About this house rental

Look out your window and see the Golden Dome, Touchdown Jesus, Notre Dame Stadium and The Linebacker. This cozy 3.5 bedroom, 2 full bath bungalow is right across the street from The Linebacker. Campus is just steps away. The perfect location for a gathering of friends and family. Restaurants and nightlife including The Linebacker, Downtown South Bend and Eddy Street Commons are all nearby. House is furnished with amenities like big leather couches and flat screen TV's. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, plenty of closet space and a big screen TV. Next door is a small room with lofted full over full bunk beds. The living room has a giant, sumptuous leather coach and a comfy leather arm chair. Kitchen includes stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Basement has washer and dryer, large activity room and second large bedroom with a queen bed and another TV. Activity room has large (65 inch) Smart TV with Blu-Ray player. Small dining room upstairs has lovely wood table and seating for 4. Outdoor deck has table and chairs with chiminea fire pit. Large backyard.

One KING bed, one QUEEN bed, one FULL over Full Bunk bed + another full bed. Additionally there is one twin air mattress and three full sized couches.

Available for Graduation weekend, Alumni and Reunion events and all football games.
For ND Home Game weekends, the weekend rate is between $2,500 - $9,500, depending on the game and how ND is doing and who they are playing.

This house is only rented to short-term VRBO renters and has been extremely popular for the last 10 years. We have a bunch of great reviews.

This is our second time staying at this home. We particularly like great location with an easy walk to the Notre Dame Stadium, the comfortable beds, stocked garage fridge with pre-game refreshments, and the basket of goodies in the dining room.

The location of this property was perfect. Big things come in small packages, this place was well thought out. Very spacious. The garage/bar was a great spot for tailgating and the yard was a place to relax at night by the fire where the kids made s’mores. It was really nice walking into the house when we arrived to lights on in the bar area. This was one of the best houses we stayed at since coming to Notre Dame over the last 20 years.

My daughter, husband and I stayed here for Notre Dame welcome weekend. This is probably the closest home to the stadium but we were close enough that we could walk to my daughter's dorm on the other side of campus. We especially liked the unexpected surprises of complimentary snacks in the dining room and refreshments in the garage bar fridge. The Notre Dame-themed garage bar was so incredible. We can imagine how much fun this place would be on a game weekend with some friends. If we ever travel to Notre Dame with some friends, we hope to stay here!

Perfect for Nd event. My son and I just got back from Toledo game weekend. Perfect location. Walk to campus, local restaurants, stores. Cool little cottage . Very comfy, decorated with Nd memorabilia. Stocked with everything you need. Much more value than booking two hotel rooms at about the same price. Owner gracious, responsive, and helpful. Would respond to requests in minutes. When we arrived he had left us a tray of donuts, snacks, and a couple of bottles of wine. Also had lit a scented candle that made the place smell yummy.. Highly recommended

Great location on edge of campus, plenty of room, and lots of perks in this house for a great graduation party- the super fun garage bar, extra fridge, deck, seating, side yard, games and great ND decor. Super comfy couch, good beds and lots of linens. Hope to stay again - would be great for football rental too!

The cozy bungalow is close to all things Notre Dame! We walked back and forth each day to the events and finally to the game! Franklin is an excellent host, leaving some lights on in the home upon our arrival, as well as, treats on the table. We could not have picked a better place to stay! We will be back! GO IRISH!!!

This has to be the absolute closest rental home to campus. It was literally a three minute drive to the Joyce Center. The owner went above and beyond to meet our needs and the home was fully furnished with everything we could possibly want and need. It was perfect for the five of us, two Moms and three girls but could have slept many more on air mattresses.

We rented this house for graduation. Other than the crazy weather everything was perfect. We had a small gathering Friday night to meet all our kid’s friends parents. Everyone loved the garage bar. They have everything you need to host a party. Lots of bedding and towels! Plenty of space for parents, 2 adult children and 2 grandparents and a bed to spare. Thanks Franklin.

The most perfect place to stay for a weekend at Notre Dame!

Franklin was easy to get hold of and the checkin/Check out process was a breeze! We came for the 2019 Winter Classic with a mix of Chicago and Boston people and we all had a fabulous time! The house was spacious, had more than enough room for sleeping our group, and the bar was spectacular! Had a fabulous trip and hopefully we will be able to visit again for an ND game!

Frank's cozy bungalow is superbly located just across from the ND campus, and steps from the Linebacker Bar and Belmont Beverages. This is our third consecutive football weekend rental. The house has been carefully renovated over the years, and is nicely decorated with lots of ND memorabilia. The garage has been made into a comfortable bar, including TV and DVR (other TV/DVR are located in LR, MBR, and basement rec room). Kitchen is well supplied and we typically cook meals at the house. The breezeway has a dining table that easily fits 6. The back deck is a great place to hang out when the whether is clement, and when it is cool, there is a chimenea and firewood.

House is perfectly set up for a guys trip or family trip. Location was close to everything and steps from the stadium. Frank was always available and checked in to ensure our stay was perfect. We plan on visiting again in the future and we will for sure stay at this house again.

What a great place!

What a great place!

This was our second year, of what will now be an annual trip, staying in this great place. Home has the perfect setup for the perfect weekend trip to watch the Irish. Owner was easy to work with and by far more accommodating than any hotel we have ever stayed in.....even had a gift basket waiting for us upon our arrival. Across the street from campus, The Linebacker and walking distance to Eddy Street......hard to beat the location. Thanks for another great weekend....we will be back again next year.

I rented this adorable house for a game day weekend with my adult kids. It was a wonderful location...a very short walk to the ND stadium. The house is very cozy with comfy beds! While the rooms are small, there are many places to spread out with lots of TVs! Plenty of fluffy towels, too! The back yard was so nice with a chimnea to enjoy! This is a really, nice place to be for anytime you need to make a visit to Notre Dame or St. Mary's! Highly recommend this rental!

This home made for a wonderful stay for a ND football weekend and family reunion. Proximity to the school was perfect, making walks to campus very easy, even in cold weather. We had 6 adults and had more than enough room for sleeping, meals and downtime. The converted garage is also a real bonus and the home had everything we needed plus extras. Frank was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely rent this home again! Thank you Frank!

My family and I were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful home for Duke vs Notre Dame weekend. The only bad part of the weekend was the result of the football game. Franklin communicated with me before our arrival and was available throughout our stay (didn't need much as everything was perfect). The home was extremely clean upon our arrival and a gift basket was left out on the dining room table. This was my sixth visit to South Bend for a football game; up until this point, we had always stayed in hotels. As I told Franklin when we left, I now know where the best place in town is.....we will be staying in this home for as long as Franklin makes it available! Clean house, decorated with ND spirit in the best location in town. This house has everything you need for a wonderful experience....including a wonderful owner.

This is a perfect rental house for any Notre Dame weekend. We stayed for graduation weekend and the location can't be beat. The house has everything needed and then some! The garage bar space was a big hit with everyone. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels and linens. Great location and ambiance

The home had a great location and the decor really put you in the game day mood. The host graciously left a few treats for our stay. Also when I explained I would be hosting a tailgate party, he provided me with some supplies which made hosting the party much easier as I had flown in for the weekend. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
