About this apartment rental

One of the largest 3BR/3BA condos on Navarre Beach. 2 Gulf front bedrooms with floor to ceiling glass for unobstructed views across the Gulf and down Santa Rosa Island. Access the private Gulf front balcony from the great room and two bedrooms. From the balcony you will see breath-taking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf throughout the winter season, sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound in summer, and rolling dolphin all year round. The third bedroom has a nice Sound view.

10 people can dine comfortably at the large table and bar height counter, or take your meals on the large balcony. Enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen.

Two centrally located elevators will whisk you down to the exercise room, community room, heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, and barbecue grills, all of which are available for your use. And of course, the main attraction: The famous sugar white sands of Navarre Beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico!!

Bell Mer has a private, gated Trex dune walkover (no splinters here!) that takes you directly to the beach. Large beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Directly across the street is the bike/walking trail that runs the length of the island, so you can easily explore the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach State Park. You can bike to Pensacola Beach, Fort Pickens, and downtown Pensacola. Bike or walk the beach to the Navarre Beach Pier, the longest fishing pier in the entire Gulf of Mexico. Bikes, jet skis, kayaks, and scooters are available for rent nearby. Fish the Gulf or the Sound, go kayaking, canoeing, parasailing, or tubing, play some golf.

Convenient to gas stations, grocery stores, retail stores, and many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and local attractions.

This was our first stay in Navarre after years of staying in Pensacola Beach. We absolutely loved this location. The beach was not crowded, we had easy access to rental chairs, and unit was well-stocked with everything we needed. The owner was excellent to deal with and a great communicator. We would recommend this unit for families.

We were so happy when we walked into the condo. It looked and smelled clean, the bedrooms were big and the view…. THE VIEW! Stunning blue waters were seen through the family room and Master bedroom. The porch was huge and we spent every morning drinking coffee on the porch watching dolphins and turtles and manta rays swimming by. Truly a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

The water was clear and warm. On our trip we saw a sea turtle, loads of fish, and potentially a hammerhead shark (from the safety of our balcony- it was pretty far out). I could’ve sat on that balcony forever: the view was spectacular and the sound of the waves was so soothing. Lots of shops and places to eat. Lots of people out and about but it was always quiet where we stayed. Sad to leave!

All in all the unit is great we really enjoyed our stay. The owners communicate very well and everything is as advertised. If I could say anything the cleaning crew needs to do a better job the floors were pretty dirty upon arrival but in their defense the vacuum doesn’t hardly work so we just swept every day. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to look into some slightly larger tv’s I found myself straining to read the guide. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely visit again.

Love this Condo…it’s exceptional! Navarre Beach is peaceful and beautiful, and this Bel Mer unit is perfectly located with a magnificent view of both the gulf and the sound There is also plenty of comfortable seating on the balcony to enjoy that view! The owners have paid great attention to provide a place that is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean! The owner is also available if you need him! The kitchen is very well stocked, and the dining area has plenty of room to comfortably eat. The living room is spacious and is furnished so the guests can relax without being crowded. The higher quality furniture in this condo is attractive and very comfortable! The beds are comfortable and the furniture in the master bedroom is beautiful with spacious drawers. We’ve been coming to Florida beaches for years, and can honestly say this condo exceptional! We can hardly wait to go back again!!

The Florida Panhandle has my favorite beaches, the sand and water is hard to beat. Our condo was at the quieter end of Navarre Beach. We had a couple of days with some rain, a couple of really good days and a couple of perfect days. We can't wait to return!

Our family really enjoyed this condo. We have stayed at the Belle Mer before but this was the first time staying at this particular unit. The unit is well furnished, clean and in excellent condition. Also, the owners are very nice to work with. Matt even called me after we arrived to make sure we were happy with everything, which I thought was very thoughtful. You will enjoy staying here.

I can't say enough about how perfect this condo was for our family vacation. So much room, well stocked, and the view is amazing!!! We had other family staying in two other condos in the same building and they commented about how much they liked ours! It was clean and well taken care of. Linens were of much better quality than we have ever had in other condos and we were surprised at how much extra paper products (toilet paper & paper towels) were included. The owner was great to work with during the reservation process and during our stay. He touched base the day we arrived, reached out when there was a water break to make sure we were aware of a boil advisory, and reached out as our stay ended to see if we needed anything. We are already making plans to return to Navarre Beach next year and I know one of our families will definitely be staying in this condo.

I would highly suggest this location to anyone. The views were wonderful. The condo was so clean, and the beds were even comfortable. Every amenity that you could ask for…they had it covered. Very fast response from owners if i had questions. They even called the day of our arrival to make sure things were good. We will make this a must stay on our Gulf Coast travel list again!!!
