About this house rental
This well kept, fully modernized single family bungalow is located in the heart of Mesa. It is adjacent to the US #60 and US #202 which provides excellent access to the city.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a high quality king mattress and linens, dressers, satellite tv, large walk-in closet and its own bath with a walk-in shower and is easily accessible for those with limited mobility. It also has its own access to the patio area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and bedroom 4 has a full bed all with high quality mattresses and linens. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination for those that like to soak in the tub.
The kitchen was remodelled in 2016 and features a stainless steel stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with quality cookware and kitchenware.
The family room features a 66” high definition, flat screen tv with cable and high speed internet included. There’s a ping pong table too!
The laundry room is equipped with a new washer and dryer.
One of the most attractive features of this home is the south facing secluded backyard with privacy fence. The property is bordered by greenspace on 2 sides. It is your own private oasis. The backyard is a great place to gather and relax with a cocktail, soak in the hot tub or to take a swim. The heated pool was completely remodelled in 2018 and features a waterfall. The patio area is completely covered offering a nice shady spot to sit and is landscaped with paving stone. There is also a gas fire pit for cool evenings around the fire.
Grill up a steak or a burger in the custom outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Keep your drinks cold in the outdoor refrigerator. No need to run inside. It’s all right here for you.
There is a grapefruit and orange tree to provide you with fresh fruit or juice for your breakfast.
The neighborhood is very quiet with plenty of streetlights and is safe to walk any time of day or night.
If walking isn’t your thing there are 2 bicycles for your use and plenty of restaurants within easy biking distance.
The Superstition Mall is located within 4 miles (approx.) and has restaurants, movie theaters and tremendous shopping. There are fabulous hiking trails at Superstition Mountains, Usery Park and Silly Mountain which are all within a 15 minute drive. The Red Mountain Center is located one-half of a mile from the home and includes a full gym, walking paths and other amenities including senior activities.

Wonderful stay for a golf trip. The four of us really enjoyed having a little oasis to come back to after our rounds. Most of our time was spent in the backyard even in the extreme heat. The house had so many options for keeping cool outside via sun shades And large covered deck. Everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay next time I’m in Arizona.

Sometimes you stay at a Vrbo and the picture make the property look better than it actually is. This is not the case here. The place is great and actually a little more spacious than the pictures make it seem. Stayed for a week with my wife and it was very convenient, private and relaxing. Also, communication with the owner was amazing. Very prompt replies and friendly. I will be staying here again.

Very well-kept property in a very nice area. Pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, and gas grill were in the back yard and very well kept and fun to use. The back deck or patio was used throughout the day. This was our second stay at Doug and Darlene's beautiful home, and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The home is comfortable, clean, extremely well-stocked, and quiet. We spent a LOT of time in the pool and hot tub, and enjoyed the firepit and grill at night. Our communications with Doug and Darlene made it apparent that they truly care about their guests, and we are sincerely looking forward to our next stay! We are truly grateful for their hospitality!

Our stay at this property was a great one. The owners were very communicative when we had questions. The pool and spa were very nice. House was very clean. We would defiantly stay here again. Our only feed back would be to invest in a wall mount AC unit for the 4th bedroom.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at your home. It was very clean and well stocked. The house is located in a great area for walks and a quick drive to shopping. The backyard was amazing and is exactly like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to everyone!

Fantastic property
We had a great time at this property! The pool was wonderful. The only issue we had was the guest bathroom tub took forever to drain. I let the owners know, but nothing was done during our stay. Other than that everything was wonderful!

My Golf Trip
This property was perfect for a group of guys playing golf. To be able to come back after a round of golf and soak in the pool and hot tub was everything. I also love to cook, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare the food we love. From the airfryer to the gas grille we ate like kings!

Amazing Stay
We had a great time at this property. Plenty of things to do with the pool, hot tub, covered patio, and built-in grill. Just to name a few. The house was clean and was stocked with everything we could have needed and then some. We literally just bought groceries. Darlene thought of everything. Also, communication with Darlene was clear and her response was quick. We will absolutely be staying here again.

