All the reviews were spot on. This was a wonderful property and penthouse. The concierge service available was second to none, Johana and Isabella took very good care of us. The transportation service was excellent and on time. The recommendations made by the owner were extremely helpful, especially with the fishing charter. Overall a very great experience for me and my family.

My Husband and I, mom, and two aunts stayed in this beautifully art adorned penthouse for a full week. Each day we’d notice some new, interesting, happy-making and fall in love with this place over and over again. The penthouse was open and bright with telescoping patio doors for walls that nearly disappeared, blurring the endings and beginnings of indoor and outdoor spaces. Bringing us closer in connection with the mesmerizing Sea. Venturing beyond all that the penthouse provided, seemed completely unnecessary. Johana and Oscar, the personal concierge’s, greeted us with guacamole, pico, and chips. Our first night at the resort we ate at the fancy restaurant. It was a great experience with delicious food, and exceptional service by Martin. We were unhurried and enjoyed the pace as many unexpected small bites came out for us to try before our meals. The next day we went for groceries and made nearly every breakfast, snacks, some lunches and a handful of dinners together in the penthouse. It was such a sweet way to spend quality time, putting meals together and enjoying the large kitchen and island surrounded with family. Everyone pitching in to make food with love. Every implement we needed we could find there. Literally, we did not go without. The pantry was well stocked with seasoning, spices, and oils. The terrace by the hot tub, the tables outside, the inside the dining room, tables of the tables off of the living room balcony. All spaces thoroughly enjoyed.

This was our second time staying and it was just as wonderful. We enjoy watching the sun rise and listening to the waves from the condo porch while we drink our coffee. We love being close to the action but just outside of it. It's a half mile walk down the beach to The Office. The complex is quiet and meticulously maintained. There is a large gym. Having a personal concierge is quite special and very helpful as well as having the driver take us to get groceries on the way to to condo. Communication with the owner, John, is great. He is very responsive. We may be back again next year :)

Penthouse 3704 Villa La estancia
Very nice penthouse unit. Owner very accommodating, personal concierge also helpful. The unit itself is large and comfortable for our family (7). The outdoor space and views are spectacular. The resort itself is nice and prices are La/sf+ for spa/restaurant/drinks but so is most of high end Cabo at this point. The kitchen is nice and we hired a chef to come in for several meals, highly recommended and actually cheaper than eating in the resort restaurant (family size prob helps in this regard). Great stay!

Beautiful place!
This place is more beautiful than the pictures. Its perfect for a family. I am sure Ernesto is wonderful, but I never saw him or heard from him. He did help us arrange for transportation to/from the airport, but he did not respond to my inquires for fishing, which I thought he would assist us with. But, that aside, the place is amazing. I love that unlike some rentals, it did have basic kitchen supplies, spices and coffee. We would love to return to this condo. The resort was also nice and offered several restaurant options, a spa and pools. The staff at the resort was also very friendly and nice. We felt safe at all times. I would definitely recommend this property.

Outstanding property, stay and customer service.
From check in to check out -perfection!
Spacious penthouse and exceptional view with private rooftop deck and hot tub. The pool and swim up bar was also a hit and fun for all!
There are a variety of restaurants(able to access properties on either side with additional options), a small market, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and just steps from the beach.
Excellent service provided by a very helpful and friendly staff.
We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Paradise in Cabo🏖☀️
This Penthouse was absolutely fabulous. Our family has been visiting Cabo for many years and always enjoyed Villa La Estancia. However, this was our first experience staying in a Penthouse & our stay was top notch! The place is clean and with stunning views. The actual space is just perfect for rest, relaxation & entertaining. The amenities & service was perfection! I cannot say enough! Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Fuente.! We loved staying in Pedrigal. Rented a car and drove up to the Green Room in Todos Santos. Amazing beyond words. Thank you Perry for renting out your beautiful home. Hope to see you next year.

Exceeded our expectations
While the description, pictures and reviews are glowing, it still doesn't compare to how beautiful this place really is. With the multiple decks, kitchen with everything you could need, outdoor jacuzzi, amazing views, location (which is walking distance down the beach to downtown Cabo, yet far enough away to be quieter), the pool, beach, workout facilities - I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and go to this place. We definitely hope to return. Having a personal concierge was so very helpful in making reservations for dinner as well as a wonderful luxury snorkling trip.

Couldn’t get any better
The resort itself, Villa la Estancia, was beautiful, well maintained/staffed, and super quiet. The on-site restaurants and adjoining pool bar were fantastic. Staff was very personable and attentive.
Scheduling transport to and from the airport and obtaining a covid test onsite was a breeze. Our welcome concierge, Oscar, was memorable: fresh guacamole, pico, chips , and margaritas were prepared as we got settled. The views from this place were outstanding and the private rooftop jacuzzi a hit every night. If you have time, please do schedule dinner boat tour.
This place is a gem and we’ll be back for sure!

Bachelor Weekend
This was by far the best VRBO experience I have ever had. My brother, two cousins and I were lucky enough to get the penthouse for our trip. The owner John is great at communicating tips and helps establish safe and reliable transport to and from the airport. We were greeted in the room by a wonderful man named Oscar who helped us unload all of our groceries, made us fresh guacamole and margaritas. The vacation started immediately, the penthouse is absolutely stunning. If I return to Cabo, I hope I can stay here again. Thank you John, we had a wonderful time and will always cherish the memories we made here.

