We are located off the main road, down a long driveway to the back of the property where you feel welcome the moment you arrive. Sit back and sip a glass of wine on your private covered back patio off of the primary bedroom, complete with your own private hot tub. We can help guide you through your visit to the wine country. We are located 2.1 miles from the down town Sonoma Plaza. If you need suggestions about the best restaurants, wineries, hiking trails, horse back riding, historical sights, etc., we are there for you! If you are celebrating a special occasion, just let us know. As a standard, we offer a complimentary bottle of wine. We will make it special for you upon your arrival!

Spent 3 wonderful days in Wine Country staying at the Farmhouse Inn. Kathleen was a great host and great with communication. The cottage was advertised and while it was too hot to use the spa the back porch was lovely. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and well equipped. Would definitely come back next time.

The “Farmhouse” was a perfect location for tranquility and comfort. Kathleen is a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. The place was very inviting and secluded, and we felt at ease. The attention to detail is applauded. This was our first visit to “wine country,” but it won't be our last. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

This is a lovely and well maintained property set amongst a producing vineyard (you can go taste wine made from these grapes at the No Love Lost tasting room in Napa). It's fairly secluded and out of the way with a hot tub in the private back garden. However, you're mere minutes from downtown Sonoma with its restaurants and tasting rooms. The manager was very responsive to our requests, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Kathleen’s property was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway for 2! We enjoyed the hot tub, complimentary wine, and quiet surrounding neighborhood with convenience to get anywhere in town. We would definitely recommend this spot or stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful, serene and clean home. Perfectly situated right outside of downtown Sonoma and so well decorated. The attention to detail and all of the personal touches made this one of the most comfortable rental experiences we have had. The spa like setting of the back patio was amazing and we enjoyed every opportunity to use it. The front porch area was a great place to have coffee or glass of wine. So peaceful. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. And that says a lot because we both prefer different bed firmness.
The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and the bottle of wine and chocolate left for us was a surprising delight!
If we ever return to the Sonoma/Napa area we will definitely look forward to stay there again! This place was much bigger than expected and we couldn’t have asked for more!

We really enjoyed our stay. It had quick and easy access to Sonoma and surrounding vineyards. The owner was very responsive to any messages. The only issue (very minor) was figuring out that we needed to pull up to the gate at the end of the driveway in order to enter the property. We’ve already discussed staying at this property again in the future.

We had such a lovely time in Sonoma. Staying here was exactly what we wanted. The cottage was bigger than expected, and the host was kind, leaving wine and coffee creamer for us. The location is super central, close to everything. The bed was gloriously comfortable and big. We didn’t get to use the hot tub in the back, but we will be coming back for sure.
We can’t wait to book again!

The cottage was absolutely amazing for us. It was Just like the pictures. Extremely clean, space was perfect for 2. We loved staying here and want to come back and stay again. The location was close to sonoma square, and some lovely wineries.
Ubers were easy to catch too.

Very quiet, cozy, and charming cottage helped make for a romantic weekend getaway. Close to Sonoma and lots of great restaurants, wineries, and shops. Hosts were responsive and had a bottle of wine ready for us upon entering the cottage. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to base our Sonoma county wine tasting get away. The property is perfect for a couple wanting the privacy to relax after a day of wine tasting. The cottage is located within a small vineyard setting, access is easy and secure through a automated driveway gate. The patio hot tub was a great addition for ending the evening. The cleanliness showed that the cottage is well looked after. Kathleen the property manager was excellent and responded to the few questions we had quickly. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend this property to any couple that wants to escape and just enjoy a private setting. It didn't hurt to have some good wine also!!

Beautiful and serene property in wine country! We came celebrating our anniversary and looking for a nice quiet place to relax. This property is perfect for a romantic getaway! Everything was clean and decorated in such a way as to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere from the welcoming fountain and beautiful vineyard to the hot tub and bottle of wine!
This was the perfect spot to visit wine country and the famous wine train was within a short drive!
The property owners are very friendly, attentive, and quick to reply.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The Farmhouse was the perfect place for our four-night stay. The cottage is wonderfully cozy, with enough space to relax both indoors and out. The location was convenient to Sonoma Square, featuring shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a two night stay at this cozy and immaculate one bedroom guest house. Although it was just in the other side of the fence from the main house, it was private and quiet. Thoughtful amenities and a spacious back seating area/patio with a small hot tub. Recommend highly to any couple in a wine country get away.

