The resort is beautiful, and nice location at the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is great! The food looks a little expensive at first, but the portions is very big. So much so that one order was enough for two of us.
I think the resort was closed under the pandemic, like many others. It needs some maintenance, and some upgrades to the equipment to be all that it can be again. This is ongoing, and with the pace it had when I was there, I suspect the resort will be back to where it should be 3-6 months after this review was written. At that time, I'm sure this will be among the best resorts in the area. It is still worth a visit the way it is now, but I would stay with the cheaper rooms until evening is sorted out.

the staff are very nice and accommodating
nothing
4.0
nothing especially
when I opened the door of our “deluxe” room it felt like I opened a prison cell door….even the room provided to us the last evening was poorly decorated and furnished. It must have been nice in 1960 but not anymore in 2023. Especially the staff at the reception was extremely unfriendly and most answers started with “no”

the size of the resort is just right, not too small and not too big where guests could still enjoy some privacy
the seashore is not clean. there were some obvious trash and it seemed like there was no regular cleaning being done. the beach is much better if the seaside is clean.

We like the included breakfast. They have swimming pool and access to the beach
One of the rooms smelled old and needed renovation. They should provide toiletries like bath soap

i hope they would consider to make their free breakfast capable to the number of the guests per room, not just 2 free breakfast per room.
just the free breakfst which was insufficient for ge number of guests per room ,because we pay for 4pax per room, then they said that just 2 free breakfast.

Staff was very good and accommodating (shout out to Lyn, Grace, Glen and Alan) - we were in a difficult situation and they really helped us with our hotel arrangements. Super appreciated them. Many facilities, apart from the pool and beach. Air-conditioning and water pressure was good. Lots of parking. Enjoyed call-in massage.
The mattresses and pillows were thin. Beach was a bit dirty due to other tourists. Wifi is best in the common areas (doesn't really work in rooms). Have to go to lobby for room service (would be easier if there was a phone in the rooms or group chat).