Hands down, some of the best accommodations we have ever had in Mexico!
This was an extremely seamless process. The communication by the owner was impeccable! Gracious amenities and friendly service was part of our stay. We were greeted by our private concierge (Ernesto) making fresh guacamole, salsa, margaritas and smoothies as we walked through the door! Top notch!!! The penthouse unit was breathtaking! Gorgeous views, privacy, beautiful accommodations! Extra touches like make-up remover wipes, full game closet, pool floats, etc on top of a beautiful kitchen, huge dining table for eating and playing games and super comfy furniture! The beds were extremely comfortable too! Best sleep I’ve had in a long time! The outdoor space will blow you away! Gorgeous beach/ocean/resort views and clear views down to the arches! Gorgeous hot tub was an excellent way to start the morning or end the night! Everything was impeccable! We will hope to be back in the future!!!!!! Thank you for such an amazing property to enjoy! It was such a blessing!

Oasis with a Killer View
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights for some R&R with access to the fun if we chose. The outdoor patio and unit as a whole were beautiful and we opted for the penthouse and it’s gorgeous views and peace vs the Cabo scene. Perfect!

Fabulous stay in the pent house!
This was our fourth time to stay at laws Stasia and our first time to stay in the penthouse. We absolutely loved the welcome gesture of drinks at check-in followed by margaritas and guacamole prepared by Oscar. We also enjoy the hot tub each night of our stay. The boys went fishing two days in a row and caught 3 marlin and 1 red snapper which we grilled the snapper at the villas on our last night. We truly enjoy staying at La Estancia and the villa is extremely clean when you walk in while the kitchen is filled with all the necessities for any type of meal. We will be back!!
4.0 / 10.0
Pros: Clean, Shower pressure and temperature is awesome, Shampoo/conditioner/lotion are provided, well stocked kitchen w/many pantry items from previous guests, some nice art pieces, the entry way is very cool, great location on Medano, especially if you want to get your exercise by walking on the beach into town/marina. Ernesto was great and coordinated groceries and BBQ repair for us. Maid services daily at a time of your choosing, coffee is in the room, plenty of glassware, napkins and baking items.Cons: BBQ not initially functional and took a while to repair, the outdoor surround sound doesn't work so there will be no music out at the hot tub unless you bring your own speaker/ipod, the hammock swing isn't there as shown in the photos. There are hooks for it, but no swing. The hot tub jets/lights are wonky and sometimes work and sometimes don't. Seems like the panel may need to be replaced. Groceries at the resort store are VERY expensive. $21 USD for two boxes of regular ol' crackers is insane. Only the gym is open, no sauna/steam room, etc. Check-in process is that of a hotel and they require another deposit. It's not a quick "grab your room access cards and go" kind of deal like normal VRBOs that advertise contactless check-in. You sign a bunch of things and it takes about 15 minutes. There is a unit above you so be prepared for that (especially if you're lucky enough to have those people bring little kids like we were *eye roll*). I wouldn't really call this a true penthouse since it isn't top floor and you can sit in the hot tub and see the top unit people outside on their deck above you or in the shower, shoulder/neck up without even meaning to (they see you as well so there's a privacy thing there). The door stop on the front door falls down every time you open the door so you can't close it without reaching down to lift it back up (or try using your foot). The room with the king bed has a small bathroom with little counter space while the room with the queen beds has a massive bathroom with lots of counter space. That seems a little odd, but it's not a deal breaker. This is also a cashless resort so everything will be charged to your room. Bring a credit card w/a lot of availability if you plan on hanging out at the resort.Overall, I'd absolutely stay here again. It's luxurious, beautiful, relaxing and spacious. John and Ernesto were quick to respond to any communication. Resort staff is phenomenal.

Best Villa at Estancia!
I could never say enough about our overall experience in this villa. The owner is incredible to work with - virtually instant replies to questions and truly wanted to make sure we had an incredible stay. I really appreciated the time he spent answering my questions and the thoroughness of his communication.
The villa itself is amazing. Stunning views from every room and a ton of outdoor space that further enhanced our time here. The villa is well appointed, spacious, comfortable beds, tons of natural light and a lot of amenities. We spent a lot of time trying to decide which view we preferred the most. It was hard to decide. Oscar met us at check in & continued to check in with us throughout our stay. Anything we requested was instantly provided.
Villa Estancia itself is an amazing resort. The staff are so kind and the property is beautiful and well laid out. We keep going back year after year because our experience here has always been perfect. Now we have a favorite villa to stay in.
Highly recommend this property!!

Much needed family time
This property is spectacular. Location was perfect for us..we have teenagers so it was great to be closer to downtown and "Office" . Views from this property are truly amazing. Staff at this property could not do enough for us. The owner is also wonderful...called after we booked and chatted about property, etc. He also sent us some great recommendations for restaurants...we tried many of them and they were all spot on!! Highly recommend and we will be back!

Family of 5 - comfortable and happy in the penthouse!
Great stay with my family of five (3 kids - 12, 8, 8). Layout and amenities of the sprawling condo was perfect for us. The views were incredible from all the decks and virtually every room in the place! Service is great, resort is comfortable and had everything we needed. Always felt safe - Estancia has the more elite feel of the other 2 adjoining properties. John’s (property owner) recommendations of restaurants were spot on! Hopefully be back soon.
