A nice place to stay . Very comfortable

Hotel is nice and centrally located . Room side are comfortable. Facilities are good and clean . Staff are helpful and professional.

Soundproof of the hotel room can be improved further consider the status of this hotel and the price we are paying .

Expensive Hotel but not worth the price.

Exterior design is excellent, however, the property needs to improve on its parking spaces, since nearby restaurants are also consuming the space thus leaving hotel guests to wait for slots. Take note - this is on a weekday.

1. The parking slots - maybe add some more or put exclusive spots for hotel guests 2. Receptionist service - we were told that our room includes breakfast, however, we were charges at 700 pesos per head and were later told that our room does not include it. I know we checked-in late, but MAYBE VERIFY next time. Also, improve your check in and out service, people are lining up already, and each guests takes a 15-30mins - even for check out. 3. Rooms - No In room dining menu, you have to call and ask someone to bring a menu. It would be convenient to both the property and guests if you will have it ready already in room. Carpet - DISGUSTING!! Obviously, it was never washed. If you can’t maintain it, then better remove it since it creates awful smell in the room. 4. Food - In room dining and both the buffet are so so. Given the price, the cheaper establishments outside even taste better. Buffet has mixed concept (which means food don’t usually blend well) and limited options.

Brilliant stay!

The rooms were fantastic and were very clean, the staff had superb customer service and nothing was too much trouble. The beds which were huge were so comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean with a huge shower. The one brilliant aspect of this property is plentiful parking and its across from Robinsons mall. If you have elderly seniors with you would advise to drive over to the mall as the overpass lift doesn’t work and the stairs are steep.

Felt luxurious for a very reasonable price.

Staff were super helpful and made sure to make it a wonderful experience for us. The property was beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated for the holidays which was a nice bonus!

Pool was great. And toilets in the lobby were clean. A nice play to stay at in calasiao with restaurants and mall nearby.

First room we stayed in could use more maintenance and cleaning. Carpets also starting to smell.

The facilities are great and very near to various restaurants and mall. Public transport is just in front of the property.

Staff are very accommodating friendly and even the guards at the parking will keep u safe

On the keycard only, need to improve it so no hassle on accessing the rooms and elevator.

Great hotel and value for money, all comfort. I will definitely staying again.

Breakfast should have more varities specially jucies are not suitable for 5 stars, full of sugar, and should be more varities on fruits and better selections.

Foods catering need improvements. Should have a shuttle bus to the neighbouring town.

The Monarch hotel is a pleasant and charming place to stay - it deserves its place as top within the hotel stays in Pang

Friendly staff, specially the security officers, concierge and bellhops.

Everything is grand. One thing I would like to improve upon is the way they handle the orders for room service. We ordered room service often during my stay and on several occasions, the food orders were incorrect or missing (sunny side up eggs instead of scrambled eggs, forgot a set of silverware, forgot two drinks that came with the meal, forgot the side or bacon). The items that were forgotten were easily rectified - they simply brought it back up. We didn’t push the issue of the wrong order.
