I highly recommend this beautiful apartment on Park Point in Duluth! It's quiet and centrally located. It is walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants and shops or you can just enjoy your time looking out at the water! Lovely!

We recently stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it! The property is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and has a beautiful Lake Superior shoreline and scenic views. It is within walking distance to the Aerial Lift Bridge and numerous restaurants and stores. We saw a few massive boats coming and going. The property owner was very friendly & responsive and gave us many tips on where to dine, etc. We'd highly recommend this short-term rental property and will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our family and friends!

Apartment was as advertised. We were out and about to parks, bike paths etc…early in the day and then hung out at backyard beach until dinner. No better location in Duluth. Recommend Duluth Grill for a special meal.

Very relaxing. Easy access to Duluth's restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the beach and watching the boats. The manager was very friendly and always helpful. Very clean and nice neighborhood.

Everything was delightful. We cook alot and found the kitchen well organized and complete. Bed and bath very nice. I am handicapped so I hardly saw the lake. Access to the unit was difficult but not impossible. We will return next summer.

This property was perfect for our summer getaway. We had a beautiful sunrise view of Lake Superior from the living room. The location could not be better as you are able to walk right out on to the beach through the back yard. We were able to walk just down the street to view the aerial lift bridge in action. We were also able to walk to local shops and restaurants for shopping and dinner. There are many sites to see in Duluth we just ran out of time to see them all. We will definitely be back for another summer getaway.

We loved this property! Hard to say what our favorite was. Was it the location? Yes! Was it the cleanliness of the place? Yes! Was it right on the beach? Yes! Could we see the ships come in? Yes! Was it close to Canal Park, The Decc and The North Shore Drive? Yes! And was the communication with the owner spot on (we needed to get in a bit early and they allowed us)? Yes! Would I book it again? Yes! Also the description/picture was exactly as stated! It was a wonderful 8 day stay! Thank you!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. Our daughter was getting married in canal park and we loved that this location was so close but gave us our own space. The view was stunning and so relaxing. The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We will stay again.

This VRBO is perfectly located. It's a short walking distance to the bridge, dining and shopping. There's a beautiful view of the lake right outside the large picture window. Also very easy access to walk along the beach. Our place was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a short stay. Kids slept on the fold-out couchbed, and could easily run out and play on the sand. It's right there! A great view. And very easy to walk to the Canal Park restaurants for dinner/ice cream.

The property owner was fantastic! Very timely communication and so very accommodating without even trying! The property itself was wonderful and possibly even better than described! Beautiful views and close to the lift bridge! The place was very clean and welcoming! We would absolutely come back again!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The house was fully furnished and clean. Excellent views of Lake Superior as we ate our breakfast in the morning and the nice, clean, sandy beach is just a few steps away. So much to do on Canal street just a short distance away. Highly recommend!

This is the cutest little place right on the shores of Lake Superior. Great location in a quiet neighborhood right next to the lift bridge and minutes away from canal park area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Everything is very clean as if no one has stayed before. Gracious host. Carl told us all the spots to visit and when the ships were coming in. Theres an amazing little spot to sit outside for morning coffee and steps away from the beach makes this a perfect getaway. It was hard to pack up and leave.

The view of the lake from the living room window is fantastic. We loved the beach overlook and spent time there every day. It's a great spot for viewing ships coming and going. The decor is very nice and comfortable. We walked to Canal Park every day. We would definitely stay here again.

I spent July 4th holiday week here with my husband and 2 kids (ages 2 and 3 1/2 years). This property is great because it has direct access to Park Point Beach. The kids were able to play with their sand toys for a few hours in the morning and enjoyed morning walks along the lake when nobody was around! We were able to walk over to Canal Park easily with the kids in our wagon and rented bikes, which the kids loved! The property itself is very clean and the property owner was very responsive throughout our stay. He even gave us some helpful advice on where to watch the fireworks close by. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

I hesitate to share my thoughts on this property, because you might take it at a time I want to come back! Carl was an excellent host; apartment was tastefully decorated; the beach really is *right there," with lovely sand bottom to the lake, shallow quite a ways out, and no weeds at all. Three blocks to the lift bridge. Only notes, which weren't deal-breakers: the A/C is in the living room, but the bedroom has a gigantic fan; and there's some water pipe in the front of the apartment that you hear running often. But overall, it was everything I was hoping for. Of all the VRBO's I've stayed at, this is the only one I definitely want to stay at again.

My husband and I stayed at the property in the week leading up to Grandma's Marathon 2023, and we had a wonderful experience. The property is the perfect size for a couple to stay comfortably, with a gorgeously updated en suite bathroom and well-appointed kitchen. Carl was a proactive host, reaching out the day of our arrival to make sure we arrived comfortably and touching base during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed at the property. I can't speak highly enough of our experience! We'll definitely be back again someday.

The duplex was in a great location both for walking and getting on the road to head north. The host was very helpful with recommendations for food and to do’s. The apartment is small, but perfect for two people. Beautiful view from the living room.

Location and view were superb. Easy walking distance to Canal Park and restaurants. Picture window allowed us to watch the freighters come and go. Sand Beach is beautiful. Check in was easy. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here to be close to Canal Park and and still have a quiet, neighborhood feel. This apartment provides all that and more. Stunning views of Lake Superior, 5 minute walk to Canal Park and all it offers and still a very peaceful space to view the lake and direct access to the beach even in winter. It was beautiful. The manager was very available and checked jn to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning our next stay!