I cant say enough about this property. It was amazing. Everyhing was top notch. Beautiful cottage, soft, clean beds, wonderful back patio. Washer and dryer were great to use. I may plan a trip back in the area just to stay here again. Kathleen was so nice to work with, very attentive and responds very timely.

We had a fantastic stay in Sonoma! Our host, Kathleen has created a quaint and serene atmosphere in this rental property. It was so comfortable and located on a gorgeous vineyard. We loved the views and the hot tub was amazing. It was centrally located so easy to get to the plaza and enjoy wine tasting and lovely meals. We would love to come back soon!

The cottage was adorable and very private on a small vineyard. Very well decorated and maintained. We used the hot tub both nights after wine tasting. All as advertised and actually excreted our expectations. Would return for sure. Also downloaded a Tale of Two Cities Sonoma and Napa that was in the cottage. It was a great read after learning the history of Sonoma from the wineries. Loved it all !!

Kathleen’s place is the perfect romantic getaway, and we really enjoyed celebrating our 15 year anniversary at her cute cottage. The description is perfect for this great place, and certainly exceeded our expectations! It made our first trip to wine country memorable, and we’re already planning when we can visit again! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well appointed. My husband and I both noticed how comfortable the bed was on night one! We really enjoyed the feel of staying in a vineyard as well as the fountain just outside the front door. We are early risers and spent most mornings with our coffee watching the sun come up over the vineyard. Kathleen really has thought of nearly everything to make it a home away from home.

My husband and I had absolutely the best time staying at the Farmhouse Inn!!! Beautiful surroundings (you literally get to stay in a small vineyard!!), great location to all of the wineries and restaurants in the area, and wonderful accommodations!! Bed is super comfortable, hot tub is great for relaxing after a busy day, and the decor is perfect!! Everything you could need is provided. Great hosts and we will definitely be visiting again! :-)

This was truly a great vacation spot. Tucked off in a small vineyard, totally quiet and peaceful. The house was decorated with great taste and detail. Loved the back patio/spa area the most. Oh and I can't forget that great comfortable bed. I would recommend this to anyone and can't wait to do it again soon.

We loved staying at this cozy home for our wine tasting trip in the Sonoma area. This was the perfect place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The home had everything you would need for a vacation. Kathleen had a bottle of wine waiting as welcome gift. The bed was very comfortable, and we put the hot tub to use many times. We found the home to be very private and comfortable. We will be back again if we visit wine country.

The property was exactly as represented in the owners video. The place was neat as a pin and had all the amenities that we needed. The be was very good and the shower was as well. Enjoyed the wine on arrival. I have been to approximately 20 VRBO properties before that this is certainly in the top five. Will go back if we get a chance.

We love wine, and wanted to be near multiple wineries, while also feeling like we were in one. This little cabin that opens up to rows of vines and olive trees was perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful as well.

As for the hot tub, it was a game changer. Soaking in it after a long day of exploring Sonoma added a touch of luxury to our vacation and was the perfect way to unwind.
What truly set this home apart was its location. Nestled in the heart of Sonoma, it was the perfect base to explore the region's renowned wineries and charming local shops. Yet, it provided the seclusion we craved.
The host was remarkably responsive and helpful, which contributed significantly to our enjoyable stay. Every detail was taken care of, and it was evident that guest satisfaction was a priority.

This place is really cute. It's on a small vineyard and there are other houses on the property but you really don't even notice they're there. It's very private and quiet. We were pleased to notice the house stocked with bottled water, coffee, and even a bottle of wine (I guess that's not all that surprising considering you're in wine country).
We used the hot tub one night after a day of wine tasting. The bed was SUPER comfortable.
One thing to be aware of... Internet is provided but it's through a cell-based hot-spot. If you're doing anything that requires high bandwidth, this could be challenging. That said, hopefully, you're going to visit Sonoma and disconnect, so this shouldn't be an issue.
We would stay here again and recommend it.

This quaint bungalow, nestled among the Farmhouse Vineyards, is a great place for you and a loved one to launch your adventurous selves into the heart of Sonoma! Start your day off with breakfast at Picazo Cafe and a tour with Platypus Sonoma (James was the man as we visited Lasseter, Loxtón, Deerfield and Ty Caton) then dinner in at the Square and finish you evening soaking in the hot tub while staring at the stars!
