The location was amazing, the size of the house was great but that is where it ends. Major issues with house. The decor was very dated, cleanliness of outside seating was poor as it was moldy. Weeds all over outside seating areas and near doors, doors jams moldy and broken, fireplace didn't work, ceiling was coming apart near fireplace, most of the gym equipment was broken, the basement flooded from the rain and was so musty smelling we could not use it, it had multiple pinball machine but you had to put quarters in to use them and the hot tub cover was coming apart. The pictures didn't represent the building well. The property has so much potential but needs major care to get there. I would not recommend it and would not choose it again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our combined bachelor/bachelorette party. Melissa, the property manager was quick to answer all questions. The house is well equipped with cooking utensils, plates, bowls, towels and so much more! We did book during the May fly hatch which did make it difficult to be outside (nothing the owner we booked with could control though). The hot tub had a lot chlorine in it which made it difficult to use. Overall, everyone LOVED their weekend vacation and we would defiantly book this property again!

Overall, it was a smooth booking process. There was a small hiccup with getting prearrival information, but it was immediately resolved by Melissa. The house and location on lake was absolutely beautiful and everyone enjoyed themselves. Would definitely rebook again.

-This place was awesome! We stayed here for NYE and people loved the hot tub and rec room.
-The bedroom accommodations were my favorite part. It’s set up like a hotel without any staff (2 queen beds with your own bathroom and ample towels).
-Sometimes I feel like air bnbs don’t supply you with enough towels, toilet paper, napkins etc. but this was no issue here. I also felt like the bedrooms were nicer than what the pictures showed, which was a plus!
-I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was beautifully decorated for the holidays!
-The only thing I may caution is that although the property says it’s 6 acres, there seemed to be another house within eyesight/earshot. It didn’t cause any issues except make me nervous about noise complaints at night. Especially with the hot tub.

Thank you for your lovely retreat center. It exceeded our expectations. We hosted 52 people and there was plenty of spacious room for all guests. Excellent / spacious game room and activity center as well. The grounds were also absolutely perfect for my daughter’s wedding. It was Perfectly located between Northport and Leland (including Dune Bird winery). The kitchen was very beautiful, large and well equipped. The view of the lake was priceless. Thank you!!!
