To our absolute delight, we welcome you to our Florida Cottage, FantaSea...where the beach is near, the salt is in the air, sunshine tans your skin and warms your soul...While walking up to our home, you are welcomed by our massive wrap around balcony, with beautiful natural wood ceilings that sets the ideal tone for you to feel that you are staying in “your home away from home”. Before stepping inside, you will see our homeowners have thoughtfully placed this super cute metal tin bucket for your flip flops. Once everyone has placed their flops in the bucket, let’s input your keyless entry code and take a step inside!
Located on the first floor of FantaSea is our open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living area that was thoughtfully designed with the idea of providing the perfect space for the entire family to mingle. When dining in, our beautiful White Quartz Countertops w/stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen is the ideal space to whip up anything from pancakes for breakfast to Burgers and Pizza in the evening. For our Grilling Experts, you will find our grill located on the balcony adjacent to the kitchen. Allowing full functional cooking space for all of your culinary delights! Offering ample seating for 14 at the breakfast bar and dining table, there is more than enough room for the entire family to dine together! Looking next to our Living Area, you will see our super cozy sofa, waiting for you to sit back and relax upon while enjoying watching your favorite show on our 50” Flat Screen TV. Also located on the first floor is a King Suite Master Bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. Offered in our Master Bedroom is a King Bed with super cozy bedding to ensure you “Sleep Like a Driftwood Log’, a reach in closet so you may hang all of your vacation clothes and a wall mounted 48” Flat Screen TV with a full selection of cable channels to choose from.
Journeying up to the 2nd floor of our home is where the rest of family will rest their heads after a long sun-filled day at the beach! Offering a second King Master Suite with a wall mounted 48” Flat Screen TV, super cozy bedding to ensure you “Sleep like a Driftwood Log’, a reach in closet to hang up all of your vacation clothes and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Adjacent from the Master Suite is another Master Suite that offers a King Bed w/a Twin over Twin custom built bunk bed. This room is most certainly my favorite, as you have access to your own private balcony that offers stunning views of the community. What an amazing way to begin your morning...sitting on your own private balcony, enjoying your morning cup of joe ;-) Also offered is a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. Now for the kids, we definitely have a fun space for you to rest your heads! Located down the hall is our Kids Bunk Room! Offering 2 Twin over Twin custom built bunk beds, with 1 stand alone Twin Bed & a pull out Twin Trundle! This is truly “Twin Bed” land for the kids! Also offered in our kids space is a walk in closet and 32” wall mounted flat screen TV that offers a full selection of channels….in case you were wondering, yes, this does include Disney & Nickelodeon! Now that we have taken the tour of the Kids space, let’s take a stroll to the Queen Guest Suite. This room offers a Queen Bed with super cozy bedding, a wall mounted 32” Flat Screen TV with a full selection of cable channels and a reach in closet. Also offered on the 2nd floor of our home is a front load washer and dryer along with a full bathroom located in the hallway, in a perfect central location so everyone may easily access.
Offered throughout the entire property is of course, the highest speed internet possible.

Guest Access
To ensure an enriched / full guest experience, you will have full access to both Levels of our Home, 5 Adult Bikes, Outdoor shower, Grill, all Balconies / Porches, Community Beach Tram Service, our 12,000 sq. ft. Community Pool, and of course to the beach access located just a 10 minute's walk away!
Attention Guests:
The Lagoon Pool area will be closed from Monday, November 6th through the end of Monday, November 20th to make some necessary repairs to the expansion joints. The Lagoon Area will be open for use on Tuesday, November 21st.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment.
PET POLICY: Pet policy is 1 pet only (dog or cat) 35 pounds or less. Pet fee is $250. Pet fee MUST be paid at the time of booking. Violation of this policy, or bringing more than one Pet unauthorized, will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of entire rental payment.
MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years old.
EARLY CHECK-IN: We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, but CANNOT guarantee it. We charge a $75 fee for early check-ins (between 1 and 2 pm). Please check in with us on the day of your arrival around 12:30 pm. Many times, we have a quick turn with guests checking out at 10 am. Once our housekeeping team gets there, they'll be able to assess the condition of the house and determine how much work needs to be done to ensure the house is cleaned up to our standards, and ready for you. After housekeeping is finished cleaning the home, our home inspectors come in to inspect the house to ensure it meets our standards.

