Peaceful and relaxing!

Wonderful! Condo location is ideal, and the swimming pools are never busy since there’s so many. Condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies and the little things like salt and pepper. Appreciated the beach chairs, extra towels, and boogie boards too. 2nd time in this unit, will definitely continue to book here. Very easy

Having traveled to the Big Island many times over the years, this property was by far the most enchanting. With its proximity to the surf as well as the pool, we never went out for a meal - choosing the waterfront lanai instead.
The bedrooms were clean, the kitchen decently stocked with utensils etc., the decor was appropriately upscale Hawaiian.
In a word, perfect.

Our stay came and went too fast at this amazingly beautiful property. The unit is nicely decorated and furnished. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extras. No need to stress over the little things from home you may think you need. It’s there. Coffee in the morning for sunrise and wine for sunsets in the lanai were very relaxing and peaceful. The staff on property were very helpful and polite. We were not ready to leave. Would certainly stay again at this property if given another chance to visit the Big Island. Mahalo

When looking for a stay we had four adults that had different visions of a place to stay. This place met all of our requirements! The best perk of this place is the loud crashing waves that can be heard throughout the whole house. Th resort was quiet and often we had the pools and hot tubs to ourselves. The AC is locked at 74 degrees which was a bit warm for our taste.

We came to Kona to relax for a week and did just that. The most amazing views - hardly left the patio. Comfortable beds and nicely stocked. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

Ocean is about 50 feet from the lanai. Light open feel with many views from the living room. Home feel with amenities. Quiet neighborhood. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely stay there again.

Our family stayed for week in July. We enjoyed the spacious condo, nice kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and lanai. We appreciated access to beach supplies (cooler and beach chairs). We spent time at the pools and walked on the trail behind the property and found a little black rock beach. Watching the sunset each evening from the lanai was definitely a highlight of our trip.
The location was very close to the manta ray night snorkel and the a great snorkeling spot. Also, the shopping center nearby was a great advantage and we enjoyed the farmers market.
While on the Big Island, we snorkeled at Kahulu'u beach park and beach 69. We enjoyed swimming at Spencer Beach. Also took some drives to Hawi, HVNP, Hilo, and watched the sunset from Mauna Kea. What a fantastic trip!

A Big Disappointment
Beautiful setting, nicely furnished well landscaped and maintained grounds.
Very noisy, "booming "surf(very loud especially at night. Upstairs tenants very noisy (sounded like a herd of elephants) Air conditioning equipment for upstairs unit located just outside bedroom window and sounded like a swarm of bees.
If you want some peace and quiet this is nothe place to stay.
Although there was some quiet in that the T V did not work four of the six days we were there.
Overall, from my perspective I cannot recommend this unit
and if I had to give it a grade I would say a D orC-- at the most. It was a big disappointment.

Love This Place!
It's hard to decide where to stay on vacation by pictures because we see so much more with our eyes. The unit was one of the best located near the soothing ocean waves. We had everything we could have needed and more. It was clean and nicely appointed.
The kitchen, room privacy and balcony were perfect. A/C kept us very comfortable and the complex offered 3 different pool locations. We look forward to the day we can return to this exact location.

Heaven!!!
We've stayed at several locations in the Kailua-Kona area. Hands down, this property is our favorite and we will be coming back. Here's why we loved it:
1) Right on the water
2) Great layout, well kept, wonderful amenities
3) Easy .5 mile walk to Keahou Bay for swimming, paddle boarding, etc.
4) Great place for biking and running.
5) Away from all of the Alii Road traffic and hullabaloo. But one can still get into town.
6) Easy access to Keahou shopping center.
7) Discovered all sorts of good restaurants (that are not Sam Choys) in the area.
This is such a winner!

Well equipped and very clean
The condo had everything needed and went beyond with a first aid kit that was needed. It had sand toys and indoor toys that our grandson loved. It was extremely clean. The location was perfect, so close to the waves and lava.

Beautiful location. Only 2 beds, so if your party isn't couples, double check the sleeping arrangements. Pull out couch labeled... "do not use".
Nee kitchen. Clean. Close to snorkeling

Most Excellent!
We (2 couples) stayed here for a week in February. The home was 'as advertised'. We have no negative feedback.
Our favorite feature of the home was the lanai as we spent time each morning enjoying a coffee and watching for whales with the supplied binoculars.
Other highlights were the cleanliness and amenities. We enjoyed the the use of the tennis rackets and beach chairs.
The pools and grounds were also well maintained.
Good communications with the rental manager as well.

Ocean front paradise
The view is unbelievable and very private from the lanai. Spotted whales, dolphins and tropical fish from the lanai. The condo is stocked with everything you need for the beaches and snorkeling. The condo has all the amenities you would need.

