Very well equiped, tv hard to work, driving in and out on steep hill somewhat a bad situation.

Great place to stay in Prescott, walkable to the square. The back patio was a terrific bonus for relaxing and enjoying a cool summer evening outdoors.

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this cute, little home and casita for two nights. My daughter was getting married not far from the location. It was convenient to be close enough to walk to downtown Prescott. Due to wedding activities during the day and evenings, we didn’t stay long in the house and really just needed a place to lay our heads. My only minor complaints would be that the beds were too hard (as agreed by all guests) and the 9:00 am checkout (which felt a bit early). Overall, the house and casita served its purpose and the owner was super communicable.

Ok, suited our needs just fine.

The house is so cute, and the extra space in the Grape House is cozy and comfortable. We all enjoyed being able to come back to such comfortable surroundings after exploring Prescott all day. The location is excellent, and we will certainly try and book this place again for our next trip to Prescott.

Love the look and feel to both houses. Very inviting, relaxing, and cozy. The courtyard in the back between the two hoses was a very relaxing area to spend time in. There was a fire pit to stay warm as you sit around and talk. The location is perfect, it's quiet, but very near old town Prescott & Gurley street.

Beautifully restored early 1900 home, with a great separate guest house (the Grape House). We really enjoyed our stay!

We chose this property for the off-street parking that could accommodate 3+ Corvettes, and its proximity to the town square where the show was held. We all enjoyed our stay very much, and plan to book again for next year. Both houses are beautiful, comfortable and well stocked for our every need.

Grape House
We were all very pleased to see the charming house. Liked benefit of the closeness to Whiskwy Row, where our event was taking place. Would recommend it to families who are gonna stay a few days in Prescott.

Great old house, good location, well kept.
We were in town for a mountain bike race so the location was perfect!

Great Get away
We rented both the Victoria House and Grape house. Both are beautiful with all the comforts of home. If you're in market for a great get away this is the place. Close to the Court house plaza, walking distance to Whiskey Row. We will rent again in the future!

Fun Mom Weekend
I stayed in the main house with my son and another mom and her son for the weekend. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was great. The house was so so adorable, close to downtown, and a really great price. We were on the go most of the weekend so didn't spend a lot of time at the house but it had everything we needed. Susanna was very accommodating to our schedule and for that we were very appreciative.

It was charming!
Very cute house with a cozy feel. I do wish the living room couch was more comfortable but really not a big deal. Easy to get to and close to downtown.

cute and great location for access to downtown
The houses were nice and comfortable, we were very happy. I would say this is a great place, BUT, we got charged for a broken stone on a table in the yard, that we did not break! It was like that when we got there.
I will not stay here again, due solely to the deposit issue.
The entire backyard is a virtual land mine of things that one could get dinged for
The barbecue is GROSS and rusted out, we didn't even attempt to light it, it is just scary looking.
The fire pit doesn't work, key for the gas is stripped out.
There is a broken chair in front of the Grape House
There is a wine glass in a pot out side with a broken stem
There is a lovely pot out there that is broken on the back side
At least half of the outdoor lights don't work
The speakers have cut wires
We found the yard full of paper napkins and candy wrappers, a rug form one of the houses was in the bushes as were the table cloths and some gardening gloves, which we cleaned up and the umbrella was on the ground when we got there, which we put back up. There is a hole in the umbrella where it fell over the pole that it sits on.
I find it hard to believe that when it was cleaned after the renters before us the broken stone wasn't noticed. It is right in the middle of the patio! And it is huge.

Main House is Wonderful
Loved the Main House; but the Grape House had no hot water. So, be careful with that; but loved the main house! A lithe slow to get in contact with anyone for help also. Other than that; very nice; if they get the water fixed! Sad that there was never any apology or anything done to make that right either.

Perfect Family Christmas
We had the first Christmas with all our adult kids and granddaughter in 5 years - we loved spending time together in this property instead of in a motel. It was awesome. We have family in Prescott, and it was so nice to have a home base. We rented both the Victorian and Grape houses, they were decorated beautifully for Christmas. We did some family photos on the property as there were lots of great spots to do that. We just loved it and hope it will be available for us for future trips to Prescott. It played a large part in having a perfect family Christmas together.

Perfect location, warm comfortable historical home
We were 3 +55 couples staying for 2 nights to enjoy the town, hike and mtn bike. We rented both houses and they were very comfortable, very charming and had all the amenities we needed. We had no complaints except that the wifi needed a password that we didn't receive til after we checked out. Not a biggie. Town is a short couple blocks away where we enjoyed the Whiskey row and all the antique shops. A short drive brings you to any major store you could imagine. There is hiking and biking very near by and the choices are endless. The history of Prescott is very interesting and this historical home was a bonus. The owner of the home contacted us before arrival and allowed us to check in early and check out a bit late. We very much appreciated that. If we were to come back again we would absolutely stay at either one of these homes.

Beyond Charming!
This house is an absolutely adorable, charming, precious place! We took our family up there for a little weekend getaway and couldn't say one negative thing about our accommodations! When you walk into the house, you have this warm feeling in your tummy and am instantly relaxed! Cannot wait to go back!!!

What a cute & lovely home!!
What a blast from my past! Wasn't expecting such a warm and beautiful home for the price per night! The home decorations were so fitting for the Victorian look, my mother had a lot of the same little mirrors, perfume bottles and knick knacks in our home when I was growing up. Wonderful & fond memories. How fitting since we were in Prescott where my mother grew up, we go every year to celebrate her life! This is her 3rd yr. death anniversary. We had such a nice time we lit the fireplace a first for us. Very warm and cozy. We also used the BBQ and the fire pit, I wish I would have thought to bring marshmallows! The house is located just a few blocks from downtown Prescott and not far from all the shops. The house has a warm and inviting vibe! We will definitely be back. Susanna the owner is such a delight to work with as busy as she was she returned my emails and calls even when I got lost, at 10:30 at night!! BEAUTIFUL HOME!!

A delightful month away from the heat
I spent a month in The Grape House this summer. It was perfect for me as I was there alone during the week, with my husband joining me on weekends. Susanna has done a wonderful job of carrying out the theme. I walked to the square once or twice each day as the location to downtown could hardly be any better. I recommend this cute place to couples for a short stay or to singles for an extended stay. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has all the basic necessities. Be sure to visit El Gato Azul for tapas and Cuppers for coffee and light meals. There are many other good restaurants as well.

Ohhed and Ahhed
We were tickled with the whole experience. The house was clean and everything we needed (even the kitchen sink :)) was provided. We brought our own food and had a great grilled dinner and eat outside on the terrace every day. The view from the backyard is peaceful, just want the doctor ordered. LOVED the claw tub! We can't wait to go back!
