The location was good

The bed was comfy

I wasn’t sent a message to access the property as per my after hours book in. I had to ring the after hours number. There was no breakfast. There was no ice. I found it noisy

It’s okay for people who are fit, definitely not for a disabled person.

Hotel was clean. good location. Reasonable price.

No wheelchair access (no info provided). No after hour staff (no info provided). No lift (no info provided). Extra after hours safety charges about which no information was provided before hand. No breakfast or other food.

The stairs & my suitcases haha! Although, we packed quite heavy due to it being winter in Tassie.

Simple setup. Not over crowded by objects. Lovely size shower. I really appreciated the lovely chair.

Not being able to make our own breakfast due to no bowls, cuttlery or toaster offered considering, the kitchen was out of service. I could smell dust. The back of the TV was covered in it. The shower head needed some TLC

The bed.

The staff and the long process of picking up key after payment in the cold and the water smelt so bad in bathroom taps and shower I couldn’t even finish washing my shampoo out

The rooms are super cute and warm. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, it was next to all the happening restaurants.

the manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me in some unusual and unexpected difficulties. it also had a very unique feel and a great position close to cbd and launceston gorge.

Good place to stay in Launceston.

The room was great. The shower and bathroom were great. The building is interesting and good. The location is good for Launceston. Appreciated the laundry although it wasn't entirely functional and cost. I think the wireless was fine but didn't use the internet. The bed was really good, firm and nice linen. Parking was good especially for our room.

They charge a surcharge. There is no smoking anywhere on the property so you have to hobo on the street even though they could easily create a suitable corner. Nice to have a veranda but the chairs are uncomfortable.

definitely worth staying if looking for something different from the stark modern hotels

Quaint and quirky, but everything is well kept, clean and functions

I didn't get in until after 6pm. Reception closed but I did get a text about the lock box, so all okay.
