A gem of a place

This is a beautiful place in a great location. Bathrooms and bedrooms were so clean and bed comfortable. Mal was very accommodating and let us check in early.

Car park was a little bit hard to navigate

Very happy with our stay and will book again when in Launceston.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. Mal is so easy to communicate with and nothing was a bother for him.

No shower shelf in the ensuite bathroom shower. (A first world problem!)

No Windows In The Bedrooms, No Wi-Fi Code In The Apartment

Location was excellent, in the heart of Launceston.

No instructions in the apartment about the wi-fi code. Had to bring in a modem. No instructions about the Dyson fan in the large bedroom and could not find the remote. No fan at all in the smaller bedroom. Both rooms were stuffy as they do not have windows. The air-conditioning in the living room made no difference to the air quality in the bedrooms during a humid three day stay. The apartment would benefit from the usual how-to guide that most hosts offer and better communication. There was no apology from the host after I complained. No help whatsoever from Booking.com. I slept the final night on the sofa in the living room because it was the only space in the apartment with fresh air.

We loved it, and will try to book here again next time we're in Launceston.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with lovely character. The bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely well fitted out, more like a nice home than a rental, and the pillows were unusually comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with items we might need, such as a capsule coffee machine, spreads and UHT milk, and also a thermos and picnic basket. The location is central to the local restaurant district and has off street parking. There was no noise from the neighbours.

Only one, minor thing. With a window overlooking a main street, the sound of clapped-out 4WDs doing blockies was intrusive at night. It was generally quiet by midnight though.

Host easy to deal with and very accommodating. Facilities were of a high standard. Lovely bathrooms. Kitchen facilities included a coffee machine and pods provided.

Car parking was a little confusing initially but then we had it sussed out. curtains in bedroom allowed light in but was ok once we worked out if you clipped together all was good.

Lovely modern apartment right in the heart of Launceston

Very comfortable and clean apartment with good facilities. The location is excellent and despite being on one of the main streets in Launceston, there was no traffic or street noise in the apartment at night. Nice to have a small balcony off the lounge as the weather was warm when we were staying. We arrived at night and the entry from the street wasn't immediately obvious, but good entry instructions are provided. Secure, off-street parking is available.

An excellent place to stay, so convenient for walking to shops and restaurants

Breakfast was not provided, but there was an excellent cafe just 2 doors away

Not the fault of the apartment, but we were very aware of hoons speeding vehicles on the street outside at 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning

We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The property had everything we needed and was very neat and tidy when we arrived. There was even a washing machine and dryer. The interior decoration and appliances are modern and we enjoyed a stay in luxury. The fact that the unit was so centrally located was a definite plus and we could walk to many places as it was in the middle of the CBD. The owner contacted us to enquire how we were doing and suggested local attractions to visit. It is lovely to have that personal contact/interest. We were able to contact him if we needed.

There is nothing that I did not like.

Mal was very helpful for a few issues we had.

Location excellent in CBD. Great for 4 women friends travelling together. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comfortable sofa bed in living room. We didn’t have a car but there was excellent secure parking onsite.

Superb Loft Style Chic in the heart of Launceston

This was one of the nicest apartments my family and I ever stayed in. Modern vast space in an old building. Beautiful old brick wall down the side of the apartment. Master bedroom had ensuite and the second bedroom had another bathroom to access. The decor is loft style chic, think rich person in New York. Location is right in the heart of Launceston
