Отличный вариант по очень хорошей цене

Очень милый семейный гостевой дом в 8 минутах ходьбы от обсерватории. Персонал очень приветливый (вегетарианцы к тому же, это приятно), в номере чисто, есть чайник, кровати удобные. Во дворе есть мангал, на кухне можно попросить необходимую посуду, шампуры и другое.

Единственный минус — нас заселили не в тот номер, который мы бронировали (сказали, что тот не сдаётся).

Rooms on the 2nd floor are great, there are also cheaper rooms with the shared bathroom on the first floor. Located close to Byurakan observatory

We had a little misunderstanding related to the room type ( at least one of the owners does not work with the Booking.com platform closely), but managed to resolve this.

amazing!

The family is very kind! We had diner and breakfast here and both were more than perfect! All dishes were vegetarian and very tasteful. it felt like home :). Strongly recommend this place if you want to see Amberd and/or climb Mount Aragats.

Dear hosts, they accommodated us in everything. Pleasant accommodation, everything clean, large kitchen, sufficient breakfast. We were satisfied.

Soft mattress, you can feel the springs. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with several rooms, so sometimes you have to wait.

A great place for relaxing. Worth visiting.

The owners of this guest house are very kind and caring. Food is always great - delicious, healthy and fresh. Very relaxing ambiance and room is clean. It's a perfect getaway from the noise and stressful atmosphere of the city. I also like that there's a garden from where they also harvest some fruits and vegetables they serve. I recommended this place!

Very close to Byurakan Observatory :))

We traveled with 2 very active kids and Narek and his Mom did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The bathroom was very nice and the view from our bedroom I will remember for a while :) Narek was so kind to reserve places in observatory for us and we also travelled to Amberd, which is famous local destination. We definetely enjoyed our stay at their guesthouse and wish them to expand even more.

Family-run guesthouse, clean, great vegetarian food and hospitality

The guesthouse has a special name, Seva which means an act of service coming from Indian religions (e.g. Hinduism, Sikhism). My partner who is an Indian loved the place and the concept behind. They provided home-made delicious vegetarian food with the Armenian traditions. The family that runs the guesthouse was super nice and eager to help us. They took care of organising our night trip to Byurakan observatory which is, by the way, just a 10 minutes walking distance from Seva guesthouse. The view from the room opened to Ararat and Aragats mountains. We stayed just for 1 night but we would have definitely liked to stay longer.

Kind host and located close to Aragats. The place was clean and had good views over Yerevan!

Baking hot in summertime - couldn't sleep all night. Windows opened but tons of mosquitos. Would have been nice to have a fan. One toilet and shower between all guests...

An incredibly warm family experience at Seva guesthouse

The guesthouse was clean and comfortable. The hosts were an incredibly friendly family. And the overall atmosphere was wonderful and warm. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. Would definitely recommend and come back whenever I am in Byurakan again. And our special love to the hostess tikin Gohar, who brought toys and pencils and made our 4-year-old daughter absolutely happy.

There is nothing to mention here.

Nice place to stay for anyone looking to go up to Mount Aragats

Nice modern house and rooms, big common bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. We were easily able to hitchhike from the village to Lake Kari (Mount Aragats)

A little bit more expensive than most guesthouses we stayed in Armenia but breakfast justifies the price

Lovely

The owners are the best people I've seen in Armenia. They are kind and supportive. The breakfast is delicious. The room is large, there is a balcony with soft armchairs. The owners make their own tea, they shared a package with me. It is the best green tea I've ever tried. There is public wifi available.

There is only one common bathroom. However, in my room there was a door to a bathroom, but it was on repair at the exact moment. The dog barked sometimes.

Very nice and helpful staff, clean room, tasty food

The staff was super friendly, very nice people. They organized our trip to Amberd and Lake Parz, and observatory, which is very close to the guesthouse. The city isn’t very big so if you enjoy walking, the location is pretty good. Breakfasts were delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. There was also a big balcony for all. Thank you very much!

The only thing we didn’t like about it was a shared bathroom, although it was very clean and big, they had a blow dryer and a washing machine too. But still would be nice if our room had its own separate bathroom. I think the rooms will have it separate in the future, it seems like it just wasn’t finished yet.
