Good!

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything and you are right in the center of everything. Beds were comfortable and AC works. Host was great, always reachable and super friendly :)

The water pressure wasn’t the best. You couldn’t use two water faucets at once, however that is minor. The small room up the stairs, ceiling is full of mold or something brown that is not very pleasant. Even though you are center from everything, window insulation is awful because you can hear everything; people talking, loud cars, motorists, ambulance; all which woke me up in the middle of the night. But these can be soothing for others who knows.

Right in the middle of the shopping area of Avenue Jean Medicin

The location is absolutely fantastic. Incredibly central, right in the middle of Avenue Jean Medicin, the fantastic shopping street in the middle of Nice. It’s also within short walking distance to Nicetoile, a shopping mall. So food and basic necessities are not a problem. The apartment itself is very cozy, it has AC and washing machine with a dryer. And we’re happy it has an elevator, so it was fairly easy bringing luggages to the flat. There are a couple of staiesteps toward the lift, but unless there’s need for wheelchair, it’s not a problem at all. It has a balcony, and my children love sitting there looking at the streets. We had a lovely experience there.

Great location and apartment but not ideal for 4 adults!!

The location was perfect, really central to most spots and quiet enough at night. The downstairs part of the apartment had great facilities, washing machine, kitchen etc and the main bedroom was great.

The lift was not in use at the time of arrival so we carried large suitcases up 4 flights of stairs, the room upstairs is not actually a room - you cant stand up to get the the bed you have to crawl as only children would be able to stand with the distance between the floor and the roof - if you are Claustrophic i really wouldn't recommend it as a second bed unless you are travelling with children

Superb

Perfect location very near to Place Massena, the sea, several supermarkets, bakeries and lots restaurants and bars. A public parking garage in a nearby shopping center (Nice Étoile) was a convenient if though rather expensive option to leave our car. Absolutely smooth self check in and check out. Perfectly equipped flat with kitchen utensils, cooking plates, big fridge, washing machine with a dryer, iron, etc., etc..

Some humidity (or mould?) stains on the ceiling where the one double bed was accomodated but it didn't bother us much for the short stay. If you sleep lightly you would possibly be disturbed by some noise from the main street. We ourselves found the lively street rather nice and weren't disturbed at all.

Compact, well situated, modern apartment.

Centrally located, a great spot to explore the city from. Modern design with a sweet little balcony overlooking the main shopping street.

The mezzanine floor was not for us. the bed area and crawl space was too claustrophobic, however the sofa bed in the living area was comfortable. Kitchen wasn’t well equipped with only one wine glass, no chopping boards etc. The previous residents had stored fish in the freezer and the smell was disgusting. The freezer couldn’t be used at all as the smell was overpowering. This was reported to the host.

Everything! it has all you need for a comfortable stay. Location is great. The air condition work very good. We enjoy the balcony every evening with a glass of wine. Also even though we were in the middle of a busy street including the train, once you close your windows is super quiet.Very Secure building. Love it ! If I go back to Nice I will definitely rent it again!

The location is unique. In the heart of Nice. All the amenities are nearby.

The floor was not clean. It was a bit noisy, but this is to be expected as it is in the heart of the city.

Location was amazing! Kitchen well equipped, enough space for a family of three, and a nice bathroom.

The floor was incredibly dirty! We have a 10 month old baby and she needs to crawl. We ended up asking the host to have the floor cleaned after which it was a little better. The bed was falling apart.

Not setup for comfortable sleep

The location is excellent. The owner responded very quickly to all my questions and was generally very helpful. The apartment was clean and the neighborhood was great.

There were three things that troubled us The apartment does not have blackout curtains, and since this is the city centre, ot was flooded with lights at the night time. The windows are not soundproof, and we could hear a lot of city noise all the way till 2am and then again starting at 5 am. The bed/matress was very poor quality. The bed surface was slanted on one side and caused a lot of back pain. A good night sleep is vital for tourist and one the important things any accommodation should pay attention to.

Great location, bonus low height mattress but dirty

The location is great in the middle of the main shopping street. Walking distance to the beach and old Nice with all the restaurants. This apt has a bonus low height (1 meter) extra space with a mattress which was great for our 2.5 year old. We asked for early check-in and got it which was great. The host was nice.

Unfortunately the facilities were very dirty. The floor was so dirty that we bought a bucket to wash it, the water came out so dirty that we had to repeat it. If you drop something under the bed… good luck… it’s a pity because the apartment is good. If we didn’t have kids maybe we would just not go around barefooted (socks got black within 1 min) but with kids we just had to wash it...

Clean, central, well equipped. Excellent stay!

A very nice, clean, new apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine (which is super-important, if you are travelling with kids). Excellent location right in the city center. The beach is only 10 minutes away.

The upper level, with the extra bed and the sofa has a very low ceiling, pretty uncomfortable for adults. The kids were thrilled, though :))

Wonderful experience and I look forward to staying here on my next visit.

The host sent me very clear and easy instructions to enter apartment. He also was so gracious to meet with me and welcome me. The host is a true gentleman. The apartment is very clean and newly decorated. It is also an excellent location easy to walk to a selection of restaurants, shops etc. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great central place to stay in Nice

Good living space. Great location - close to tram 2 , Nice Ville , promenade and old town . Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine . My son had to duck his head to go to bed (due to mezzanine floor ) but quite liked it! We would definitely stay here again.

Roadworks outside were a bit noisy, because they are building a new tram way . But quite nice watching the busy street from the balcony.
