Located in highly sought after Tower 3 and on the 16th floor unit 1601, the panoramic views of this direct oceanfront condo are breathtaking! Greeted immediately with spectacular views of the ocean as soon as you walk through the front door, this is carried throughout the entire condo as every room has postcard worthy ocean views. On top of being spoiled with over-the-top views, this sky home was filled with high-end furnishings to provide its guests with the ultimate experience! Our sky home is designed to provide you with your very own luxury sanctuary with unique designer style and modern conveniences.

This sky home condo has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and will sleep 8 comfortably and up to 10 if the sofa is used. With floor to ceiling windows, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and a fully furnished wrap around balcony with a grill; this is truly your dream come true getaway! Additional amenities include flat screen tv's, high speed internet, jacuzzi tub, wifi, room service, 2 private covered parking spots, and each tower has its own heated pool and spa.

I rented the unit with a group of girlfriends to celebrate a big milestone. From the minute we got there we couldn't believe how awesome the condo was. So clean, so big, and so close to the beach! We had two small issues that were resolved immediately by the property manager and his staff. 1) we couldn't get the oven started. As it turns out, the breaker had tripped. We reset it and we were back in business. 2) we needed a couple extra pillowcases as we had a large group and were using all the pillows. Housekeeping brought them right away. I would say that the oversized balcony was probably our favorite area of the house. We would sit out there in the morning and at night and there was plenty of seating for all! The Lifestyle pool was also a fan favorite. I come to the Florida panhandle almost every year and have already told my family this is where i want to stay! Love love love!

What a beautiful location to enjoy some family time! The unit was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and yet plenty of room for us to gather in one area. The view from the 16th floor is breath taking! The morning sunrises and afternoon sunsets are like no other. The pools and beaches, both on the Sound side and Gulf side are in walking distance, which is wonderful with the little ones. If you are looking for a great gathering spot for your family, this is the place.

The views from every room are stunning! The condo itself is truly immaculate. The beds were very comfortable along with the balcony furniture. The balcony wraps around so it was easy to check on my teens swimming in the pool. The Portofino resort is well maintained and has convenient amenities and activities. Jonathan answered my text on a random Sunday. He was very responsive and friendly!! We were present for the Blue Angel’s air show so that was an extra treat. Wish I was still there…

We have stayed at this resort many, many times, but this was the beautiful and immaculately clean condo we have ever had. Tons of storage and comfortable furniture. Additionally, the owner was beyond fantastic to work with and was very helpful with any questions/requests. Can't say enough great things about this property!!!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was pretty, clean and spacious. The views couldn’t be beat. The property was amazing for the family. We had our children ages 0-4 and it was perfect. We definitely recommend this location.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Loved the spacious and clean area. The view of the beach and the bay were gorgeous and really made us feel relaxed. Everything went smoothly for our trip from booking to communication with Jonathan. He kept me informed and was quick to respond with any questions/concerns I had. This is a great place for families. The beach water was cold, but the indoor and outdoor heated pools didn't stop us from swimming. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Gorgeous direct gulf view, fantastic wrap around porch with views of bay from both edges. Very tastefully decorated condo, and very well stocked. Communication with property manager was excellent and check in/out was effortless. Wish we could come back next week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Condo. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for 3 couples as everyone had their own space. The view can't be beat - absolutely stunning. The Condo was very clean and roomy. The Resort is very well maintained, has plenty of amenities and has something for everyone. We would definitely stay again!

Great views, lots of amenities. Close to a beautiful beach. The condo was clean with lots of room and just about everything you could need. Don't need to bring chairs. There are some there already and some umbrellas... Nice restaurants on the property. Away from the rush of the downtown area, which was CRAZY crowded. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next year.

My family including adult children and grandchildren just spent a week at this beautiful property. The condo itself was spacious and the bedrooms were spaced so we could have privacy if desired. The main pool is awesome with a convenient bar and restaurant while at the pool and a floating obstacle course was a huge hit for my grandchildren. The proximity to the beach made it an easy 3 minute walk. This condo will be on our shortlist for our next vacation.

We enjoyed our visit! The condo is well appointed and had everything we needed. Comfy beds state of the art appliances with an oven air fryer! The view is impressive! Only suggestion would be to add a crock pot so people traveling in have an easy meal option. Second time in this condo and will visit again!

Great property with a stunning view. We had a group of adults and teen and we all had a great time. The condo is large and accommodated our group of seven easily. The living room and wrap around porch allowed everyone to have their own space if they wanted it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to feed a large group. It was great having a pool and hot tub that was easily accessible from our tower and the access to the beach was right past the pool. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit is well equipped, the views are breathtaking, and the space was wonderful for our family. We loved being on the Gulf side and enjoying the beautiful view! The condo was very nice and had plenty of seating on the balcony for all of us to watch the amazing sunset. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and the good food on site.

This location was absolutely 💯 perfect and working with Jonathan was a great pleasure and goes above and beyond for his Clients. Communication prior, during and after was welcomed from him and extremely accommodating. The unit itself was absolutely stunning and our young adult children are already asking to book another return trip.

Beautiful property and great location! Downside: Front desk not helpful or friendly, but found out later they do not manage the property. No worries, quick text to property manager at Blue Coastal and everything fixed. Bring beach/pool towels!!! They are not provided. Also no hot pads, so if planning to cook in oven, bring your own. Upside: Beautiful, comfortable beds, perfect gulf front location with great deck furniture, pools were wonderful, go to spa!! So great!! Can't beat this location!!! Jonathan was very responsive and really appreciated that! Looking to book again with the family! Thanks for a great stay!

We were in Pensacola for a wedding. Being from the Northeast and since it was December we wanted to stay by the beach. The unit was fantastic with incredible views from every window. Beach was amazing as well.

I love Pensacola Beach and the Emerald Coast, and the Portofino Island Resort enhanced our overall experience of our trip. We were traveling to celebrate my wife’s big birthday (no, will not share which one!) and Thanksgiving and the condo was a perfect setting for both events! The property offers perfect beach access to the beautiful beach along with awesome amenities onsite (multiple pools, spa, restaurants, bar, adventure access). Family that used the spa enjoyed their experience and the whole family did the dolphin cruise, which left from the resort dock in the Sound side, and we were able to have some great observations of the dolphins. This condo offers an amazing view of the coast/ocean, which was perfect for morning coffee/mimosas and evening happy hours/dinners. We definitely plan on returning to the Portofino!

We stayed here with 2 other couples. The place is great with everyone having their own bathroom and very quite area. Having a hot tub right outside the building was great too. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. Even seen dolphins right off our balcony. Definitely would stay here again!
