Very nice house and location. Older house but very nice and clean.

The name says it all. It was a charm. The house is filled with antiques. Very beautiful house inside and out. Nice screen in sitting area that overlooks backyard garden and pool area. Morning coffee was awesome listening to the dove coos and the squirrels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the house, grounds and pool. We met with Jerry, the host, upon our arrival so he could give us the keys and go over a few items with us. Extremely nice and very helpful about places to eat. He even checked several times after we left on our family member that had a medical emergency during our visit. We definitely plan to stay here again. Highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

We had a family gathering with ages ranging from 5 - 69 and everyone absolutely loved the house. It is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The rooms are spacious, the bedrooms are quiet and the beds comfy. The kids loved the pool and swam for hours. The screened in portion is wonderful. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home to experience Natchitoches! The house had five bedrooms to easily accommodate all seven of us ladies. It was decorated so lovely and our host left us special gifts for our arrival. Jerry met us there and explained everything we needed to know to make our stay wonderful. We would definitely return to this gorgeous, historical home!

We all loved the stay! Cozy and comfy!

This property was superb - not only did it have plenty of space, but it was well stocked with anything you could need and as a bonus was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We enjoyed spending our thanksgiving here with family. Such a special home with beautiful gardens and lovely porches to enjoy. We really can’t say enough good things!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautifully updated historic home. The screened porch and large pool were an oasis. The house was beautiful and wonderfully decorated for fall. Jerry was quick to communicate and had everything ready for us, including a bottle of wine. All 3 generations loved our time here.
4.9
The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 12. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Plenty of space to spread out. Host was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved everything about this magical historic home. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour of the home. They also provided us with a welcome bottle of wine and delicious homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, which we enjoyed throughout our stay. Everything in the home is special--decor, serving ware, etc.--so you feel like you're at a home, not a vacation rental. Loved the Christmas trees throughout the home, which were decorated with Mardi Gras decor. Plenty of space. Screened in porch on the back was a lovely spot to sit and have a glass of wine and watch thunderstorms. The home is also walking distance to Front Street and close to all Natchitoches sights. Would recommend and stay here again when in the area.

I am 89 years old and wanted to take a girls trip with my daughter, two daughters in law, and my granddaughter. We had a great time and loved our stay there. The host was accommodating and kind.

The best part of this home was every single room including both porches! I just couldn’t get enough of it. Living areas were comfortable and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bedrooms are large, great mattresses and bedding…even had Christmas sheets. It’s such an impressive home and the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The walk over to the river area is a short 10 minutes. Jerry and Mary made sure we were well taken care of and were close by if we needed anything. Of course they had already thought of everything so we just relaxed and loved every minute of our time there.

Location was great for Natchitoches festival and fire works. The home is beautifully decorated andcomfortable. Our family enjoyed the stay

Jerry and Mary,
The Elizabeth Lane house was amazing! Your generous hospitality was beyond any we have encountered over the past 10 years with VRBO. The home is beautiful, just as described and very comfortable. The house is open but still has spaces if you want to curl up, hide and read a book. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook full meals or just snack. We enjoyed the fabulous pool, the landscaping was beautiful , Baby Boy ( the fabulous Cat) loves his snuggles, the quiet neighborhood and the wonderful history of Natchitoches. The restaurants were all amazing, the historic plantations were beautiful and the people were all very friendly. This home will never be empty! If you are even remotely interested in staying you should book immediately! Hope to see you again :)

Our group of 9 girlfriends stayed at this house for a week-end during the Christmas Festival. You walk in the door of this house and say WOW!! Beautiful house and immaculately CLEAN. It was a perfect weekend weather wise for December, so when we were not downtown we were all on the back screened in porch. Besides being a great house, the location was perfect. We parked our cars in the driveway when we arrived on Friday, and did not move them again until we left on Sunday. The walk to town was an easy 6 blocks. The house is exactly as described on VRBO. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Natchitoches....THIS IS IT..

The house was beautifully decorated and had room for everyone. I think our favorite part was the back porch. And just an 8 minute walk to downtown. Would recommend to anyone visiting Natchitoches.

Very nice older home with pool all the nice amenities would love to come back , the owners were amazing!!!!….. would come back for christmas if hottub is available😍

The property was among the best. I have stayed in these type of facilities in numerous local and foreign locations. So very upscale and some not. I found this one to be one of the more memorable ones. Property was all it was advertised to be and yhe owners were extremely attentive and respective. Few times over the fifty plus years of travelling this world have I found this level of efficiency, attentiveness, respect and interest in ensuring this trip was all it could be.

We had a lovely stay at this home. I am originally from Natchitoches and wanted a place that was an easy location within walking distance of downtown. The home was exactly as described and pictured. I felt right at home. Jerry was easy to communicate with and so very thoughtful in making suggestions for a wonderful trip. We will absolutely return to this home.

Our family had a wonderful weekend! When seven adults all absolutely love one place something is right about the place. The house is amazing the back porch and back yard is like a secret garden with birds chirping and squirrels playing ... so relaxing and enjoyable .

We had a wonderful time. We stayed out on the back porch the majority of our stay....it was comfortable and the back yard is gorgeous. Quiet and clean. I definitely recommend and would stay at this property again! Plenty of room and everything was provided.. The host are very friendly & easy to work with. 😊

Beautiful, spacious property. We (4 friends) enjoyed a long weekend here and barely left the property, enjoying long talks on the lovely screened in porch and afternoons in the pool together and also some much needed alone time .
