Very good value for price; decent, large and, clean room. Excellent location

Closeness to the beach. Clean room. Decently clean bathroom. Clean bedsheets (no bedbugs), and towels (although not bleached). A practical mini-fridge and a vault available in the room. Safe location.

No parking available. Car to be parked on the street (but it is safe). Bedsheets and towels (white) clean, but not bleached. Cleanliness in common areas may be improved. Breakfast preparation and serving conditions are substandard (I preferred bars and restaurants on the beach).

Соответствует своему девизу

Наверное самый лучший отельчик в Гоа. Тихий, уютный , спокойный. Все есть для комфорта: сейф, холодильник, конечно телевизор, который я не смотрю. До пляжа идти 2 минуты. Убирались каждый день , все чисто, аккуратно.

Perfect location Amazing accommodation I will definitely be returning

Amazing location, just a short walk away from the most beautiful beach will warm shallow waters and great choice of shacks. Perfect customer service from everyone at the villa. The room was very clean and very comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the amazing garden

Definitely an option for Morjim

Location was perfect, close to beach and you feel at nature. Property has amazing garden, clean and staff was courteous. Good breakfast but with limited options, although I am not complaining as it felt like home food.

No toiletries just soap and that's it, better to take your own. For pool lover and party loving this is not the location as Morjim is very peaceful and it's only for relaxation.

Отдых удался именно благодаря качественному проживанию♡Все было очень хорошо,нареканий нет. Отель не большой и очень уютный. Хозяин и персонал гостеприимный. Все ,что необходимо есть. Очень чисто!! А так же безопасно,что не мало важно. Уборка номера ежедневная. В номере есть все необходимое ,хороший балкон.Завтраки не сильно разнообразные ,но перекусить вполне нормально. Тихая и спокойная улица, до пляжа 5 минут ,поблизости хорошие кафе. Мы очень довольны и рекомендуем отель для проживания.♡

disappointing to say the least.

close to one part of Morjim beach

Access to property is difficult, room cleanliness is average at best, frequent power outages, facilities are minimal in terms of no hot water for bathing, no channels on private tv. They don’t even accept payment by card.

Hotel is situated in a nice location with just 2 min walk from morjim beach . U can hear sea waves from ur room. Nice care taker Shivam He is very calm and polite boy.Breakfast also good.Loved my trip.

Nice clean room in a good location, good value for money

Clean, good looking and spacious room with balcony, nice staff, close to the beach.

The internet was working only on the ground floor in the common area, it was very slow or non existent in the rooms. The breakfast was not great.

A nice place in close proximity to the beach and surrounded by multiple restaurants and beach shacks

This facility is indeed only 160m away from the beach. Personnel is helpful and responsive. In close proximity there is a number of restaurants and little grocery stores. On the beach there is a number of shacks with food and drink and sea view.

Internet connection was not the best one. For breakfast eggs and toasts offered, could get boring after 3-4 days of staying.

Great hotel with beautiful location and clean fresh-looking rooms

- Great and calm location (300 meters from the morjim beach. The nearby beach is clean with loungers and cafes). - The hotel building is clean and fresh-looking. The outside territory is well-groomed. - The room was good - it had private balcony and all necessary facilities, daily cleaning - Good breakfast (eggs, tosts, butter, jam, coffee/tea) - The staff and the host were very nice and supportive, they helped to solve many problems, even nontypical ones. Here we felt like we are at home. Morning coffee accompanied by birdsong was priceless!)

Great vacation, very close to the sea. cleaning every day, a very large bed, placed three with a child, comfortable. A good breakfast to choose from: pasta/omelette/muesli. Great hotel, I recommend it!

Very nice and comfortable

The property is easily reachable via maps and steps away from beach. The best part was Mr Puneet and the staff. we got everything we asked for without any hassle. The rooms were spacious with a balcony. cleaning was done regularly. while breakfast had limited options but it was delicious. i would definitely recommend this place and like to come again.

Breakfast buffet would have been nice.

Very helpful and caring staff. Close to the beach. The room is spacious and clean with fridge and wardrobe. Quiet at night. Nice location. Tasty breakfast (but the same every day). If you need something you can ask and the staff will try to give you everything you need. (Electric kettle for example). AC was good - working properly. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Blackout curtains. Cleaning every day. Drinking water, glasses and cups, tea bags, instant coffee, sugar was available in the room.

There was no hot water in the morning and in the evening. And it was not comfortable for us because we were with a small child. That's because there is solar sistem and the water is hot only when it's hot and sunny outside. We didn't know about that, so we were disappointed. They gave us electric kettle so we could heat the water by ourselves but it's a long time to heat the water for the family.

Clean and beautiful hotel full of positivity. located in a quiet location next to Morjim beach. Very helpful staff and owner. Good internet speed, Always hot water. Very comfortable bed, nice balcony, And a good breakfast. Recommended for all couples, singles, families with children and groups.

I stayed in Tridiva for a day, liked this very much. 2-3 minutes Walkable from the beach. definitely I will come again and stay here. The room has a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, Refrigerator, TV, Good Wi-Fi, Big wardrobe, Very nice balcony, Safe, Hot water in bathroom. I enjoyed Indian breakfast.

it's worthy, indeed to recommend. compact clean rooms. Excellently renovated, looks like a new hotel. Air-conditioner, Refrigerator, electric-kettle, Very cozy bed, Hot water, a beautiful balcony. everything is in perfect place. The location was close to the isolated side of Morjim beach. The staff were friendly. It was an adjustable place for the price compared to some other places I stayed in Goa.

Great hotel right on the ocean. Nearby there is everything you need for life in Morzhim: a cafe with different cuisines, a liquor store, just a shop, a taxi rank 50 meters from the hotel (negotiate with local taxi drivers, it’s customary here). The hotel staff is very good, polite, they clean the room every day, in the morning there are several breakfast options (Indian and European cuisine), the owner personally monitors the order and always answers all questions in watsapp. Cozy comfortable place, we did not regret that we stopped here.

We have very good experience of stay over here. We came here for two days but because of nature and cooperative behaviour of the owner and staff we extended our stay for next eight days. I recommend this property for peaceful and comfortable stay.
