Sun bathe, swim, boogie board, snorkel, collect shells, or just watch people go by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay. The location is great and the condo was clean and stocked with everything needed. The pool was nice and the beach is just beautiful.

This is the third time we have stayed here and we are booked for July 2025. There are 2 pools available. One is on the intercoastal and the other one is close to the ocean.
The location of the condo gets no direct sunlight. It’s very quiet and safe. You can only get through the gate with a code. The premises are fully gated with a fence. Security is always driving around the premises. The condo is close to Siesta Key Beach which has so many restaurants to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay, everything close by and room was nice. Needed some extra things but overall I would definitely rent again.

The Palm Bay Club was very well appointed and borders on the Gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal waterway. Very beautiful views day & night.

We had another great trip to Siesta Key. The location to the beach and bay is unlike any other place. We have been here several times and it never disappoints. Great value for the price. Doug is very accommodating and a great host.

This was a nice condo for a great price. Palm Bay Club has many amenities. This unit is Bayside but has access to a great beach across the street.

Our family had another wonderful stay at Siesta Key. An excellent view is provided from the balcony over looking the pool & inter coastal waterway. The property manager provided a comprehensive check in list via email
which was very useful. Looking forward to 2024 visit.

Enjoyed using the pool with a gorgeous water view. Loved the beach view across the street.

Easy check in, good location and amenities. Made use of both pools, the grills and fishing dock. Apartment was large for our 3 person family and well appointed, however could have been cleaner. Many of the dishes, pots/pans and glasses were not washed or washed well. Overall a good stay.

While a little dated it had everything we needed. The beach is a bit of a walk and you must rent your umbrellas before 11AM. They do bring chairs out for you. Both pools are relaxing and easy to get to. Take the trolley or a free golf cart ride to the village and enjoy.

Super close to the beach, quiet and right near downtown.

Great time
2nd time staying at the Palm Bay Beach Club. We stayed in a different condo this time but it was perfect. Only thing that was of concern (and to us wasn’t a huge deal) but the dishes we found in the cabinets along with silverware were not clean. Some still had food on them and they were still wet. Minor thing but for some that could be a deal breaker. Great stay, great place, condo was perfect. Can’t wait to come back again.
Thank you!

Great location!
We really enjoyed our time here. It was clean and well stocked with all the cookware and dishes you would need. Close to the beach that supplies chairs and loungers (HUGE benefit). Our only issue was ants in the kitchen, but the owner responded right away. We’ll be back!

Palm Bay Club 320 2022 Visit
We have been renting Palm Bay Club annually since 2014. It is a great deal and excellent location. This your couldn’t have been any better. The weather was beautiful and the owner, Doug is very attentive and flexible. We are already booked for next year.

Doug's Siesta Key Condo
Very nice condo complex with the intracoastal water on one side and the Gulf on the other. We have stayed at Doug's condo several times and will come back. The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Palm Bay Paradise
We had another wonderful vacation at The Palm Bay Club and love this unit. We are return guests and intend to continue vacationing here in the future. The Palm Bay property is well maintained. It offers 2 great pools, hot tub, gym, beach with lounge chairs and has an awesome staff. We are so thankful to work with Doug, the unit's owner, as he is only a text away and very responsive if any issues arise. Thanks for another amazing February!

Excellent girls getaway spot
The condo was exactly as described in the listing, very clean, cute, and comfy! Beds were comfortable and clean, check-in was flawless, view from the balcony is great. The kitchen is stocked with amenities far better than a hotel. Felt like a home away from home. Owner is very responsive to messages if anything is needed. We will definitely book here again when visiting the area!

Amazing private beach access!
The beach here is the best beach ever! Loved having private beach access and didn’t have to go to the crowded public beach. The views of the canal side while swimming were breath taking. We saw dolphins swimming in the canal. The condo is nice and the owner was quick to text back with questions we had. The condo was pretty basic with supplies: no paper towels, no dish soap, no trash bags. I thought those things should have been provided so be prepared to bring your own.

Stayed here with my daughter over her school's Spring Break. The place was very clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The unit has a pretty view from the balcony of the bay and is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach on the other side. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator, but the steps aren't tough! Didn't spend a lot of time inside the unit aside from sleeping, but the master bed was very comfortable. We ate out a lot so I didn't have a lot of food to prep, but had what I needed to prepare the meals we did have.Because the master bedroom faces the beautiful interior courtyard and because of the way the buildings are in the resort, sound from people who are on their balconies or in the courtyard does amplify and you can hear it from inside the bedroom. It seemed to cut off at an early enough hour and from what I hear, is not a unit-specific quirk, but one that is for all units of this property. It didn't bother me, but should be considered (maybe have a sound machine or bring earplugs if you have a hard time sleeping). The guards seemed to keep things pretty well managed and my daughter didn't hear a thing in her bedroom. I would recommend leaving dish soap, a sponge and a roll of paper towels in addition to the bath/hand soap and toilet paper. Pet peeve of mine when visiting places, especially beaches and lakes, is not having enough hooks to hang clothing/towels/bathing suits - this place has *plenty* of hooks and a drying rack on the balcony. Nice surprise to find a couple beach chairs, tennis rackets and pickleball rackets in the utility closet! I would also recommend leaving a sheet with recommended nearby food and attractions, front office number, # for beach chaise rentals, instructions for TV - anything that might seem useful to know. (For instance, the laundry card that you get for needs to be loaded in the fitness center). I found this out easy enough, but to have all this info in one place would be helpful. Had to contact the owner a couple times over minor things and he was very responsive.Wonderful first time to Siesta Key - would definitely come back to this part of the world and would rent this unit again. Thanks!

This unit is on the 3rd floor. When you arrive park as close as you can under the building number 5961. The luggage carriers are located directly beneath on the ground floor. Load up here and take the elevator up. FYI It’s 32 steps to the top floor. Not a problem for us and the trade off for the value of the condo. Good sized rooms and everything you’d ever need in the kitchen. Nice dining room table. If you haven’t been before the resort crosses the road. Across the road is a 2nd pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, many more condo buildings and a private beach on the Siesta Key Beach. It’s amazing!! Susanne and Tom Henson

Feels like home!
This is our 7th year staying in condo 320 and there’sno other place we would rather stay. It’s very clean, well maintained and has all the amenities of home. There is also washer and dryer access on the same floor, basically just a few steps away from the condo front door. Very close beach access. Offers 2 pools and hot tub for those who prefer not to have a beach day. Grills for barbecuing and a dock that you can fish on. So close to local restaurants and shopping in both Siesta Key and Sarasota. Doug, the owner is always quick to respond to any questions I may have. This is the perfect location for our family vacations.

Great place for a getaway
Very pleased...first time using this service. Siesta Key is a lovely town! They have free trolly service and a trolly called Frog Hopper that drives you around and runs on tips only! The condo itself was very clean and had all the functions of your home. The rooms and furniture are a little dated in its
appearance but was very clean. The property was well maintained. My only critique was the pool / jacuzzi area on the Bayside is not well lit after dark. I definitely will return!

Great value.
Nice pool, nice condo and beautiful beach. Couldn't beat it for the price. The lady at the desk on Sunday check in could use a course in customer service but maybe she was just having a bad day.