This house has plenty of room and the back yard provides everything you could need, pool, hot tub, fire pit, outside fridge, grill, and it even has orange and grapefruit trees. Owners Darlene and Doug are wonderful to work with, communicate promptly and maintain and update the house as needed. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and its location is close to several restaurants and stores giving you easy access to whatever you may want to do or need. Fabulous Escape from Wisconsin
Darlene's beautiful home was everything we could have hoped for. It was clean, well-supplied, comfortable, and the heated pool was fantastic. We also enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, the ping pong table, and grilling our dinners. Darlene's communication was prompt and excellent. We had no complaints whatsoever!

Clean beautiful home! Wonderful outdoor living space, great safe neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores-perfect location. Neighborhood was very quiet. I have never stayed at a home that was so well equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable also. Summer vacation
This was a beautiful home. This home had a everything you needed. The pool was awesome, and we enjoyed every bit of it. We are from ND, and this summer home was what we needed. A get away.. and we had so much fun in the comfort of privacy. Loved how close it was to stores, fast food and farmers markets. I would totally recommend this home and definitely something to think about booking for another vacation in the future.

Great Place to Stay
This was a great place to stay in AZ. Close by to many things. Property was well maintained and clean. We didn't have to end up using the 4th bedroom and was glad, as it is in the garage and was quite warm in there. The house has many extra things that I was shocked at -- toys in garage, pool toys, etc. For a rental property, I was also happily shocked at how well stocked it was with essentials like Kleenx, toliet paper, detergent, dish soap, cleaners, shampoos, body wash, etc. Most places I've stayed you usually have to get some things - I actually did buy toliet paper and left it behind. Dishes and pots and pans are very well stocked, if you want to cook or grill out. Patio was very open and nice. Pool had to be skimmed every day, but was great. We never used the whirlpool as it was too hot out. Thanks for a great stay! Would stay again!

Great week-long getaway
This property was amazing. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every second. Our family spent hours everyday in the pool and hanging out on the back patio. The shaded area was great, and allowed us to be outside even on hot summer days. Hot tub as nice to sit in on some of the cooler evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. There were grocery stores near by that made getting supplies easy. Was also close to several restaurants and easy access to the 60 and 202 to get anywhere we needed in the valley. Living space in the house was also great. We spent time each night playing games we found in the pantry at the kitchen table or hanging out on the couches in the tv room. They had lots of channels available (although we hardly had the tv on). The ping pong table in the garage was also a huge hit with our kiddos. Beds were all comfortable and bathrooms were nice and fully stocked with things we needed. The owners were easy to communicate with via the VRBO app and responded to every message within 24-hours. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had such a great time at this property. We were surprised to find a ping pong table! Also the 4th bedroom is an addition in the garage that we were not aware about, it ended up being fine but with the kids picking rooms course it was their issue. The pool was fantastic, the house had everything minus paper products, and the communication was excellent with the owner prior. Overall great experience and would return on a future trip!

Casa Covina Getaway
We escaped the cold of Mn for the month of February and stayed at Casa Covina. The house was better than the pictures show. Safe neighborhood with lots of sidewalks and open areas to walk.
The pool ,hot tub and fire pit were an extra bonus The back yard was a great area to relax and entertain. A special treat were the orange and grapefruit trees which had just a few pieces of fruit left but were delicious.
Overall staying at Casa Covina was a fantastic experience and the hosts were thoughtful and helpful I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Covid Getaway
When I heard that my children where going to be elearning, I immediately booked this property to help keep spirits high. I figured if we were learning from home we might as well escape Illinois and go somewhere warmer. This house had EVERYTHING we needed! We had no need to leave except to gather some groceries. After such a terrible year, this experience is exactly what we needed and the house was perfect. My kids would elearn and then swim after school or enjoy the hot tub. We cooked and ate outdoors most of the time and spent many hours laughing by the firepit making smores. I have not one complaint about this house and would definitely go back again. We stayed for 27 days and created new amazing memories with our children (10, 8, and 5) that I know will last a lifetime.

This was a very nice home, within close proximity to our friends that live in Arizona. The house has everything you want when staying away from home.
