This was a last minute change following our other property owner cancelling on us 20 hours before we were due to arrive. Our choice was very limited due to the last minute change. The pictures do not reflect the current condition of the property and certainly not the location/neighbourhood which was very poor. All furniture especially the sofas were very shabby. One of the beds was very uncomfortable others were ok. We certainly would not go again or recommend anyone else we know to go.

We stayed for two nights at this quiet little property which is in a convenient location for exploring Oxford and the surrounding area. We found the house to be clean inside albeit rather tired (the beds mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the bases were not securely fitted together).
We had to ask for the property address and access instructions as they were not sent automatically as indicated in the initial information received, but Velma was prompt and helpful in her response to our enquiry.
We had beautiful weather for our visit and would have liked to make use of the outdoor space as there was seating to do so, however we were not encouraged given the rubbish and cigarette ends on the grass and patio.
We enjoyed our visit to Oxford but expected the property to offer more updated facilities given the nightly cost.