Surf crashing & sunset from the deck
This condo has been well loved and cared for by owners over the years and there are many items left out for your enjoyment. We loved the surf noise & views of the ocean from every window in living room/ kitchen area. Air conditioning was older & quite noisy but worked when needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans utensils & small appliances. As mentioned by prior review, the master bedroom/ bathroom layout was awkward & location noisy. The other bathroom is perfect & the second bedroom is smaller but quieter. Pools in the development were lovely & not too crowded. The beach at Heeia bay is good for surfers & very strong swimmers only. Keauhou & Kailua areas are quite busy & we frequently found ourselves in traffic jams, but could walk to shopping center, farmers market, boating area & Kahlulu snorkeling beach.

Nice property but a few minuses
There are a lot of pluses for Property 7468607, and a couple of significant minuses. Pluses: Interface with property management was great. Unit is very beautiful, with lovely lanai, very nice high-end furnishings, spacious stocked kitchen with excellent equipment and even some basics and staples in the cupboards, excellent appliances, comfortable beds, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and some stuff to make your vacation nicer, such as some board games, a beach umbrella and rain umbrellas, cd player with Hawaiian music cds.
The minuses involve the master bedroom (with the king-sized bed). It seems to have been the victim of an awkward renovation, with the toilet separated from the bedroom by only a flimsy pantry-type door with slats in it; this means that whoever you are sleeping with can hear everything you are doing in there. So, if you would like any privacy when you poop, forget it. Also, the shower door opens directly into the bedroom; there is no privacy wall or separate area where you can towel off or pluck your eyebrows or floss your teeth or do any of the unflattering-looking things that one does after a shower. Also, this room directly faces the parking lot, which is literally just a few feet away from the unit. The windows in the bedroom are of the levered Hawaiian variety, so you can hear everything. This makes sleep really difficult if you are not a very heavy sleeper; people come in later in the evening, and they will wake you up with the slamming of car doors and loud talking. Same thing repeats in the morning with the addition of squealing little ones, plus on Tuesdays, you also get to hear the septic truck which parks in the lot and pumps for a couple of hours, and it is LOUD. The air conditioning unit is also right outside of these master bedroom windows, making for additional noise in this bedroom.
So, overall, a beautiful unit, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Ocean Front
Very private unit. Balcony offered great oven front view. Unit was clean with well defined space. Our only feedback was noise from above unit carrying through (scraping chairs, heavy stepping/banging at times) and loud laughter from balcony) however management worked toward addressing with renters above. Otherwise nice stay.

Great Vacation Spot
The location of the unit on the water is amazing. The unit has a great kitchen stocked w everything you’d need to use to cook(no spices). The beach chairs and cooler are nice. Enjoyed the tennis rackets. Snorkel gear is limited and most of it broken. Master bed/bath is spacious. Other room is a double bed so good for 1 adult or two small kids. Lots of bath towels and 4 beach towels. Near the ocean ooop but protected from noise. Unit AC worked great. Deck is amazing for sunrise and sunset. The owner needs to provide extra bed spread and pillow shams bc ours were not washed in between guests and that is gross.
The location is great- quiet- with a shopping center near by. Be prepared to drive 15-30 min to get to a beach and or downtown Kona where all the restaurants are located.

All good. Ocean waves all night.
We only had one problem. The internet went down over and over and was available maybe 50% of our stay. They sent technicians who struggled with it, installed new router, and it was working on last 2,days. Unit was clean but the washing machine has mold in rubber gasket and needs replaced. We tried cleaning with oven powder and peroxide but stains are embedded in rubber.
All other aspects were very nice. The fold out couch in living room is typical - short, less than 6’ long and very thin mattress that won’t witk for anyone with back problems. So beware. Maybe ok for young child.

Beautiful Oceanfront.
It was exactly what was advertised. Looked like a magazine model home. It was very comfortable, clean, chic. The owners even have board games, crafts in the closet for family to do together. Beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear available for use. It is in a secure and well kept community grounds. We loved it.

Wonderful ocean-side condo for exploring Hawaii!
My family of 4 had a fantastic time staying at this wonderful, well-positioned condo. Ground floor unit, with a lanai even better than how it looks in the pictures. We ate most every breakfast and dinner together on the lanai. The sounds of the surf breaking just outside lulled us to sleep every night and greeted us as we woke up, which is just what we wanted and this location delivered. Sitting on the lanai, my wife saw multiple humpback whales cavorting in the ocean. Beds were very comfortable. We grilled steak and chicken for dinner most nights on the gas grills located at each pool (a short walk from the condo), and then ate by the pool or on the lanai. Many thanks to the owners for providing good sharp kitchen knives and all we needed to enjoy cooking - a rare thing among rentals. The location is close to grocery shopping and we visited many farm stands and farmers markets. The beach chairs, boogey boards, and collection of surf shoes in the closets were very helpful. There is some snorkeling equipment, but not in the best of shape and I recommend bringing or renting your own. All told, a fantastic vacation in a great location. We hope to come back!

Lovely. Location, amenities, and decor.
This condo is well stocked, beautifully updated, and in a lovely complex. The pictures are accurate. The unit was quiet and comfortable, we truly enjoyed our stay and the sunset views from the lanai. There is a full complement of equipment for all your beach outings and other sports interests. The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed the fact that I did not have to purchase coffee filters or a wine opener.
