equipped for family dinners. There are 2 long staircases inside which helped give the space an "extra-big" feeling but could be an issue for families with very young children or those traveling with grandparents.

Close to everything
We had a lovely stay at this property. Close to everything, we walked to the marina, hiking trailheads and around downtown. It was very convenient for a low key girls weekend. There were plenty of comfortable beds and seating in the house.

Plenty of space in a great location
I rented this property for a ladies weekend and we had an amazing time! The location can’t be beat - we walked to coffee shops and restaurants and live music on Main Street and walked to the marina for a kayak tour. Plenty of space for my group of 10 to sleep. Large kitchen / living room was the perfect gathering spot. We will be back!

Great Frisco Basecamp
Plenty of room for family of 5 to hang out in front of the TV/fireplace together, but also spread out when needed. The place was clean, comfortable and check in/out was easy. Great location in Frisco and great launch spot for many summer time activities the area has to offer.

Wonderful stay in Frisco
What a great find! We are a family of 6 so we VRBO fairly often. Jamie's unit is beautifully decorated with great furniture, beds were so comfortable with all the best upgrades and so, so clean with PLENTY of room for our family to spread out after a week traveling together.
It was super convenient - maybe a 2 minute walk to town for shopping and restaurants in Frisco. I know it may sound silly, but I was so impressed (and inspired) by how thoughtfully stocked it was. with shampoo/conditioner detergents, etc... We were able to just relax that morning and not head out on the hunt for the essentials.
Thank you for sharing your home - it's beautiful. We loved Frisco and the low key atmosphere with access to hikes, fishing and rafting.

Perfect in every way
This property was perfect in every way: location, comforts of home, well stocked, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The middle floor (of 3) was such a great place for our group of 5 to congregate, chill, and cook/eat in comfort. Loved the layout and furnishings. Such a quick walk to Main St. and other Frisco attractions. Each bedroom has its own bath, a real plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location
We always think of Frisco as being the center of Summit County, and this three-story home is essentially in the center of Frisco. It's just a 1/2- block walk to Main Street, so it couldn't be more convenient to the dining, shopping, and activities. We found it had everything we needed for our stay. It was a wonderful early summer week for us. Thank you!

We had the best time! The house was so close to the main street. We could walk everywhere! We loved the house! The couch in the living room was big enough for us to spread out on and watch movies!

Great location
Garage, single building, easy check in. Clean. The only thing we found to be an inconvenience, no bathroom on the main floor. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Mountain Getaway
My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was easy thanks to the electric door locks—no need to wait at a reception desk for keys, just enter the code. Their was an issue with the garage door (through no fault of our host), but property management answered our call right away and offered a solution. The house was clean and well laid-out with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals at home. Great location, just two blocks from Main Street! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Property
Great propertry in great location. Only issues were 1) never got working garage door code despite reaching out to property management company on arrival 2) dryer is broken and had to air dry laundry during stay 3) downstairs thermostat is broken and had temp set at 80 degrees.

Great Spot in Frisco
This is a great house in a great area. Downtown Frisco is great with good restaurants and plenty of little places to pop in to. Frisco is centrally located to multiple ski areas and has plenty of amenities for a family trip.
This property is accurately described and the owners and management were attentive to our issues for the most part. The garage code didn't work and I never got a response from the management on what the correct code was but it didn't matter since our car didn't fit height-wise. As some other reviewers mentioned, the height of the garage is an issue if you have anything on the roof of your car. We had a large Yakima box on a VW Atlas SUV and, although we fit under the guide bar going into the garage, the box scraped on some pipes overhead in the garage. There is a convenient spot outside right by the front door that we were able to use during the trip so it wasn't that big of a deal but something to be aware of.
Other than that minor issue, this house was great. Plenty of kitchen utensils, appliances, etc. Everything worked. Mattresses and all furniture were nice. No complaints and would definitely stay in this place again. Also the layout was really great for a family (or families) with kids. Our kids were able to stay in their room and play downstairs and the adults were able to enjoy the second floor living space without crowding each other.

Great Experience All Three Generations of our Family
We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The unit was as advertised, a block from Frisco's Main St. and an easy drive to Breckenridge, Vail, Dillion and Silverthorne. Our grandkids especially appreciated all the kids toys. We would stay here again. Thanks for the memories!!

Excellent location in Frisco!
We really liked the location of this property - 2 minute walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants, 5 minute drive to Whole Foods/Safeway for groceries and within walking distance to the Frisco Bay Marina and a hike at the Rainbow Lake Trailhead. Home was incredibly well-equipped w/cooking supplies and we enjoyed the 3-story detached floorplan including the open kitchen/family room on the 2nd floor.
