Welcome to our stunning beachfront property in Oceanside! Our recently remodeled home boasts breathtaking ocean views from every room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This three-level oceanfront home is the perfect vacation rental for large groups or families who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy some quality time together. With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
As soon as you enter the property, you'll be greeted by modern decor and high-end amenities. Our home features 3- 55" TVs and 1 -72" TV, central A/C and heating, 3 fireplaces, and every room has its own bathroom for maximum privacy and convenience. The home has two great family rooms and two balconies, offering plenty of space for relaxation.
The home also features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a storage pantry stocked with basic house supplies. There is also a family room with a balcony and fireplace and a great room. Our home also has an 8-person dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with an island, perfect for preparing meals at home with 3 additional countertop stools
If you want to take in the picturesque views and breathe in the fresh ocean air, sit on the balcony off the main family room. Alternatively, enjoy a meal outside on the lower patio, which comes complete with a table and umbrella.
The master bedroom is a luxurious oasis, complete with a fireplace, sauna and a comfortable king-size bed.
We understand the importance of staying connected, so we offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. Additionally, our home has all the essentials you'll need, including central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, and even 2 bathtubs.
Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and has its own private bathroom, ensuring that everyone has their own space and privacy. With a 55-inch flat screen TV in two of the bedrooms, a 72-inch flat screen TV in the great room, and remote-controlled fireplaces and window shades, you can relax and unwind in comfort.
Our property is also equipped with all the safety features you'll need, including carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, as well as a first aid kit. We even offer pocket Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while on the go.
Wireless internet is available throughout the entire house, and ceiling fans in every room keep you cool and comfortable. Other amenities include air conditioning, a wine cooler, a sauna, and parking for up to five cars.
Please note that we do not have a working firepit and BBQ anymore, and there is no access to the beach due to mother nature and the ocean waves coming up to the home now.

Overall, great location and very spacious. 6 adults and 1 infant. Everyone (2 couples) had their own bedroom and bathroom. It would get 5 stars if the stairs down to the water, grill and fire pit were functional.

When we booked this, we knew it was on the ocean, but had no idea how breathtaking it really was. The pictures don’t do it justice. The furniture is huge and oversized with big TVs in every room and glass doors that open and let the ocean breezes flow through. There’s a multi level patio that we hung out on all day. My husband and friend walked down the rocks and played in the ocean, the waves are perfect. Everyone wanted to stay longer, so we definitely want to come back again and only stay here. This was a really healing trip for us, I brought my sister who had recently lost her husband, and sitting and watching the ocean, and being right there, in this beautiful 3-story home, literally on the ocean, was just incredible. Also, every single thing we needed was all there, the kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms all had soaps and shampoos and you literally don’t have to do anything to check out…just lock up and go. It’s a wonderful relaxing home. And the downstairs, with a bedroom, bath and full living area and giant TV makes this a great place for multiple families. I can’t say enough, obviously. :) Thank you!

This property is right on the ocean, with incredible views. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the air conditioning works great. It has become slightly dated - we stayed here two years ago as well - and feels like it's an income property in which no one lives, and which no owner visits regularly. The grill outside would not light, due to clogged gas lines. The kitchen disposal was broken. One bedroom smelled intensely of mildew when we arrived, but was fine once we aired it out. That said, the property manager had someone out to make these fixes within an hour, and over a holiday weekend.
We paid a premium over Labor Day, and had 8 people in the house. The view and the patio are incredible, but I'm not sure that the rest of the accompanying features of the house were worth what we paid.

Lovely house with everything one would need. Gorgeous views of the ocean and you can go right down the steps to the water but there really is no beach. It is all rocks so if you want sandy beach to swim it is about a mile north. Also a small area with swimming/boogie boarding or surfing possibilities (but again no sand) to the south at end of oceanside blvd. Loved that 3 bathrooms had working jacuzzi tubs and the steamer in the master bath was awesome.

The home is everything advertised and more. It is very clean and fully stocked with everything you might need for a great beach vacation. Our family of ten stayed here and loved it. The beds are very comfortable and the A/C was a plus for when the days heated up. The parking was also great since we came with 4 cars. The view is amazing and we enjoyed meals on the patio and the fire pit in the evening. We hope to return very soon!

This is a great house! It has everything you need..and more! Just being able to sit up, above the ocean, is awesome. Especially at night with the fire pit going. The beach area is hit / miss, but we were lucky with 3 days of AM beach access. The kids loved having the area to themselves to boogie board or catch crabs. Once the tide came in, we walked down to the main beach / pier (about 15 minutes).

Everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable was available at this property. The views are stunning, The outdoor space was perfect for adults and children alike. The private beach access was just perfect for our younger grandchildren. It was a great area for the whole family to gather and enjoy the beach. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the pier. A little market is within walking distance which made it convenient just to pop out and pick up those things you forget. Great coffee shops with in walking distance. If you are looking for the perfect family get away provided by a very gracious host - this is your special place.

Amazing Family Vacation

Everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable was available at this property. The views are stunning, The outdoor space was perfect for adults and children alike. The private beach access was just perfect for our younger grandchildren. It was a great area for the whole family to gather and enjoy the beach. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the pier. A little market is within walking distance which made it convenient just to pop out and pick up those things you forget. Great coffee shops with in walking distance. If you are looking for the perfect family get away provided by a very gracious host - this is your special place.

This house was just as the pictures portrayed. The layout was smooth. It accommodated our family of 10 comfortably. The downstairs was perfect for a movie night for all of us. The location is very central and convenient to wherever we wanted to go (walking or driving). And being so close to the water was definitely an amazing experience!!

Amazing place!
This was such a wonderful stay for my family - we had a small wedding ceremony on the back porch which absolutely beautiful. Communication was incredibly smooth and the place looked even better than the pictures. Highly recommend!

What a great house! Ocean breakers into the rocks on your deck, could not be any closer to the water. 4 bedrooms each with it’s own full bath. Property was clean and totally upgraded. Will definitely stay here again!

As promised
The property is exactly as advertised. Right on the water, with stairs that make the beach usable during low tide. Beautiful fire pit, and outside space. The interior is PERFECT for a group getaway, aside from the usual high-grade wear and tear that comes with beach properties. We would absolutely stay here again.

We can’t say enough positive things about this home! Beautiful and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, incredible beach access and views, large and multiple living spaces, kitchen and linen closets very well stocked, friendly and responsive owner... we had an amazing time here and are already wondering if we can stay there again next year!! Worth mentioning are the multiple indoor jacuzzis and sauna, the elevator (we never used it but it’s nice to have in case one year either set of grandparents might join us), and easy parking. Thank you!!!

Oceanside beach house
Great location, right on the water. Very big house stocked with everything you need. Checking in and out was extremely easy. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
- Direct, private access to the water
- patio with bbq, firepit, plenty of chairs
- spacious inside and patio area (great for big groups)
- elevator
- plenty of parking
- beautiful views of the ocean
- sounds of the waves hitting the rocks
Cons:
- no sand / lots of rocks to walk on past the stairs to enter into the water
- A/C didn't cool the whole house completely during peak hot times
- ant problems on one kitchen counter (we had to throw some food away and wipe it down each day)
- lots of stairs, kitchen is not on same level of outdoor patio/bbq area
- outdated furniture
- ceiling fan near kitchen didn't work
- shade in one of the rooms broke during normal use
- one of the plastic beach chairs also broke
Overall this house is in a great location with amazing views. Not really recommended for families with young children who want to play on the sand all day (although beach access is about a 10-12 min walk and so is the pier).
