Very bad customer service and staff were very unprofessional and rude, except subham who was in charge of transportation he was very helpful and polite

Truly amazing, we will be back.

We loved our stay here. Our room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, we have never felt so cared about on holiday, they really made us feel special. I would highly recommend Sai, the food was awesome. The pool and pool bar was the best we have ever experience and we have travelled a lot. A huge thank you to, Soina in reception, Gourab in Sai and their very talented lady chef and Pramod at the pool bar. We will hopefully be back to visit soon.

We had one small issue which was dealt with amazingly. we have never experienced such professional and welcoming staff.

Avoid this commercial machine.

Bed was comfy

Major construction in the garden and pool area; the food options were limited because we were (quote) "not priority guests" given there was a business conference ongoing; 10+ new guests sleeping in the reception each day waiting for their check-in time; human hairs in our bathroom; unhygienic poolside facilities; sound testing all day long in preparation for a wedding the following days. We looked to resolved this with the management team however they simply offered us a free lunch and lift to the airport to get rid of us.

Nice resort

The resort is quite nice: the pool area, the restaurants. Access to the beach was also very easy, and the adjacent beach was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was quite old. It was clean, but the furniture and bathroom definitively look dated. I happened to stay in two different rooms, and the second one was miles better. So I guess your mileage might vary.

Good but could be much better

Big pool with multiple sections and a great water slide that the kids enjoyed. Excellent staff, who went out of their way to ensure we were ok. Easy distance from the airport.

Felt like a 4 star and not a 5 star. The bathrooms are tiny! And need to bathe in the tub, which is highly inconvenient and unsafe for children and seniors. The room, as compared to other 5 star properties in Goa, is small. But the amenities within the room are plentiful. Zero amenities on the beach (no towels, sunbeds or even mats! Obviously could not order anything either.). Food: was again good but not convincing enough. Quality and intention should take more priority. There was ongoing construction/renovation which carried on even at 9 30pm (till we requested them to stop). With better and conscious management, this property has the scope to do well.

Good location Nice property Pool and surrounding area are very nice

No chairs available to sit on the beach. Very disappointing that the request for 1 chair for a senior citizen was not addressed. Pillows in the rooms are too thick making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Staff at the restaurant needs training, too slow. Staff the pool bar too slow. Food served at buffet cold !! Quality of food needs improvement too. Paid 1500 per pax for cold served food. Not acceptable. Room cleaning staff not cleaning in detail and without attention. Seems like they want to finish quickly and leave. Request to switch the lights on at gym after 6.30 pm was not met. Had to work out in the dark. Request to send water of water at gym not attended. Over all experience was ok. I would rate this resort 4 star tops. Would never return for another stay.

Very disappointing, grounds and staff lovely but rooms need updating.

Location, grounds, and staff. Well maintained pool and grounds.

Hotel over booked, asked us to move to another hotel for half our stay. Would compensate by offering dinner free of charge. However, room was dusty, bathroom had someone else’s toothpaste smeared on shelves, floor had not been swept or cleaned, bedding and pillow cases stained and had no pillow or mattress protectors, and bed base surrounds had smears of something over them! This was the second room we were offered previous one had similar problem. As late in the day, we stayed one night, but moved hotel first thing.
