Come and relax at our beautiful” Family Lake House”!! Our property is located in the charming town of Walden with a beautiful view of the open water but still safe to swim we have the best spot on Lake Conroe! The house has all the amenities you need and convenient to boat launch for your boat and jet skis! In addition private boat launch at the property if needed. The Walden Restaurants and the Marinas are just couple of minutes away. We have a beautiful deck for you to enjoy or simply sit under our porch and sip on some great wine! You will love gazing at the stars and listening to the waves from our extra large luxury hot tub located on ourl deck right by the water!Our house has 3 bedroom suites perfect for multiple couples or a large family. The house has 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and on the third floor there is a very large bedroom with two twin beds adult size and sitting area. All bedrooms are in suite with private bathrooms that have been fully remodeled and we have completely updated and remodeled all our leaving areas as well! Compare other homes with same futures as well waterfront location to appreciate the amazing value we offer to all our guests! Come visit and stay with us you will love our “Family Lake House”.
Please note the maximum occupancy of this property is 6 to stay overnight at any time . There are no exceptions unless approved by the owner. Additional visitors during the day is limited to 6 at any time . This property can not be used for any kind of party since there are heavy restriction on the HOA so consequently this requirement is strictly monitored by HOA raptesentative and owner. Please must notify owner in advance if bringing your boat or jet skis , you can anchor or dock by my deck or keep at the private launch marina or driveway! To all our potential guests is a private residence and since this is our private residence please only book if you are considerate of our guests expectations! Benvenuti!

The house is lovely and kitchen allowed for multiple simultaneous chefs. TV was easy to figure out for Olympic watching. Comfy beds. Will be fun to return when temps low enough to embrace hot tub.

This lake house is just as beautiful and cozy as the pictures provided show it to be. Perfect amenities to enjoy the lake or just being outdoors. Monica, the owner, was very easy to communicate with ahead of the trip as well as during the trip. This was the perfect place for our girls weekend away.

We had a great stay at this house. Everything we needed and then some were ready when we arrived. The owners are beyond helpful and ensured everything for a great stay. The kids loved the back yard access to the lake and soaking in the hottub at night. We will absolutely be booking again soon. Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful house with a wonderful hostess. You are right on the water so enjoy the atmosphere. Not necessarily recommended for young children as there are many breakables throughout the house. Also not for elderly with limited mobility as all bedrooms are upstairs. But for others you will live this house

This home is AMAZING! The views, the kitchen, the showers, it’s all magazine like! Communication is also top notch, and Monica (owner) is so great and accommodating! There are no negatives to this home whatsoever.

Monica and her son were absolutely fantastic. There was great communication before the stay and throughout it. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The house is absolutely gorgeous. We have no complaints at all, will stay here again.

Monica's property was everything we had hoped for and more! She was a terrific host with so many thoughtful touches to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The layout of the house is great for everyone to be together on the main floor, yet still have privacy at night in the bedroom suits. We thoroughly enjoyed the location on the lake with the private dock and hot tub. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful lakeside getaway.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this home! The property is beautiful and recently renovated. The primary suite has the walk in shower of your dreams. We enjoyed spending time on the dock and floating on the lake. The owner was very sweet and communicative. She made us feel welcome and provided thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine. We felt so at home and left relaxed and refreshed!

this property is beautiful inside and out! i had an amazing extended weekend celebrating my birthday. the hot tub was amazing and the outdoor space is great! great lake access! inside was also amazing and slept everyone comfortably. very clean and the host was very sweet and welcoming! 10/10 would reccomend!

Property was beautiful right on the Lake and home was Very Clean & Beautifully remodeled. The house sits up against Lake Conroe, providing great scenery. The house itself was beautiful, and the instructions for check in/check were easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would stay again! Monica gets an A+ in communication, as she answered every question and gave us helpful tips about the house to make our stay even better. One of the highlights is the hottub that situated a dozen feet or so away from the lake. Thanks Monica!

Stayed in this Beautiful property with my wife and daughter. As soon as we entered the house, we loved it so much, property is super clean with amazing lake view. The owner Monica was very sweet and she made sure we have everything we need for the weekend. we will definitely come back again and we highly recommend this beautiful house !

Monica was very accommodating and if I had any questions she would reply back to me very quickly. Her house was very clean and has a nice view of the lake while sitting at the kitchen table. If you want to bring your boat there is plenty of room at the dock. I really enjoyed my stay at her home this past weekend.

We had the best time staying at Monica's home! The house is gorgeous, incredibly clean and so wonderfully unique. Each bedroom had its own bathroom attached, all newly updated. The master bath was like a spa. We have 3 young kids who thought it was the coolest house ever. The spot on the lake was amazing and the neighborhood was very nice and safe, with so many deer wandering around! We all loved our stay!

We totally enjoyed our stay. It was nice each of our family had their own bathrooms It was super hot and we didn’t get to enjoy the out doors as much but being close to our families on the lake made it worth while. Thank you, would definitely recommend to anyone that was going to Lake Conroe. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Beware, this is the owners primary residence. The boat dock nor jet ski ramps are available to renters b/c the owner keeps her toys there. She strongly encourages a personal connect with renters. We ended up canceling our reservation so not sure how nice the place is, but just know, this being her primary residence makes it uncomfortable to rent and you do not have access to all the amenities in the pictures.

The property was exactly as described. It was on Lake Conroe with plenty of space for our group. There were 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths upstairs & a half bath downstairs. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc. The property owner also let us use her spices if needed. Monica was great about communication.

Our family visited this wonderful property for a much needed vacation. The check in process was very welcoming, the home was immaculate, the lake water was perfect and the area was beautiful. We loved being right on the water and especially the hot tub right off the dock! You will not be disappointed in this property!!

Monica is such a great host and was easy to get in touch with. Everything in the home was nicely set up. Beds were very comfortable. Outside enjoyment and relaxation was set up great.
