Beautiful, newly built (Est. 2017), 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, upper story, sitting on The Strand in Oceanside, Ca. Walk a few steps out your front door and you are on a wide sandy beach with picnic tables, barbecues, and the Oceanside Pier, all right in front of you. This home is fully furnished and professionally decorated. Kitchen has all the amenities you could imagine, with ocean views and granite counters. The living room looks straight out to the ocean with AMAZING panoramic doors that open to your private deck, and 1 of the bedrooms also has ocean views. Enjoy your own patio area looking straight out to the beach!
BEACH ACCESS: Beach access is out the front door and across The Strand, straight onto the sand. The Strand is a single lane 15mph access way for the properties along this road and is pedestrian friendly. The Strand is not a thoroughfare, and there is no parking on The Strand.

The rental is a little bit tired. Depending on how much you pay, you might expect more. Shower heads dont stay up (nothing better than a nice shower after a day on the beach - but hard to do this with the shower head falling on the floor - in 3 of the bathrooms). Toilet paper holders all broken & huge holes in the walls where they have been fixed again & again. Small issues which can be easily fixed. Microwave above the stove doesn’t work - so no hob light or extraction fan. Not a single lamp in the main living room so the lighting system makes you feel like an airport runway and like a fish bowl where everyone can look inside. Would be useful to have some down lighting in the main living room. Nothing on offer for the beach -
No chairs, toys for kids, bodyboards, bat & ball etc, which is strange given the “great for families” selling point.
Overall, good location for the beach, sunsets, dolphin watching etc. Inside a little tired.

The furnishings were nice and the beds were comfortable. A little TLC might be needed for the outdoor furniture, BBQ and firepit. The local management company was responsive and quick to follow up with our requests. ❤️

We love going to this house. They describe it very well and we are always very satisfied with our stay. The home is very clean and always has everything needed. Even if we have to contact management for anything they are quick to help. This is our second year and we plan to go back for a third one.

We had a great time staying here! Plenty of space and very well laid out. Location was amazing! Had a great beach right out front with sand volleyball, perfect for hanging out with friends and staying near the beach while keeping all the amenities of home.
The rooftop hot tubs were great and a chill way to enjoy the sound of the waves and the lovely ocean breezes.
The kitchen was well supplied with the basics and kept us from having to go find food elsewhere.
Our favorite feature was the wall to wall glass doors. Opening them wide for a breeze or just a bit to keep the soundscape of the waves crashing nearby as we shared coffee and conversation.
I would definitely recommend this unit for families or groups looking to enjoy the beach, the area, or to just get away from the daily grind.

This was our 3rd year in a row at this property, so obviously we really enjoy it. But, this year we noticed that things needed attention. When we arrived the disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor fire pit all had pieces that need to be replaced . Some pots and pans we're missing as well. Can openers didn't work. We called for assistance and the maintenance man they sent was wonderful. He did his best to fix everything he could. We actually saw him on his day off and he took the time to text his manager to verify the washing machine was going to be fixed. He went above and beyond in our opinion. Unfortunately, the washing machine and fire fit were not fixed when we left. Mashing machine company was called and they no showed on us. Not sure if fire pit company was ever contacted. Covid has created difficulties for everyone so I want to acknowledge that as I write this review. We have some wonderful memories of our time spent here.

We arrived at our Oceanside beachfront condo with high expectations. They were definitely met. The condo was so clean and the kitchen well stocked. The panoramic view was amazing!! We had to get a few random things and the staff quickly responded. The room for the kids, 10, 9 and 6 was perfect. 3 separate beds that they used and of course made a great fort. Our 18 month old slept with his folks in the king bedroom next door.
The 2 car underground parking and the off site office parking worked perfectly. Very limited sun but couldn't have had a better home for our vacation.

Amazing Stay with old Friends!
The views, the kitchen, and all the amenities made our stay so wonderful. Check in was a breeze and parking felt safe.
The only thing was someone from another unit had a party and parked in our spot. They were smoking weed and you could smell it all the way in the halls. It was upsetting because I’m pregnant and you’re not allowed to smoke on the property. However, that is not Beachfronts fault. It was just very frustrating.

Perfect Weekend
Was concerned about the internet and the elevator from previous reviews but they all worked fine, which made things easier especially for my elderly mother. I didn’t want to leave this excellent location and setting.

Idyllic Condo for a Getaway
We had a fabulous week at this rental, it was right on the beach, close to everything. The doors opening up to the ocean were perfect for enjoying the outdoors, even when you are inside. The pictures perfectly represent what the condo looks like. Very clean, and a very smooth and organized process for everything. We live close by, and we will definitely be making this a yearly staycation!

Great staycation since I live only 20 minutes away. This condo was perfect for my family of 8. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and enough space for all. Being right in front of the ocean was the best part for me, very relaxing. The only negative was that internet was not very reliable.

One very need weekend
The property was perfect, truly a dream stay. With all the comforts of home. The views are magnificent, heavenly and so much more. The restaurants close by were wonderful as well. I was a little nervous hearing about the train, I want to put your mind at ease that never once was it a disturbance at all. I highly recommend this property and will be back again.

The home is truly so beautiful! We loved enjoying the views of the ocean & even woke up early to see a sunrise. Everything was very clean & organized. At one point, the toaster in the kitchen broke and we were provided a new one the same day! Directions to the home/garage/entry were very easy to understand. Having our kids together is always a wonderful treat, but this wonderful condo made it all the more perfect. The unit is roomy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach, the views, the location, everything. Initially there was a problem with one of the beds but the management company was very responsive and fixed the problem the very next day. All went well, some problems: AC in a few rooms with a speedy service to repair. A few kitchen items: pot holders, can opener frozen, plastic basin for kitchen sink to wash dishes ( no plug for sink). This is all minor, just suggesting of what we would supply. All in ALL it was GREAT.