Had a wonderful time with family. All arriving from 5 different states. The house was perfect for our needs. Allison from Love to stay 30A was always responsive and answered all our questions. We will definitely be rebooking for our next gathering.

This was one of the nicer rentals we have stayed in (we go twice a year every year). It had extremely nice sheets and towels and was very very clean. Kitchen was well appointed, beds comfortable plenty of space for everyone. The only thing that was not up to level with other area rentals is the beach chair situation. Most rentals include at least a couple chairs and umbrella every day at the beach, and many houses also have additional chairs that can be taken down if you wish. This one has neither. I feel that the cost paid to stay should have included at least a pair of chairs each day-the house sleeps 14 people so I don’t think 2 chairs a day is too much to ask. For those unfamiliar the beach areas are heavily regulated and you can only rent from one designated company and 2 chairs and umbrella is about $135/day. 5 chairs and big umbrella is $275/day. Be prepared to spend lots of extra to go to the beach. This would be ok if the rental was not one of the most expensive in the area as well. I would suggest to the owners that they purchase a few cheap chairs for people to take down with them if they wish. It’s maybe a $100 investment to buy 5 chairs and would be a very good gesture toward your tenants and not a lot for them when it’s over $900/night to stay there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was a fabulous location within walking/biking distance to so many pools, shops and restaurants. The free tram to the beach was delightful. (We only wished it ran after 5:30) There was a curfew in place for teens under 18 that began at 8:30 so it was very quiet after that time. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a grill too. The only halfway negative thing I have to say about the experience was that our stay was during March Madness and our teen boys really wanted to watch basketball and we never could get the cable to work properly. We were more than happy about the price and quality! We definitely recommend this house!

The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Love the side porch. The bikes that come with the house need to be replaced. The handle bars did not work on two of them and the chains fell off often. We had to have a couple of things fixed at the house but they came out to fix them the next day. Seacrest Beach is unfortunately having a big problem with teenagers behaving badly over fall break. There is a curfew in place for 9pm for kids under 18 without adults. We did have a group of teenagers yell profanity at us one night and another group break a bottle out front of the house. I hate to see that happen but security was doing their best. We still love staying in Seacrest Beach though because of the location and the great beach tram service.

Beach Family Escape
This property was a great beach escape for our 3 families. The neighborhood had lots to see and do for all ages. We loved walking to the Hub for coffees, smoothies, and cupcakes! The house was beautiful and fit all of us nicely. The only thing I would change would be the side area. The trees and other plants just need alittle love and trimming. This house is a great choice no matter what though and we loved every min of our getaway.

Property awesome, clean well equipment, location perfect, a bit of lack of information on check in, we loss half of day waiting for the access bracelets to have access to pool and parking slip . after called the property Management and she explain process took security until 10pm to bring the bracelets over 5 hrs. the rest was awesome. place is amazing.

Nice place!
Easy to find, responsive property manager, very organized. Only downside is that the queen bedroom and the bunkroom shade a small hall bath. Great location, nice front porch. We had 3 families under one roof and it worked due to the 3 bedrooms having en-suite baths. Tram stop is right on the corner so it’s easy to get to and from the beach. It was so nice to have beach towels and bikes included for our stay.

Just wow!!
I don’t know if I can put into words just how wonderful not only this house was but the entire neighborhood! We had heard so many good things about Rosemary and it did not disappoint.
The home was perfect! Just the right amount of room and so beautiful inside and out! We loved being on the corner of the street as we felt like the parking was very easy. The kitchen was big and very open! we had so much fun doing big family game nights at the table! Four teenage girls stayed in the master room upstairs with the built in bunkbeds and absolutely loved it! Three boys stayed in the bunk bedroom and just had a blast in there! That room honestly was the only thing that we had a little bit of trouble with the entire stay. The beds on those bunkbeds are pretty firm and the kids were a little uncomfortable. But honestly nothing too bad. They’re so tired from the sun they all slept regardless:). We loved the bikes and being able to ride those around every night! I just couldn’t say enough good things about this place!
As far as the neighborhood it was the first time we had vacation in Florida where you didn’t feel like you had to get in your car and go do stuff. There was so much to do right there in the neighborhood. We all rode bikes every night after dinner. We loved all walking down to the area with the shops and food in the evenings. We love getting ice cream down there and listening to the music. The walk to the beach was very simple. There was A tram you could use but honestly we didn’t mind the walk. If you have a lot a little kids with a lot of stuff the tram would be very useful but with teenagers only bringing a towel and a football, we didn’t really have much to carry. The pool was very close to the house! We absolutely loved the pool! I will say the pool food was horrible. But that was about the only place down there that we ate that we thought the food was not good. And honestly the house was so close we just walked back to the house when we wanted to get food and then came back.
All in all I would definitely give this place five out of five stars! And I know every person in my family would do the same! We will definitely be going back!

