Well, I feel like a professional cabin reviewer as I come up and stay all over the tristate area. The cabin is truly cute and amazing stream outback. There are some things that a renter should know-

Rained lots! Better than AZ heat. Loved the setting. Just gave great directions and was very prompt to return phone or emails. Would love to return.

This was a great cabin for the two of us. The sound of the river was so relaxing. I enjoyed reading and my husband just relaxed. We were close enough to restaurants and shopping but far enough away from too much noise. We encountered ants on the kitchen counter while there so had to put any food or opened snacks in the fridge. Overall it was an enjoyable weekend even with all the rain we got while visiting. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the cabin. The only thing this place needs is a new mattress and pillows!

Nice quick escape from Metro Atlanta to the North Georgia mountains. Sometimes we forget the mountains are here. Beautiful small cabin, perfect for a couple. View from porch was so relaxing with the river just a few yards away. No internet, but this was a plus, allowed us to really unplug and unwind. It was a great lazy weekend with some hiking on nearby trails and napping on the porch.

Everything was great. Just as listed. Nice stream in back and caught a couple of trout. It was very nice.

Our overall stay was great. The place was clean and organized. The river is peaceful and beautiful. My only complaint was the towels. They were clean but were very old. In my opinion it would benefit you to invest in some new white towels. For bath and hand. I enjoy using towels that are clean and white. It just feels cleaner.
The pictures could be updated on the website. The ones listed don’t do it justice.

We love being able to just relax and listen to the river as it flows by and to hear the birds singing ... The drive up the mountain from the cabin is absolutely breathtaking.. Loved our stay there...

We really enjoyed our stay! The creek in the back yard was amazing and we could hear it from inside the cabin. The bed was comfortable and my husband and I slept very well. The tub is a jacuzzi so I cleaned it and was able to enjoy a nice bath with jets!
Some quality of life changes we would like to see when we return: Upon arrival we would love to have all the spider webs cleaned off the front and back porch and inside the cabin. They covered everything outside which made it really uncomfortable to enjoy the deck. The porch furniture could be cleaned, we did not use it for it was covered in webs and dirt. And adding wifi would help with searching for local activities and restaurants! Last thing would be to have a larger water heater so guests could fill up the whole tub to enjoy a nice jacuzzi; for we were not able to fill it up all the way before the hot water ran out.
These are just small things that could have made out stay even better! We did still enjoy our time there and hope to return! This place was in a beautiful location!

The cabin is beautiful and being close to the river was great. The only problem we had was that we weren’t able to connect to the WiFi. Which wouldn’t be a bad thing if the cell service was better in the area.
4.9
We loved the river that ran behind it! Enjoyed our coffee and listened to the outdoor sounds! Great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin which is very convenient to Vogel and the AT. The cabin does need a really deep clean; the windows and areas of the flooring/rugs were pretty grubby. The instructions also need to be updated to include wifi password. None was listed on the instructions provided so we assumed it wasn't available. When we opened the box labeled "maid" to leave a tip for housekeeping, we found a slip of paper hidden in there with the wifi password.

It was a cozy great place to stay … the weather was rainy the most part of our stay but we still enjoyed it
