Everything was good except location

Our room was located on the side next to freeway so it was very loud with the freeway noise

Washer/Dryer good quality. Great space in the rooms. Overall nice hotel.

It was great!. Comfortable bed. Very clean.

The breakfast and location was great.!

Front desk person was not really friendly. When we ask about the 100 deposit we were told in a rude way about you get it if you didn't damage anything. We are two responsible people and not a child.

I booked thru booking paid the room rate plus tax when booking … EVEN tho it said pay at Property … than I get to the property and I was charged again for the room plus security deposit… so in total I was charged for 2 stays plus deposit… I made them aware and they said the first charge was to reserve the room .. it’s been 4 days and I still don’t have the original payment or deposit back !! Horrible experience… I usually do stay with ihg hotel but this location made no damn sense ! Wouldn’t recommend

Le personnel est très aimable. Petits soucis à l’arrivée solutionnés très rapidement. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié. L’hôtel est propre et le soir il y a un garde à l’entrée du parking. La fréquentation est bonne et le tout Pour une proximité directe avec l’autoroute. Avec un accès à moins de 20 min de tous les points à voir à HOUSTON

L’insonorisation mériterait d’être un peu plus poussée cependant.dans les chambres

I would definitely stay here again

Location was perfect, everything was so close, food, shopping, downtown. Check in was smooth and easy. The gym was nice and there is an on-site laundry for guests.

Upon check in, we were assigned a joined room. I didn't think nothing of it sense the door locks from both rooms. However, those doors are paper thin, every single word the guest next door said we could hear. It didn't bother us at first, but around midnight they started talking extremely loud and playing music even louder. It literally sounded like they were in the same room with us. I called downstairs and the front desk was nice and said they would call them. They did, because the noise stopped. We went to sleep. 4am, the noise was back, very inappropriate, loud STRANGE/WEIRD noise started. At one point the female was choking or being choked. I went downstairs to the front desk, again, they were really nice and offered to switch our room to a room that does not have a joined room. We switched as we were going to be there another night. Lol I said all that to say, unless you want to be joined to the room next door, with people you know, DON'T do it.

Clean, Accessible and Affordable

This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast selections were fantastic and they were able to fulfill my family and I needs.

I love it, hopefully sheets are clean next time.

I like that it’s so many things close in the area! We traveled to Houston for a weekend getaway & everything we did was close by which was convenient.

I love everything except the sheets were not clean, smelled like chemicals.

It did the trick for a quick overnight stay

Nice, good-sized room with impeccable cleanliness, convenient parking in front of the hotel, several options for breakfast

The highway is right in front of the hotel but we knew this when booking and it didn't bother us.

La ubicación y el servicio del personal

Cerraron la entrada de los automóviles y solo se entraba y salía por la salida. Muy estrecho para maniobrar de entrada . Se golpean las llantas fácilmente. Ponen un guardia después de las 8:30 pm y pregunta nombre y número de habitación. Muy molesto . Fastidioso. Además inseguro.