We just stayed at this house for a week and it was perfect. We had 7 adults and 8 kids and it worked well for us all. Teness was amazing and quickly responded each time we asked for something. The bicycles were a huge hit with the grandkids!

Beautiful home, unbeatable location
Beautiful house and great location. Host responded promptly to questions and management company came out quickly to address a couple minor issues at check in. Front porch is lovely. Bikes and beach gear were in great condition and plenty. Only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because it lacked amenities - tv stations are minimal and in some rooms none. We stayed during March Madness, so would have liked to be able to watch the games at the house. Also, there were no blow dryers and no board games. Past vacation rentals have always had these.

Perfect house for some R&R
This house was perfect! We have stayed in many houses in Seacrest and this one is at the top of the list. It's location in the development is easy for pool access and quick walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. The property owner was very responsive to a few questions we had.
We did bring our dogs which we appreciate the owners allowing pets. We were very respectful but others must be too as the house is very clean and well maintained.
The house comes with bikes. We brought our own chairs but they also had chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, toys, and plenty of beach towels which not many property owners supply.

Lovely family trip
Perfect layout and location for three families. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, and shampoos and soaps were a nice touch as was the basket of beach towels. The outdoor patio was lovely. Also really appreciated that pets were allowed—that’s a rare find and a huge benefit! Tenness was really responsive and professional.

Winter Escape
We were a group of college students from Chicago looking to do our remote work in a warm environment. This house was perfect for us. We had a total of 9 and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to relax and do work. Additionally, the house was perfectly walking distance to the pool, "downtown" area, gym, beach and the weekly farmer's market. We spent three weeks here and enjoyed it the entire time.

Great kitchen with the best resources of any house we have rented. All people in our party enjoyed the house and the location. Our only issue was the amusing noise the king mattresses made in the first floor master and upstairs room with bunk beds. None of the adults could figure out why they were so loud but it became a running joke.

I would not recommend staying in this home or using this management company.The house itself needs a very deep clean. It was evident when we checked in, it only gets quick surface cleaning. The rug was damp and smelled heavily of dog urine and "wet dog". The refrigerator door was broken and the freezer had left food and needed to be deep cleaned. There was black food residue or mold. There was also trash left in an upstairs chair and the kids room tables had sticky residue and holes in the wall.We documented this and some damages and notified management upon check in. Management's response was dismissive. I was told they don't lift cushions but just spray sanitizer. For $550 cleaning fee, I expect more.We have been visiting 30A for many years and this was our second stay just this Summer. This was our least favorite place of any visit. It is located in the back of the neighborhood which makes it more cumbersome to get kids and gear to the beach. Tram service can have a wait and is not always running. The large pool in Seacrest should be a great attraction, but it is overcrowded most times and the staff are whistle happy to both kids and adults. It was not relaxing.

Wonderful Stay in Seacrest
The house is beautiful and large enough to accommodate a family of 7 very comfortably. The location to the pool is great, and the tram was very helpful for our elder family members. Our only issues was the upstairs air conditioning. The upstairs bedrooms never cooled to a comfortable temperature, making it tough to sleep on very hot evenings. Aside from that, the house and our visit was great!

Awesome week at Fantasea
We love the Seacrest area and Fantasea met all of our expectations. We had a party of 10 adults and two small children. Plenty of beds, a nice living area open to the kitchen, friendly tram service drivers or short 10 minute walk to the beach. Love to Stay 30A was responsive and accommodating when we had questions or needs. Highly recommend.
